My room was perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The room was compact but had everything needed Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was simple and close to the hotel (helpful considering the size of my suitcase!). The hotel bar had a good selection of beers on tap. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is a very short stroll from the main train and coach station. Check in was smooth and the reception staff were helpful and polite.

The room was a good size and clean (although a little tired but the price was reflective of that I felt). The room was quiet and warm.

I had some beers on from an Estonian brewery which were good. Didn’t eat an evening meal but had the breakfast which was average and in line with the price.

The real highlight was the spa, the saunas were really good and I recommend including it in your room.

Location was good for the station and exploring the city. I would stay again.

A Glimpse of Russia from Narva!

Two night stay. River promenade is very nice. The view of the two castles facing each other is impressive. Walked upstream to the hydroelectric spillway. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was strong and fast.

The pillow was very thin, small and uncomfortable. The shower is without a tray, water spills over the whole bathroom floor so your walk on a wet floor if you want to use a toilet or a hand wash basin after the shower.

Выбрали этот отель из-за близости к переходу через границу. Старайтесь не брать номер с окнами на юг в летний период. С 06 утра солнце в окна: ярко и жарко, т.к. кондиционера нет. Завтрак отличный с 08 утра. В 9 . 30 к границе подходит первый автобус, поэтому завтракать надо быстро, чтобы не оказаться в огромной очереди. А так отличный вариант переночевать в Нарве за 60€ на двоих.

Comfortable , very clean and conveniently located

The room is very comfortable even with a spa provided. Service at the counter could have been warmer which is expected especially with hotel industry . It’s nice walk to the town centre and it’s close to a lovely park behind . Breakfast choice was limited but can’t really expect a lot cos of the hotel rate offered. Overall it’s a nice hotel to stay .

Good location, nice hotel.

Hotel in an upmarket area of Paris,just off the Arc de Triumph within easy walkng distance of lots of sights. Hotel is over 5 floors in an od building but decor is inviting. A very small lift sufficient for suitcases or 1-2 persons. Staff helpful, basic continental breakfast. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Air conditioning was not able to be turned down sufficiently and if the window was open the street noise was very loud.

If u r taking the bus to narva pls beware to disembark before it crosses to Russia. The narva bussajjam look just like an ordinary bus stop (there’s no signage whatsoever. Just check w the bus driver as u enter Narva. Think the bus makes 2 other stops before the Narva bussijjam
Narva is quite a quiet town this time of the year. Due to chilling cold weather, most of the shops seemed closed as the door is shut but is actually open.
Overall a good stay at narva hotell.

When you get off the bus from Tallinn, you might be in for a first impression chock because everything around you looks very run down and by the time I arrived at the hotel I had virtually no expectatioMs - but I was very happily surprised. The staff in the reception (all off them) are just great. Very welcoming and happy to do anything for you. The room is completely fine. Well, I think they could have given me a double room since I paid exactly the same price as a single person as two people would have for a double room, but sure a single bed works. The breakfast was great and so was the dinner I had in the hotel restaurant (fish with cauliflower and fennel mash etc...very nice!), but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant/breakfast room is so very sour it kept me from going back. Not one single smile. Only 'yes, no, thank you, bye' and that is that. And when I arrived at breakfast the first morning I was confronted by a quite angry girl, demanding that I'd show her a receipt to prove I had paid for breakfast or that I stayed in the hotel to begin with. Later the reception told me they had a new system, where it was now possible to stay in the hotel without breakfast but it doesn't explain the hostile approach. Especially in a small town with few tourists. But as I said, the rest of the staff were great.
If you go to Narva, don't miss the museum in the tower. You'd think it might be small, but it's very thorough and interesting. Loved it!

Good location at a budget for tourism

This hotel is basic, the bed was in good condition. It is a three star establishment so don't expect anything fancy and you will find it meets expectations. We found the location to be excellent if you intend to look at the castle and go to the lookout. Breakfast was better than expected for a hotel in a town like Narva.

Narva hotel was just what I needed (Clean, safe, friendly, affordable). The hotel is close enough to the train station to walk--and actually, most of the town is close enough for walking.

Breakfast is modest (but free). Dinner was fine. High-speed in the room was good enough for Skype and Video Skype.

Great front desk staff and general manager. I'm planning to return here each time I need to be in Narva.

Hinta laatusuhde oli hyvä ja todennäköisesti yksi parhaimpia vaihtoehtoja Narvassa. Sijainti oli itselleni hyvä ja hotellin vierestä alkava rajajokeen ulottuva puisto oli miellyttävä. Ravintolan ruokalista oli ok ja kiva erityispiirre siinä oli Narvajoesta pyydetyt nahkiaiset. En käyttänyt kylpyläpalveluja, niistä en osaa sanoa. Henkilökunnalta sai poikkeuksellisen hyvää palvelua. Ei mikään täydellinen paikka, mutta sen verran hyvä, että itse valitsen sen todennäköisesti toistamiseen, jos menen uudestaan Narvaan.

Zentral in Narva gelegen wurde dieses 1959 erbaute Hotel behutsam auf weitgehend zeitgemäßen Standard gebracht und verströmt so immer noch ein wenig Flair der Vergangenheit. Mir hat es gut gefallen. Toll ist der moderne Spa-Bereich im Untergeschoss mit einer großen Auswahl an Schwitzmöglichkeiten und auch das Restaurant ist eine positive Erwähnung wert.

Sijainti hyvä ja ilmainen parkki vieressä. Sänky ja tyynyt sekä peitto parempaa tasoa. Sviitissä olisi voinut olla käsipaperia. Bidee pitäisi olla, mutta harvemmin on Virossa. Aamupala riittävä. Kahvikupit liian pieniä teekupeiksi. Tämäkin yleinen ongelma eri hotelleissa, ei teekuppeja.

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla Narvan keskustassa, kävelymatka moniin kohteisiin. Hotelli on vanha, mutta tilat ovat siistit ja esimerkiksi meidän huoneemme kylpyhuone oli uusittu. Ystävien huonekin oli uusittu. Suurin miinus on ilmastoinnin puute, joten huone oli varsin lämmin, vaikka ikkuna oli raollaan.
Aamiainen sisältyi hintaan ja oli varsin kohtuullinen. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja hinnat kohtuullisia.

Nice basic hotel in Narva center

Hotel is in a good location within walking distance from Narva castle. Staff was polite, breakfast was fine and parking space was right next to hotel. A little funny smell in the bathroom, but it was ok because you could open the french balcony door in the room. Only bigger minus was the bed, which was very low and soft.

Была в отеле второй раз, впечатления такие же положительные, как и во время первого проживания. Отель имеет хорошее месторасположение - в 5 минутах ходьбы от пограничного пункта, от автовокзала и променада на набережной. Двухместный номер просторный, удобный, есть все необходимое (кроме холодильника и сейфа), в номере было очень тепло, даже открывали окна. Ванная комната просторная, но есть недостаток - безбарьерный душ, после приема водных процедур половина пола в ванной залита (в комплекте к душу есть специальная швабра, чтобы сгонять воду к сливу в полу). WiFi в номере хороший.
Завтрак неплохой, большой выбор блюд (каша, омлет, яйца, фрикадельки, сардельки, селедка, сыры/колбасы, овощи/фрукты, йогурты; выбор выпечки все так же невелик - шарлотка и пара видов печенья), все вкусно.
Встречающая гостей на ресепшене Юлия - само очарование! Спасибо, Юлия, за полученное от общения с Вами удовольствие!!!

Teenindus oli eriti meeldiv ja abivalmis. lisaks pakuti restoranis veel 10 % allahindlust.
ainus ebamugavus oli Dussinurk, mis oli koos WC ja kraanikausialaga ühel tasandil - eralduseks vaid kardin, seega peale dussivõtmist oli kogu ruumi põrand märg. muidu kõigega rahul.
