They have no restaurants or bars or spa open, haven’t been informed and it was a non refundable booking. This is not ok. Bed was very hard and breakfast didn’t offer choice. So eat or starve.

Fantastic facilities, staff second to none. For the top quality of the resort.....the mattress was substandard.....I expected consistent quality. Having said that, I would go back tomorrow. A must stay if in the area.

The bed issue

The stay was awesome but was unhappy with the bed as it makes so much of noise which made us uncomfortable to sleep

Stayed there with Family for two nights, three days long weekend. We booked a two Bedroom Pool Villa. The villa and property was spacious. However the property and rooms appeared to be very much aged and lacked maintenance. From loose power sockets, to hard to operate curtains and doors everything appeared to be neglected. Hedges were not trimmed, The outside shower was unusable as it was completely overgrown with weeds. Amazingly they provide a 4 plate electric stove, but no pots or pans... Mini bar is available upon request, but quite limited in choice. Restaurant prices are high. The private pool was nice, so was the sala. It would benefit from a few extra pillows. Bath linen was old and frayed. Light switches are confusing, I think we had about 20 in one of the bedrooms, that also operated the lights in outdoor area.
The complimentary shuttle service to town was very welcome. With private car you have to drive ca. 20 minutes to Hua Hin.
The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good on the Saturday. On Sunday it was ravished and not refilled when we arrived. They were out of almost all things I liked the day before, Bacon, Ham, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit yogurt etc. Big Plus for European Dark Bread! It was unexpected!
We would likely not book this resort again. It does not longer live up to past greatness.

A extremely contrast

I have some positives and negatives.

The hotel was extremely isolated and nestled 30 mins inland from any action. Which can be a pro or a con depending on the guests.
There is a free shuttle bus which helps but if you require going at any time other then the 4 times they go, it is really expensive and they won’t let you organize your own taxi.

The beds were horrible but the staff did their absolute best to to find us a sleepable mattress by the 4th night.

The over all holiday was very tired and almost looked like it had been closed down for 10 years and just re opened but not finished. As we were there, they were working and fixing things the entire time.

The staff I can’t be more greatful for. They were always friendly and extremely helpful. They loved sleeping limited English with us.
Mim in the restaurant was absolutely amazing and we actually miss her.

In all we had a great time once we adjusted and had to let go of a few things that could have really ruined our holiday experience.

Holidays well spent @pool villa

A nice pool villa with great hospitality, all the staffs are very nice. Room service is good with affordable price. Just the breakfast is not at the 4.5star level but quite variety.

Not helpful, weak shower

I have sent an email prior to the trip to request a baby cot but there was no feedback. When checking in, I was told it is not available until next day. But there was still not in the 2nd day. After asking again in the 2nd evening, I was told to wait for 1 more day. During the 3rd day morning, I went to front desk to remind arranging it but finally there was still none after return to the hotel in the evening. Finally we called front desk with an unhappy tune and got the baby cot immediately.

Some of the staffs in the reception do not speak english.

Hanged the \"Refresh Room\" sign on the front door for 4 hours without anyone to make up room. But once we returned to room from swimming, housekeeping knocked door and asked for cleaning. We told them to clean it 1 hour later after we got changed and out, but the phone rang after 3 minutes and front desk asked when they could make up the room. Same problem happened every day.

The rain shower in bathroom was extremely weak which was even weaker than scattered rain. I could not rinse off the shampoo and bath gel at all. And some bucks came out from the floor drains.

great resort with great privacy

great hotel staff, very friendly and helpful. great privacy too! when we want to go out, the golf car is there for us in 3 mins. Really great. there is also shuttle bus to the night market, so its not a problem of its location.

Stayed two nights in a two bedroom villa. The hotel is under renovation work but it does not affect the villa's service. Most of the people we met in our stay are Hong Kongers. Shuttle bus to the beach is excellent. Bicycle rental is really subjected to availability. Housekeeping can be greatly improved. Staffs at the lobby are generally nice yet unwilling to help.

Great for anyone who wants private pool

Villas - most with private pools. Perfect for families with kids or large groups. Spa is good. Beware of number of people allowed in the room as you will be charged compulsory 1500 baht for extra bed. Some villas only allowed 2 people-kids over 4 must have extra bed.

Family Trip (Three children: ages 2, 4 and 7).

My wife and I had a great time. It is a very quiet place for people who want to have a relaxing day with their families and enjoy spending family time in the room. We had a private pool, so we had the chance to swim anytime we wanted.

Nice, value for money but many dirty places

Nice, relaxing, value for money hotel. I figure out many dirty places in the hotel and room as well. Staffs not well training to serve guest. Room is big and large private pool. Many mosquitos in my room. Hotel offered free shuttle bus to hua hin market, but the time slot is not very vary.

I have 2 room bookings with different room types. on the first day i check in, front office said they cant find my second booking in the system. Its a big mistake from the hotel

Nice hotel but a long way from town.

We have a nice villa but the place is a bit out on it's own. The hotel run a shuttle bus but the times are not great and they will charge you 500 Baht for a \"hotel taxi\" where as it should be 300 Baht. Pools are cold but not very busy at least. Breakfast was okay. I stuck to the thai style and it was nice but the \"American\" stuff looked a bit sweet and processed. The grounds are nice and I would recommend to anyone looking for peace age quiet.

Functional But Tired and Unattractive Resort

Simple and rustic resort style hotel, everything appeared somewhat tired. However fully functional and fine for our one night stopover. Remote location so without a car you are going to be stranded away from town and the beach.
The most intriguing event, happened when I ordered fish and chips from the room service menu. Duly delivered within the quoted 20 minutes, four small pieces of dry fish without a single chip....needless to say we ventured into town later and ate dinner outside.

when i arrived at resort, impression was not too bad.
nice looking resort with pool.
but once you started to look at things in details, not more than in 1-2 hours time, all started to turn disaster.
staffs are NOT friendly at all. They do not even speak English properly. always say ok ok but no respond. When they cannot understand, they show angry face.
swimming pool was very dirty. i even found hairs inside my bed.
I ordered pineapple fried rice from restaurant. there was many ants inside the food. they just took it away and did not even appologise.
terrible terrible place. I DO NOT recommend at all for either family or honeymoon couples.

please spend little more and go to proper hotel resort.

you wont be able to communicate with staffs.
you will be shocked that how dirty this place is.
it is also very very far from the sea and city. about 20-30 min.

Staffs are very very unfriendly. very difficult to communicate with staffs.
They do not have nothing for kids. they closed down kid's playing area according to them. we found that out after arrival.
many rooms seems still under construction or repair maybe.
generally room is not clean. tables were sticky, too many insects.
we even found honey(bee) comb, inside the villa.
there was hundreds of bees they had to come and kill while we were there with little children.

this place is totally nonsense. I do not think that owner even care to come and see how it is being managed.

The worst place my family have visited ever. this place is a nightmare. ruin our holiday totally.

A lot of hong kong tourists. Good spa with budget price. But the pool is not clean except in the mornings. But the bed is comfortable and the surroundings are quiet and relaxed. But you need to take about 20 min for the transport from the clock tower, thats the twon centre.

Amazing Hotel with excellent Maldives Villa design and privacy. I enjoyed staying there and would love to recommend it to anyone who is seeking spending a second Honeymoon. Facilities is not great because the Gym was primative and under equipped. The location is a bit far from city but definitely worth the drive

We stayed at the Garden view private pool villa for 4 days 3 nights. I'd recommend staying in villa with your own private pool as the public pool condition is not as great as it shows on the pictures.
Room is clean and room service is speedy, very comfortable resort surroundings where you will not be disturbed by neighbors. Free shuttle buses to Clocktower goes every hour in the morning (from 10 to 12 pm) which saves a lot in terms of transportation cost. Buffet breakfast is very nice, there are varieties of western and thai food for selection.

nice room, however very far from restaurants and city.

We stayed in the hotel because other hotels in the centre of Hua Hin were fully booked. Room was beautiful,however hotel lacked atmosphere since there is no central lobby. Shuttle to the city very irregular. Taxi took hours to get there. Hotel situated in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast served only asian food.

Worst resort I have ever been

Worst resort I have ever been to. I was served raw chicken and the worst Pad Thai I have ever eaten. The swimming pool was a mosquito ridden hell hole.
The location is 20 KM from town and a taxi ride was super expensive.
I would not send my worst enemy to this horrible resort!

Suitable for people who love privacy. The hotel is very far from the beach, but free shuttle bus to the beach is provided (consult with reception for schedule). Breakfast is great. Lotus pond needs more work.

The food in the restaurant not good. very expensive. I dont mind if expensive but good, but the food is very bad.
The resort are very nice and relax, staff are fine, some of them not speak good english.
I like the aroma candle when they came to put in the room in the evening. very nice smell.
the waterfall in the room not clean enough. maybe the housekeeping was not really care.
the bathtab outside is not convinetn at all, maybe should has the shower outside next to the bathtab also,
the resort a little bit far from huahin but its fine for me. I enjoy stayed in the resort more than go to hua hin town anyway,
The spa & massage was good aswell.
if you really want the relax and nice place. i recommended this resort.

We got a wonderful time at Dhevan

We got a wonderful time at Dhevan Dara. very relax and private.
I like the aroma in the room. The room is clean but the waterfall in the bathroom and outside is not clean. ( had to ask housekeeping to clean) THe bath Tab outdoor is not comfortable to use because have to run to bathroom inside. only for show is ok. The food at the restaurant very expensive and not good quality. Breakfast is fine, freah and simple. The resort is far from the beach but fine for me. I enjoy stay there. The spa is also relax. they give dvd player and bike if you want to. very nice resort. I will visit there again next time.

Unsere Villa mit Pool war super und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend. Allerdings sollte man wohl wirklich einen Mietwagen nehmen. Wir haben uns das nicht grtraut. Zweimal am Tag kann man in die Stadt gebracht werden , wenn Platz im Auto ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Aber ein großer Wermutstropfen bleibt, die Anlage ist im Dornröschenschlaf, viele Villen nicht nutzbar, es besteht ein riesiger Renovierungsstau. Schade...

ソンクラーン明けに家族3人で3泊4日滞在しました。
場所はホアヒン市内から少し離れています。

ソンクラーンが終わった後の平日だったのか
宿泊客が少ないようで静かで良かったんだけど
3回の朝食は一度も他のお客さんに会う事はありませんでした。

なので朝食も少なく2日目からブッフェではなく注文式に変わってました。
喫煙所の吸い殻が4日間掃除されていなくて自分が吸った吸い殻が4日間貯まってました。

部屋はプールヴィラを注文
真夏日でプールの水が緩くて...
このホテルは1、2時間起きに水を出したり止めたり
水が循環しない時間が長く水の節約なんでしょうが
日中は常に水を循環させて欲しい

スタッフは人によって全然違う対応
フロントは男性以外はほぼ話しません
食堂は何人か笑顔で接客してくれますが
庭掃除の方は挨拶しても無視でした...

部屋のシャワーが上から落ちてくるタイプで
手で持つシャワーノズルがありません
小さいお子さんなどの場合は不便だと思います。

全体的に静かでリゾートの雰囲気はありますが
お客さんが少ないと節約してる感がお客さんに伝わってしまって残念

Lækker ophold , ren afslapning

Lækkert sted, vi startede i den villa vi havde bestilt, men allerede på 3 dag gik der efter regnvejr vand i strømmen, så de flyttede os til en villa et nummer større og bedre. Rigtig fin service. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme, men taler generelt dårligt engelsk hvilke kan give udfordringer. hver eftermiddag kom de med en fad med forskellige snack , ikke noget vi skulle betale for.
Morgenmad var super lækker, og den Massage behandling vi prøvede var også rigtig god.
Hotellet ligger øde, der er ingen ting omkring det, men de tilbyder kørsel til/fra byen ( ca 20 min i bil) 5 gange om dagen, dog er tiderne ikke super gode, der er f.eks. ingen om formiddagen. de skriver kørsel til strand , men det tilbyder de ikke kun til byen og så kan man gå de sidste ca. 1,5 km eller selv tage en tuk tuk.

雖然是聖誕旺季，酒店職員都熱情款待，更為我們將villa升級．Villa設計非常有渡假feel,整潔舒適，廚房設備齊全，獨立泳池面積不大，但池水非常清潔．早餐時員工都會送上最新優惠資訊，而每晚在我們回到villa前㸃上驅蚊香氛，非常貼心．下次再到華欣，依然會選擇入住Dhevan Dara．
