stayed 5 nights,arrived by bus from Bangkok southern terminal was picked up free by hotel 100thb back to bus station when going back,check in was fast no key room deposit,staff was friendly,room was very clean and spacious better than photos,2 free bottles of water per day,room was cleaned every day,air con was good,wifi worked every day,small old fashioned tv with a few english channels,mattress was little hard,shower and toilet all good,location of hotel is very good and also little bad,hotel street has local thai eating places 7-11 and tesco express right next to hotel big c further up the street it's not a tourist trap area its a thai area all very good,little bad is that it's 20/25 minute walk to night market 35/40minute walk to beach,there are no 10thb songhtews/taxi running this street,the hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the beach and night market here was the timetable 8.30am 9am 12pm 3pm 6pm,this didn't work for me as 9am is to early for beach and 12pm is to late,3pm to early to come back 6pm to late,if you want go outside this time hotel charge is 100thb per 1 way journey,aftet 6pm you will have to find your own tuk tuk back if you cant walk,the tuk tuk drivers overcharge everyone a standard 200thb to go anywhere,i very much enjoyed my stay and would like to stay here again but the hotel needs to change the shuttle timetable swap 8.30am to 10.30am add a 4.30pm service and put kettle tea/coffe in room, then G house would always be my 1st choice

stayed 5 nights with partner and child,rooms very clean and spacious better than photos,no kettle tea/coffe in room, 2 free bottles of water per day room was cleaned every day,free internet that worked every day,check in fast no key room deposit,staff friendly,free pick up from bus station,100thb back to bus station when leaving,location of hotel very good and very bad,street hotel in is very good its a local thai street loads of eating places 7-11 almost next door,bad because 20 minute walk to night market,35 minute walk to beach,no 10thb songhtews/taxi run this street,hotel provides free shuttle taxi but times dont work for me example it's 9am to beach that to early or 12pm that's to late pick up from beach 3pm that's to early or 6pm that's to late, this was the free taxi time schedule to and from beach, night market 8.30am 9am 12pm 3pm 6pm,if you want go outside this time hotel will charge you 100thb for each 1 way journey,i very much enjoyed my stay but the hotel needs to change it's taxi time table to more conivinet time example swap the 8.30 to 10.30,if they did that and put kettle tea/coffe in room then it would be perfect budget accommodation

exellent experience in Hua hin

i can say nothing but good about this hotel and it\"s staff. The assistance manager named Yui went out of her way to help us. We had concerns about the bus back to Bangkok, so she phone the bus station and arrange to have our bus ticket changed and even arranged the shuttle for us. Also the driver that drove the shuttle truck were so helpful and happy. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. They spoke English very well and made our stay so nice. We will stay here every time we come to Hua Hin. Also the hotel is an excellent value, and if you stay for over 30 days the price drops even more.

Quiet. Convenient parking

Being slightly outside of the main centre (but still very much in HuaHin) was the main reason I chose this hotel. It's quiet and peaceful. There's designated free parking. The wifi connection was good. If you don't have your own transport, the hotel lays on a shuttle Tuk-tuk to the centre throughout the day, though I didn't personally use this service. You could conceivably walk into the centre, which I suspect would be a sweaty 20'minutes, but scooter rental in HuaHin is both ubiquitous and cheap. Western-style breakfasts are an additional 100 THB if you pay in advance at checkin, but at a slightly higher price if bought on the day. Free tea, coffee, orange juice, toast, jam and fresh watermelon appeared to be available n a take-as-much-as-you-want system, regardless of what breakfast package you buy. The rooms look newly refurbished and are super clean and tastefully modern in decor. The hotel entrance itself is situated on a main road but all the rooms run perpendicularly down away from the entrance so the rooms themselves are not affected by traffic noise - not that there's much traffic on that particular road at night anyway. The hotel guest rooms are set on 4 levels with elevator access. Given the price of this hotel I would have to give it a clear thumbs up.

A Charming Little Hotel

G House is a very pleasant hotel, just far enough from the town to be quiet, but easy enough to reach the town by taxi or on foot if you are fit. Very clean and staff very friendly. Take advantage of the cheap breakfast on arrival when booking in.
Would stay again if I go Hua-Hin.

Although the accommodations were adequate, my daughter and I were taken back quite a bit by the lack of attentiveness of the staff to correct the miscommunication about having a pool on site as indicated in the website. Are stay together was to celebrate a special occasion and included our desire to go swimming together at the hotel. When asked to help us find another place that has a swimming pool that we could use since it was their mistake, the staff did very little to offer any assistance and locating a nearby swimming pool and told us we would have to pay a lot of money to use the swimming pool at another hotel that was located very far from this hotel. This was very upsetting for us and we will NEVER recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Location is 10 min walk to the night market, 15 min to the beach. There is a laundry shop just down and across the street.
There is free shuttle to the beach and market, but sometimes they don't go when the sign says. Sign says there is a shuttle at 9pm but it's not from the hotel, lol, it's TO THE HOTEL. Confusing, but who cares, just walk.

Reservation was made for two rooms each with 2/adults and one child but only two single beds were given- and on separate floors when reservation requested adjacent rooms. It was....just ok. Upon arrival my friends and I were not even greeted. No smiles or Hello, or even Sawasdee Ka. Check is was a breeze. Once to the room(room 219 2nd floor corner unit)I sat down on a fairly hard mattress. Very clean room but boring. My biggest complaint was the barking dogs DIRECTLY outside my window. I read in other reviews this was a Big problem.
I decided when I booked my room to NOT include the breakfast because I read it was a disappointment. My friends that \"got it\" said it was Very lackluster and wouldnt Not get it again IF we decided to stay here again. I paid 2,800 baht for 3 nights. A good price for what I got, but I will choose a different hotel next time.

Rented 4 rooms for 10 relatives as we travelled through Hua Hin recently. The hotel was great, and the cleanliness was above average. Loved it. From a travellers standpoint, it was great. We came in late one night, ate, slept, and left early the next day. For a tourist it might be a bit too far from the beach. But still, it's a solid choice with helpful staff and we enjoyed the stay.

The G House was a clean and friendly hotel, ideally suited for golfers as the golf course is near by, the beach is about 30/40 minutes walk away, including the railway station and eating houses.
This hotel provides a mini bus drop off and pick up to the beach and walking street daily at various times, it also picks up from the bus terminus and drops off customers there if required, this service is included in the price.
The breakfast is basic, I hated my fried eggs cold but if you liked it served like that that's what you will get.
Outside the hotel was several local houses whose owners had dogs and one had a cockerel which crowed at 4am, this would awake the dead.

G House Hotel have a shuttle to the beach 2 time per day or to the market. No restaurant around, but a 7eleven nearly. It is a good place to go when you arrive that's help me to find something else near to the beach.. Tell the taxi it is not G Hotel, because G Hotel it is a 5 star hotel.....not the same. They give you a courtoisy bottle of water...don't take the plastic one, they gone a charge you 25 bath per bottle. The glass bottle are free.

The actual hotel is very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. The room was great, we had a room with a living area and kitchenette - one of us slept on the sofa instead of the rollaway bed! We all agreed that it would be an awesome apartment to live in. The view from the top of the building on the fifth floor is awesome! The breakfast is incredibly lackluster - fried eggs, toast, strange ham, and fried rice. The internet is really atrocious! They have a strange system of usernames and passwords that expire after 24 hours, which you get on pre-printed slips of paper. Many of these don't work, so you need to get more and some expire before 24 hours. The four of us in our room probably went through 30 of these slips of paper in two days. If you are logging in on a mobile device (phone, tablet) it works better if you open your browser first and attempt to go to a website and then log in - don't click on the alert telling you to log in. The staff are polite, but very out of it. When I arrived at the hotel and told them my name they seemed so confused, and didn't know the details of my booking. Finally they took us to our room and it took about five minutes for the key to unlock the door. I was disappointed not to have a pool at the hotel and be so far away from the beach. If you are just passing through and want a clean, affordable place to stay, then I would recommend this place. If you are going to Hua Hin for a relaxing vacation I would not recommend it at all.

Details of the hotel.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Hua Hin main shops,but if you like a walk and a more local feel then this is a good place.The room I had on one side of the hotel was noisy sometimes,as there are some noisy dogs and a cockerel living across the street,though it's no fault of the hotel of course.
There are enough nearby shops and places to eat without walking far,Tesco and 7-11 are very close.
The room was always clean,but I had to ask for the bedding to be changed,otherwise sound.
The staff were friendly,helpful and polite and welcoming.
I would say this hotel is definitely good value for money.

You get what you paid for

Location is far from the beach, train station and night market but they do run a scheduled free shuttle service. The shuttles are not that frequent. Room is clean, but has strong detergent or cleaning chemical smell. Therefore, I tried to minimize my time in the room. The room is still a place that I can sleep well, so no more complaint. It is reasonably priced. Safety is good, even walking at midnight is fine.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. Initially I had booked this hotel for three days and added an additional 4. I had wanted to stay in a area out side the business and traffic in Hua Him. The staff were attentive, rooms clean, the surrounding were more native and natural to the area, accessibility to markets were in walking distance. The staff were kind and always ready to help. Although we experience some language barriers there where no significant problems. I travelled with my 28 yr. old daughter, she described it has a wonderful experience. Alongside, I felt the ambiance provided an ease with other foreign tourist.

But I could hear every noise, everything echoed - people walking along the corridors, the noise coming up from the reception area etc. Also the hotel was a long way from the centre of the town. Hotel very clean. Rooms large and well furnished. Stall extremely helpful and friendly. Dinner menu and quality of food extremely good for a relatively small hotel. Good location (quite close to train station) although not in the main tourist area. Free transport to beach provided twice a day.

the g house is a great place to stay staff helpful with only a language barrier causing any difficulty. The accomodation is excellent value for money and although a 15min walk to the beach this journey is filled with cooking smells and street stalls all the way. The rooms are comfortable and cleanliness an obvious priority of the management. The value for money the hotel offers in quite exceptional.. Dont Expect 5 star luxuries at this price but you will have a very pleasant stay. The complimentary transfer by cab to the beach is also a nice touch... will stay here again

This is a fairly new building and it's bright and clean. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the down town area - the route is not very scenic, but very local. I did it both during the day and at night and felt safe. You can of course get a tuk-tuk / taxi too.
The breakfast isn't great, there's not much choice and it was the same every day. Maid service can be a bit slow, so once or twice I was waiting for someone to make up the room at 2 or 3 p.m.. Overall I still think this hotel is very good value - a good size room, clean and friendly.

It is an ok hotel, but you can find another hotel like this with less prices.

What I like about this hotel most is it is clean and it offers free wi-fi. However, it is far from the beach. It is located in the town which considering inconvenient for travelling if you don't have a car. The breakfast menu is limited but the food is quite good. It is an ok budget hotel, but as you know, there are a lot of guesthouses in Hua-Hin which are less or same prices but nearer to the beach than this one.

Netissä oleva hotellikuvaus ei vastannut todellisuutta. Huone todella kulunut, sänky aivan hirveän kova ja muhkurainen. Ei parveketta. Vähän kaukana kaikesta ja kuljetus vain 3 tunnin välein. Remonttia tehtiin ja äänekkäästi. Aamupala kovin yksinkertainen, tee/kahvi, 2paahtoleipää, kananmuna jossain muodossa (sai valita), 3pientä nakkia ja 2 kinkkusiivua, pieni lasi mehua, eikä muuta. Osa henkilökunnasta ei tervehtinyt, osa taas hyvinkin ystävällistä. Ei ole tarvetta uusintakäynnille.

Все круто:)

Все было очень хорошо. Жаль конечно, что начались ремонтные работы, днём сильно не полежишь в номере. Персонал самый дружелюбный на свете. Завтраки очень вкусные и недорогие. Бесплатный шаттл 4 раза в день, очень удобно. Единственный минус - очень хорошая слышимость, окна совсем не заглушают шум с улицы, а там часто любят погонять. Каждый день комплимент от отеля - две бутылки воды. Когда заболели, нам не отказали в градуснике и вате. Нам понравилось!

Sehr sauberes und vor Allem freundliches, gästeorientiertes Hotel. Alle Angestellte waren extrem hilfsbereit und nett. 4 x täglich kostenloser Busshuttle zum Strand und zum Markt.
Gepäck konnte ohne Weiteres gelagert werden. Absolut zu empfehlen, wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen.

Bon sejour

L'hotel est agreable.le personel est très avenant et serviable.Les questions posées aux hotesses :reponse rapide et efficace.
on peut facilement et rapidement avoir un taxi pour se rendre au lieu que l'on désire.
On peut commander des scooters mais le seul bémol est la qualité de celui ci(peut être changé de société de location.

安靜，乾淨的飯店

雖然飯店沒什麼設施，而且距離市區有一點路程，但是定時有免費嘟嘟車接送。環境也因為和鬧區有一段距離而相對安靜。cp值高。

Das Zimmermädchen war sehr bemüht. Hotel ist wirklich sauber. Shuttledienst zum Strand inklusive. Habe für eine Nacht 17€ für 2 Personen bezahlt. Also, was soll ich da beim Frühstück groß erwarten!

ห้องพักเก่า ราคาไม่เหมาะสม ราคาสูงเกินไป แก้วน้ำในห้องอาหารเช้าเหม็นคาวมากๆๆๆๆๆๆ จองในช่วงเทศกาลการณ์ปีใหม่ 2561 ที่ผ่านมา ผ่านเว็บ hotel ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า 1,700 พอคลิ๊กเพิ่มอาหารเช้า ราคากระโดดเป็น 4,400 ไม่เวิคอย่างแรง

Sehr einfaches, aber sauberes Hotel.

Für den Preis ist nicht mehr zu erwarten. Trotz gebuchtem Frühstücksbüffet gab es nur ein ganz einfaches Frühstück. Das Hotel sollte nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gebucht werden.
