The stay was awesome. What the stand out was 2 staff members Bich Hue, and Tra My. These 2 ladies made the whole stay totally worth while coming back in the future. Nothing we requested was to hard for them to accommodate us regardless the time of day. I wish these ladies all the best.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in Da Nang. It’s very central and it’s on an island, like a world of it’s own, so quiet and peaceful. It’s in an area of very upscale private homes, yet very walkable to the city centre or the beach. The service is superb from the moment you arrive, breakfast is really good and restaurant at night works so well for a quiet evening. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. Perfect little hideaway in the middle of the city. Only thing would be NOT to book an airport shuttle, at least double what it should be, airport is very easy to get cab or Grab, not busy and only about a 10 minute ride to hotel.

For what the property is the room was in rough shape and definitely needs some repairs. Stuffed walls, touch up paint that didn't blend, banged up furniture, closet door was faulty. Patio railing missing pieces and loose. I did inform the front desk and maintenance repaired part of the railing but the whole thing needed replaced. No screen on sliding patio door so there were mosquitoes being right on the water. Fishermen would fish under our balcony and you could hear them.

Beautiful little resort just outside of Denang centre. Wonderful staff who helped me book my transport to Hanoi. Little restaurant area and I had dinner there one night, which was delicious. The pool area is small but perfectly formed with fantastic day beds and wonderful views. There's not much in walking distance, but easy enough to get bikes and taxis. It's about a 30 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge.

We were upgraded to a villa and it was spectacular. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Ngoc Khang and Tra My often welcomed us at the restaurant and their smiles and great service truly elevated the experience. We also can’t say enough about the spa. Having unlimited access makes staying at the Blossom a no brainer.

A Heartfelt Week at The Blossom Resort, Da Nang

We just returned from a wonderful week at The Blossom Resort in Da Nang, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the setting to the service, everything came together to create a memorable and relaxing getaway—but what really made it special was the people.

A special shoutout to the restaurant team—Tra My, Hue, Khang, and Nhi—who went above and beyond every single day. My dad is elderly and uses a wheelchair, and the way they assisted him during every meal was so thoughtful and kind. Whether it was helping him get comfortably seated or making sure he had everything he needed, their care and attention really touched our whole family.

We also loved how convenient the location was. There were plenty of spots nearby for authentic Vietnamese food—we never had to go far to find a delicious bowl of pho or some amazing local food. Plus, Lotte Supermarket is just a short distance away, which made picking up souvenirs (and stocking up on coffee!) super easy and affordable.

The massages at the resort were another highlight. Each therapist was skilled, professional, and attentive, working carefully on each member of our family to make sure we felt relaxed and refreshed. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring.

All in all, our time at The Blossom Resort was filled with kindness, comfort, and care. It’s a beautiful place made even better by the people who work there. We’re already talking about coming back.

A diamond in the rough. An unexpected oasis in the middle of the city. The staff was beyond accommodating and the ambience was serene. A great getaway within the city and a perfect location for a romantic surprise. The onsen is a relaxing offering, as well as the in-room steam room. The morning buffet was plentiful and satiating. The staff were excellent. Restaurant staff Nhi, Nhuy, Hue, My, Thuy were so so accommodating and patient.

Reception staff were also very attentive. Spa staff wonderful and very relaxing massages.

Food is excellent with a variety of choices from Asian to western. Drinks and choice of drinks were great too.

A very very calm and relaxing stay. Very little outside of the hotel but a great choice for a short, relaxing, calm and peaceful retreat of serene views and a getaway for calmness and relaxation.

We stayed here for one night when our flights from Danang were unexpectedly canceled. It was a quick visit but we enjoyed the room, the breakfast, and the grounds. And it you want a front row seat for the fireworks display at the amusement park nearby, it is the perfect spot!

Pros:

The hotel is located in secluded area but close to all the major attractions. Rooms are big and comfortable. The views are nice with the Han river in the backyard. My Amex didn’t work oversea but Sales rep was nice to hold my room at the reserved rate upon checking in.

Cons:
Breakfast was cold and not a lot of options, especially if you’re vegetarian/vegan. There were some ants and flies in the room. Reception didn’t seem that enthusiastic. They were professional but hardly smile, just didn’t feel like a welcoming atmosphere upon checking in. They rented a moped for me for $200k/day which was on the high end side; but the bike was old, the lights didn’t work. Wifi was spotty, dropped a couple of times

Overall the experience was just ok, I didn’t have a horrible time but there are better options for the money

Central Vietnam escape…

The Blossom Resort is a little bit of Paradise in the heart of a hot city. On a connected island looking out over the Han river and big wheel. With this landmark you always know where your Da Nang home is if travelling or walking back. They failed to pick us up from the airport but we’re very apologetic and offered a compensation voucher. It is very near the airport (100k dong in a taxi) but you never hear the planes. It is a small resort so always feels calm. Staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is by the river, food is great and they provided us with picnic bags when we had an early trip out. There is a spa and an onsen. Comfortable, clean, spacious villa with mosquito nets, a deep tub and private sauna. Gym is small and the pool is adequate with lovely big beds to relax on out of the sun. On the same island it is easy walking distance to a nice restaurant and few coffee bars. You can also walk along the river up to the Dragon bridge for the weekend Fire and Water shows. We would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, only downside a member of staff- lee? On reception kept trying to sell activities, tried several times after we said no, I was annoyed at the calls therefore I answered and said we had already booked. Only then did he stop trying to sell the activities. The rest of the staff are lovely and very helpful. Would recommend the place as location is very good.

If you like a big bathroom

We stayed in a “superior king bedroom”.
The actual bedroom was small because of the size of the bed. Yes there was a view of the river but you viewed more of the motorcycle car park.

The bathroom felt bigger than then bedroom with a full sized bath and shower with separate toilet.

We were staying in a building separate from the main lobby there was no elevator to our floor. They do have ground level villas if access is a concern for you.

They provide a free breakfast which was good. We were also given a daily voucher for noodle soup from there in-house restaurant to be used in the evening.
Our package included a free foot massage which was also good. There spa centre has hot pools and a steam room as well as massage services.

This resort overlooks an amusement park with huge Ferris wheel and roller coaster so it can be noisy depending on which way the wind is blowing. We could not hear it from our room mainly from the restaurant and lobby.
Not a lot to do in the immediate area but it’s only a 30min walk into the city or a $3 taxi.

Overall very happy with our stay.
The staff were very helpful and there level of English was good.

The location was abit secluded, with no supermarkets or shops near by. But no biggie, as grab is affordable. Really enjoyed this resort alot, the free shuttle buses to Hoi An and being able to leave your luggage at the counter, before you take your flight was also a plus.

Nice resort on a quiet, scenic little island

This is a cute little resort with a Japanese theme to it, situated on a little island with lots of nice scenery for walks and even a couple coffee shops and restaurants on the island that are easy to walk to. The staff didn't speak English very well, but they always seemed to try hard to please us. The condition of the resort was a little run down, including a sliding bathroom door in our room that came off the tracks and became very hard to open and close. The power also went out the first night we were there and took about an hour for them to get back up, but the staff came and brought us lanterns and were apologetic... the complimentary foot massages were ok and were not that hard to book and get into. We enjoyed our stay and didn't have many issues (except the bathroom door) but the staff still wanted to offer us something, because I guess they thought we didn't enjoy our stay, so they offered to pay for our cab to Hoi An, where we were going for our next destination stay.

The Blossom was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms beyond luxurious, and the staff are extremely friendly. The morning breakfast was fantastic--serving both Vietnamese dishes as well as western-style food.

The room was too small, if it's just for single that is fined. One of the staff just simply get in without knocking the door with her access card for the welcome fruits, and we are just shock. And this is continuously happened twice. The staff apologies immediately but this is common sense, you should know someone are just right inside the room because we have just checked-in. Another issue was a switch right beside the basin bowl. It is really dangerous and doesn't have any cover or a sticker to alert there is a switch. Overall pls don't book the small room. You will regret for 2 person.

The only negative about the hotel is the location. If you want to be within walking distance of restaurants and the city, this isn't your place. That's not what I was looking for when I booked this - I wanted an affordable luxurious experience and that's exactly what I got. The hotel is extremely clean, the amenities are amazing (I'd give 4 stars for the toilet alone), the food was good, the pool and pool area is absolutely beautiful, and you get a massage each day of your stay. The service is excellent. Really, I was kind of sad to leave it was that nice. Definitely recommend if location isn't a high priority for you.

Day one power cut lasted 10 hours with no air con, electricity, no water, no toilet/flush.
No back up generator since this keeps happening too often. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Friendly staff however but not equipped to deal with this.

Too Good to Be True

Blossom Resort is a mixed bag of comfort and uneasiness. Something under the picture-perfect lobby and pool bubbles up to make you feel the hotel only cares about wringing money from the fabric you're wearing, like the rats you might see hiding under the lobby furniture, or scurrying outside your room. Sure, the entrance and lobby welcome you with calm fish ponds, dreamy views, and a handful of vouchers for foot massages, free Pho, and a pottery class, but after lengthy descriptions about the conditions of these vouchers (inconvenient times, hoops to jump through, and day restrictions) feelings of insincerity begin to surface. Yes, there is a shuttle, but the staff would rather call you a taxi than explain that reservations are needed to procure the advertised free ride. On top of this, we were accosted our first night by the driver for a fee in order to drive us, a bribe that amounted to twice the cost of a taxi ride. In the end, the manager fired the driver and tried to subdue us with a cruise on the hotel's rundown boat, but because the managers don't work on the weekends, we felt unpleasant for two nights. Overall, the staff seem unhappy, and smiles after apologies only come across as a veneer. Stay somewhere else. The \"superior\" room with river view is claustrophobically tiny. A \"balcony\" is an exaggeration. The breakfast is limited and cold. Everything the hotel uses to convince potential customers is not what you might expect.

We enjoy our stay as we were upgraded to a villa due to renovation work at the \"room\" building. It was excellent in the villa, despite a mosquito found in our first night there. We are grateful for your kind gesture and thoughtfulness.

The staff, especially those at the front desk are extremely patient, helpful and friendly, can feel that they are very happy and passionate with their job.

Inside city but not walkable because it is in a very exclusive area. Great to stay away from crowds but close to everything by taxi transport less than USD10. Good pool and free Japanese onsen bath. Free shuttles is an advantage. My room is very small.

Restful hideaway

My friend and I stayed here a week ago and thoroughly enjoyed the villas surrounded by lush greenery. After a bumpy start due to some repair works happening at the hotel (which contributed noise during the day), the hotel staff more than made up for it and we learned that the repairs were for a short time only. We received a room upgrade and had a wonderful massage. At night the hotel's pool area is stunning as you look over the water towards the amusement park in Da Nang. Some friends joined us from Singapore and were equally impressed with the accommodation and location. We all liked being away from the hectic main beach area in Da Nang yet having easy access to it by taxi or shuttle bus.

The second was the steak and it was great
The problem was we were going to eat inside because of the mosquitoes but they were replacing the kitchen.and it was too noisy inside
I think we should have got a notice warning us

We were given an upgrade for our last 2 nights to a villa and that was great
We were surprised to see staff walk by both our rooms at the back gagdens
We assumed the gardens were private
One problem was when we were swimming a couple came and and sat next to the pool and put on their music really loud and I found that annoying. They then got in the pool and were displaying more affection than I thought was right in public.(as my children would say get a room)

In saying all of this we would stay there again

Disappointing. Not what I expected.

Not as nice as the pictures, so not what I was expecting. Very small rooms, not a convenient location and I don't believe it really used to be a monastery as I had thought. I asked hotel staff and no-one could assure me that the property had in fact been a monastery.

Nice away from the hustle & bustle

Really nice surrounds. Great to come back to after a day of trekking or visiting the bustling Danang city.
Staff are extremely helpful and attentive.
Rooms are comfortable. Not modern however all your basic needs will be met. The resort was a monastery at one stage.
As with other reviewers the food isn't the greatest however there are other eateries in Danang to eat at. We just enjoyed having a place to relax at the end of the day.
We did mostly catch taxis to go into town. It isn't a long ride & pretty cheap. We did walk back from town one evening & took us about 15-20mins. So if you feel like an evening walk passing the dragon bridge, it is doable and lovely.
We would come back to stay for the peacefulness & attentive staff.

Great service, but isolated hotel

So, first of all, the hotel grounds are GORGEOUS. Seriously stunning. I also loved the giant bathroom, with a tub! The service was great, everyone spoke good English and was really helpful. The only issue was the location- it's far away from everything and cabs have no idea where it is, additionally it's close to some event venues meaning that it was actually really noisy from people having a wedding my first night there and then on my last morning one of the neighbours was blasting (and I do mean BLASTING) Viet techno music before 7am. The hotel, bless them, actually called the neighbour and asked him to turn it down, which he did. It was also really noisy with the other guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. I also got eaten alive by mosquitos- a downside to being near the river I guess!
I loved the onsen- but they are a little hazy on the rules with it. It's also only open in the afternoon. The pool was also great- when it was open, which wasn't very much unfortunately. Again, no real information about opening hours. Breakfast was good, an interesting mix of mostly Asian dishes, but fresh juice, and you could order western options for free.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here, but I think they need to improve their information so that it's clear when facilities are open etc.

Rejuvenated and refreshed

Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this resort provided a peaceful and comfortable stay. While you need to travel out a bit to get to the attractions, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We rather travel out then stay in a populated area and be exposed to noise, something that we wanted to avoid especially since it's a break we are taking. There's free shuttle to Hoi An amd Danang beach. Though the timings are fixed, the staff accommodated to our requests and were flexible in scheduling the shuttle. The masseuse in the hotel spa are extremely skilled! This japanese themed resort also has an indoor hot spring which we frequented. If you are looking for some quiet time, then this is it!

Geat experience staying at the blossom resort!

I really enjoyed to stay this hotel for 2nights. Nice and clean room with a big bathroom which it has both a shower n bath. The staff was very helpful and tried to give the best service whenever i needed. Food and drinks are great as well! I will def go back there again!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our lugguage didnt come with us on the night we checked in due to a muck up by the airline. The front desk were kind to get us some clothing from their spa to change as sleep wear that night. They also helped us to chase up our lugguage from the airline the next morning! Also to mention, their Japanese onsen bath was great, I didnt expect to find such in a hotel in Danang!

New hotel/ super friendly staff

Its a new hotel. Still working on some details. We stayed at the villa for 3 nights. Nice modern room and bathroom was huge. Great view of the sun wheel from the pool/restaurant. Breakfast was very good.
Staff was super friendly and very helpful.
The area is being developed. If you have your own transportation, its a great area to be. Away from the noise but still very close. They do have shuttles to take you to casinos, hoi an , and the beaches.
I would definitely stay here again.

hidden treasure in a busy da nang

staff of the hotel is very sweet and helpful. breakfast was great. the hotel is about 10 minutes ride from the city, near the Mercure hotel. It is a quiet place with trees and flowers near the river. There is a complimentary shuttle to hoi-ann and the pu khe beach. all of the ladies, thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

In love with this resort and staff

A must stay when visiting Da Nang! This resort has the best staff and service of a five star hotel. Perks include free shuttle rides to the beach, airport, and hoi an. Also includes a super relaxing sauna and hot bath area with an amazing unlimited massage package. All amenities are brand new and the staff handle everything with urgency and grace. This place will not disappoint, especially for a couple!

It's a small hotel with nice garden and friendly staff. All is new and clean. The location is in between the beach and city centre. I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay for few days in Danang.

Out of the way ...exclusive neighbourhood.

Located on an island on the river, great view of the sun wheel. 7 mins a walk to get out to the main road. Best to use the free shuttle service or ask reception to order a local taxi.
Hotel runs a free shuttle service daily to Hoi An, My Khe beach and the local casino.
Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. We stayed for 11 nights and were treated to a great rotation of local Vietnamese food that was prep to Western guests' taste.
Got upgraded from 2 standard rooms to King bed rooms and then for the last two nights to two villas. Each villa had its own pond view porch and fronted by a fruit laden jack fruit tree.....a very nice touch!
Well maintained and peaceful Japanese inspired landscaping with many water features.
Free use of the well maintained pool and Japanese bath.
Very courteous and attentive staff. Door man usually checks to ensure we paid the taxi correctly (not over pay) as most guests new to VN will find the currency confusing..... Too many 0's. We also noted that the door man also ensured we have not let anything behind in the taxi. On out going trips, they also noted the actual taxi vehicle no. (I am guessing to ensure the guest's security???).
From experience of Hanoi & HCMC, Da Nang is on of the cleanest, orderly and HONEST city in VN. The locals DO NOT generally rip us off because we are tourists. In all instances, we were charged the local price (I can read and understand Vietnamese but I can not speak the language well).

Outstanding stay with exceptional service

We had a fantastic 3 nights at the blossom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. They helped us hire a motorbike, book tickets, nothing was too hard! The pool area was great with views over the river and Sunwheel which is spectacular at night. the atmosphere of the resort is very calm and laid back, great place to stay if you want to get away from the noise of the city. We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a delux room for free. Breakfast was very good.

주변에서 공사중이라 공사 소음이 있습니다. 그리고 연식이 있다보니 오래된 느낌이 있어요. 그래도 방 크기도 크고 화장실도 커서 좋습니다. 다낭시내 작은 섬에 있길래 궁금해서 숙박했습니다. 주변이 고급 주택가라 잘사는 동네인거 같네요. 방은 강뷰는 비추입니다. 볼게 없습니다. 그냥 정원뷰가 무난하고 좋을거 같네요.

1月7日から3泊させていただきました。
ダナンは意外と寒く（中国大陸からの寒気のため昼間で20℃～23℃、夜は寒くて部屋のエアコンに暖房の機能が無く、現地で冬パジャマを購入しました）。
最終日は日本への帰国便が深夜の1時頃発でしたが、チェックアウト時（12時）に荷物を預け、SPAや買物で時間を潰し、19時頃にホテルへ戻りましたが、その後の温泉の入浴・空港までの送迎もしていただきました。
朝食（ビュッフェ）も美味しかったです。
スタッフの皆さんも非常に親切で頼りがいがありました。
室内トイレはベトナムでは珍しい「ウォシュレット」完備でした。

スタッフの皆様もとても気持ちの良い方々でした。
特に朝食会場ではLAN Anhさんがとても良くしてくださり、美味しい朝食を気持ちよくいただく事が出来ました。
やはり、ホテルに大浴場、部屋にもバスタブがあるのは、とても気持ちが良かったです。
滞在中、日本人は私達だけでした。
