The property is old and in need of upgrades and renovations. I had already prepaid for my stay and on check-in I was asked how I would like to pay for the stay.

Ok stay, too pricey

It was a nice hotel but too pricey for the quality. The breakfast is ok. The location is ok as well. The pool is in the courtyard which does not allow sunshine during the entire day and the water is freezing.

Very nice modern hotel with pool...only drawback is location which is a bit far from Nizwa Fort & Souk... however since you always have a car in Oman - Its ok. Very bad breakfast - cold food, low or no choices, being an arabic hotel - not a single arab dish like arab breads or hummus etc

This hotel is in a good location, a very short drive from historical Nizwa. We went for a suite, which was good as it gave us plenty of room. The hotel is a little tired and old fashioned but value for money. It is located on the highway into Nizwa so isn’t exactly picturesque, but if you’re after a convenient pit stop for Nizwa this place will do fine. The only criticism is of breakfast which was awful - neither fresh nor traditional (some stale croissants and plastic cheese).

There is nothing wrong with this place. It's clean, it's relatively close to the city center, and the people at the reception are helpful. The hotel restaurant is adequate --- noting fancy but you'll be fed and politely. The location is uninspiring at the corner of two thoroughfares.

very low price quality ratio

The room had a wall in front of the window -- not pleasant to be in during the day, and extremely noisy -- impossible to sleep uninterrupted before 2 am and after 6am. It was by the elevator and by the staff door; given the corridors have tiles on, every noise is audible inside the room. There is some red light in the room which stay on the entire night......
On top of that, the hotel had some kind of repairing/ renovating works going on, which would start at 7:30. The reception fellow was unaware of it?!
In conclusion, one needs her/ his eye mask and ear plugs to sleep.

The linen and mattress are okish, so is the breakfast.

This hotel is good for those on a budget. Transport is required to visit Nizwa centre for souks and local restaurants. The bedrooms are clean and tidy but the bathrooms could do with attention to shower fittings finish . Although coffee making facilities are available in the bedrooms - no fresh milk is offered nor available - only coffee mate is available - not good in tea! The swimming pool is a welcome amenity. There is a good choice of food for Breakfasts.

Given that all hotels in Nizwa seem to be scattered along the expressway leading to it, we found the Al Diyar surprisingly comfortable and a good base for exploring the souk in the evening. It had quite a good restaurant serving simple thinks like shish talk and doing them well, which we found to be a big help and reasonably priced.

Too many problems

There were a lot of problems with my room and it wasn't very clean. After arriving, the staff had to come fix 2 problems in my room. Then, I realized that the TV wasn't working either. It was completely frozen on one screen, but I couldn't be bothered calling them to come fix another thing, so I just didn't watch TV. Then, on top of that, the next morning, the shower overflowed into the entire bathroom because of a problem with the drain. The only positive part of my stay was the breakfast.

Good value for the money in Nizwa

Aldiyar hotel was great. It's close to the center of the city, it's got great rooms, a great restaurant, and a lovely swimming pool. Staff are helpful and quite pleasant. Highly recommended for a stay in Nizwa.

ニズワの中心から南に3キロ強。交通不便そうだが、乗合タクシーに慣れると便利。とはいえ、車を有する旅行者向けか。部屋は値段の割にゴージャス。プールも付いている。タクシーチャーターを依頼したら、ルートの念押し、値段交渉までしてくれた。

Bestes Hotel unserer Oman Rundreise. Zimmer sehr groß und sehr sauber, Betten sehr bequem mit super sauberer Bettwäsche. Unser Zimmer ließ sich mehrfach nicht öffnen mit der Chipkarte, es kam immer umgehend ein Mitarbeiter zu Hilfe, der Hotelmanager zeigte uns bei einer dieser Gelegenheiten das gesamte Hotel z.B. die neuesten Umbauarbeiten eines Zimmers im alten, traditionellen Stil. Im zum Hotel gehörenden Restaurant haben wir 3 x ausgezeichnet und dazu noch günstig gegessen.

Als Basis zur Erkundung von Nizwa und Umgebung gut geeignet, allerdings zu weit von Nizwa Zentrum für Erkundung zu Fuss.
Großes, sauberes Zimmer (\"Suite\"), jedoch schon einige Abnutzungserscheinungen, besonders im Bad. Leider Richtung Straße/Ampelkreuzung gelegen, daher relativ laut.
Frühstück war gut und reichlich, Raum allerdings in jeder Hinsicht kalt.

Nizwa FortやNizwa marketからは少し離れていますがホテルの前の道を真っ直ぐです

ツルツルの大理石の床の天井の高い広い部屋で、キレイでした
部屋の外では工事をしていたり、ロードサイドだったりしますが特にうるさくは感じませんでした
ホテルについているレストランで夕食を食べました、そのレストランで朝食でしたが種類もそこそこあって満足しました

プールがありましたがタイミングが合わず入れませんでした…タオルはプールの脇に沢山置いてありました
GroundFloorの端の部屋でしたがWifiの入りが悪くて使うときはロビーに行っていました

この場所には車で行くのも困難で、そもそもその場所にホテルは無いようです

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Grosses Zimmer, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet Das Restaurant im Haus ist sehr gut und bietet authentisches Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Reichhaltiges, von Tag zu Tag wechselendes Frühstück. Das Restaurant hat eine Terrasse, auf der es abends angenehm ist, auch wenn sie zur Hauptstraße gelegen ist. Alles sehr sauber, neues Bad, Fliesenboden anstatt Teppich. Sehr gute Lage (ca. 5-10 Minuten bis zum großen, kostenfreien Parkplatz in Nizwa, von dort kann der Souq und das Fort in 5 Minuten per Laufen erreicht werden). Zu empfehlen.

Es war nett, Pool im Innenhof, unser Zimmer nicht zur Straße, daher ruhig, das Hotel bietet bei nur 2 Sternen alles an Komfort was benötigt wird, incl. Föhn und Hausschlappen.

nettes Hotel nahe Souq und Fort

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, es gab kalte und warme Speisen einschl. arabischem Kaffee. Etwas frisches Gemüse (Gurke, Tomate) wäre schön gewesen. Der Hotelpool liegt leider oft im Schatten. Da hier anscheinend an bestimmten Tagen der öffentliche Schwimmunterricht stattfindet, kann es etwas laut und voll im Pool werden.

Kurz vor dem Ort gelegen, ideal für die Erkundung der Gegend, großzügige Zimmer (#322), sehr sauber, Pool ein „nice to have“, großer Parkplatz, WLAN stabil und fix, freundlicher und schneller Service, Frühstück als Buffet mit einer guten Auswahl – angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Bon rapport Confort/ Prix

Bon hotel etant donner le prix tres attractif. La chambre est basiaue mais le confort est acceptable (lit, taille, salle de douche). La clim est assez bruyante. Petit dejeuner OK. Piscine agreable. Tres bon service. Mon passeport etait reste a la reception apres le check out, le gerant de l'hotel a pris la peine de contacter Hotels.com pour avoir mon telephone et email. Il m'a envoyer plusieurs messages (tel, email, whatsapp) pour m'avertir ce qui m'a permis de le recupere rapidement. L'hoel est proche du centre ce qui evite de devoir traverser Nizwa pour aller dans les quartiers a visiter.
