It's a 5-star hotel with minimalist concept that is very practical, easy & serve peaceful vibes. I really like it. The facilities in the room is excellent. Almost everything is good with the exception of some stupid conditions that make customers like us feel annoyed. For example, we cannot use voucher for some snacks in the room, there is an extra charge for small workshop in the cafe.

A very lovely hotel situated in a quiet but easily accessible part of Hua Hin. Rooms are ckean and spacious. Property had a beautiful pool and the breakfast spread was delicious. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Only two minor points: shower water could have been hotter and gym bigger with more equipment. Overall though a superb hotel

Stayed 8 nights in an Oceanbed Jacuzzi Villa. The Villa was fantastic - great size, very clean and well set out. We used the pool, restaurant and sun lounges on the beachside - very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Great food at the restaurant. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Really good spa centre on site. It’s an easy walk to the center of Hua Hin. This was our second visit, will definitely be back again!

Had pay a deposit but understandable as there are things to buy in the minibar. The area is quiet and has a good view of the sea, the hotel has a little bus to drop in the centre and a taxi back was 74 baht. The hotel is split by a road but it is easy to cross and the staff even stopped the traffic for us as well .

There is low pressure shower in the room, almost nil pressure at all, when we complaint, they were unable to give solution for it. after paying so much money if you are unable to bath properly then, its pathetic.
& You can not lock the bathroom from out side, i mean door is open when you are not using it.so, poor.

Aob the pool attendant was excellent, however there was some confusion over an extra bed cost which we had to pay locally. The expedia system allowed us to book flights for 2 adults and an 11 year old, however when we booked the hotel, The expedia system did not flag this up and booked a room with 1 bed for 3 people…. Only when we arrived at the hotel were we advised by the hotel that this room would not be suitable and had to pay for an extra bed locally at THB 900 per night. Very poor communication between the hotel and expedia and I will be lodging a formal complaint upon my return

I had a very relaxing time here and will be back if I visit Hua Hin again. The property is broken up into two places and they’re right across from each other. Both sides has a pool but only one side also has the beach. Never fear no matter which side your room is on you still have access to all the amenities. The staff makes sure that you have whatever you need. For breakfast there is a small collection of items, from bread to yogurt, fresh juice and soup.

Boutique hotel that delivers

Not all boutique hotels deliver. Putahracsa does. Friendly service, good facilities: pool, plenty of loungers, both restaurant and cafe serve high quality food. And they include the 10% service charge and 7% tax in the prices shown - much more helpful to see what you will pay for something!

Only downside is it’s a short drive to town but they provide a one way service every two hours and a Grab car is two or three pounds only.

And no sittable or walkable beach at that bit of the shore line

the staff were very welcoming and friendly specially Miss Thip who really showed her hospitality and kindness. the resort over all was clean and quiet in a good area close to restaurants and night market. the service was good. however there were some disappointing points: first, we were surprised that villa we got in the beginning has a covered pool which was really strange as we booked a resort with a private pool mainly for sunbathing!! the water was extremely cold so we decided to change the villa… Miss Thip did her best and she was very helpful to find a villa that meets our expectations. she said the beach villa is available however we have to pay the difference which was extra 7000 bath per day for the 5 nights. we said ok we will pay but for the next 4 nights as we asked her to check with manager to move from the same day as it was already late and we missed the first day as we didn’t swim or enjoy our day but the manger refused even the villa was vacant that day and insisted that we move to the beach villa next day after 12:00 pm which cost the waste of our first day in the resort. second, even in the beach villa the sun didn’t reach the sunbathing beds and we use to go every day to the public swimming pool just for sunbathing! third, the breakfast buffet was really poor with limited food choices as a 5 stars resort the breakfast buffet must be more varied… even it was worst in the ocean side restaurant… the toast bread was not fresh and hard.

We stayed for 5 nights in an Oceanbed Jacuzzi Vila. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The villa was fantastic - great size, very clean, comfy bed. Great attention to detail in the hotel and resort. We mainly used the pool on the beachside - had the best daybeds ever! Great food in the restaurants - and awesome views from the restaurant on the beachside. Easy walk into the centre of Hua Hin.
Overall, a fantastic stay. Will definitely be back.

10-15 minutes walk to night market which tolerable. Thailand is hot and humid, so 10 minutes walk can be sweaty. Just one down side for us. Unless you take taxi. Property provides one way transportation to the night market which is helpful.

Don't assume that you will be near the beach

I find the property photo’s a little misleading. Every photo shows the ocean and an infinity pool, however the property is divided into two zones. Half the property on near the beach and the other side of the property is across the road, inland ‘sand side’ and nowhere near the beach. The affordable accommodation is on the ‘sand side’.

This boutique hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues or people who hate stairs as there is a ridiculous amount of stairs everywhere

The room, although spacious is very poorly designed. The bed is large and comfortable, however there are no bedside tables? The bed is positioned half a meter away from the wall, so unless you have really long arms you are unable to turn off the lights or put anything on the ledge as you can’t reach anything from your bed and there is no bedside tables except for the ledge that you can’t reach from your bed?

On the positive side the air conditioning worked really well and the bed was really comfortable.

The bedsheets have seen better days and the bath towels were really ratty. The black out curtains no longer block out the sun, may I suggest you bring a eye mask with you.

The bathroom is very small and pokey, and the wash basin is situated outside the bathroom and part of the actual living/bedroom, probably as there was no room to put on in the actual bathroom.

The hotel does not recognise Hotels.com Gold membership, does not acknowledge or upgrade which is disappointing.

Such a great stay at a beautiful hotel. Gorgeous large room by the pool with everything you could want (except an iron!). I couldn’t get the tv to let me screen mirror so my only thing would be it’d be great to have Netflix or similar on the tv rather than just news channels. There is a vegetarian menu available at the beach restaurant so it’s be great to see these items in the room service menu. But I’m really nitpicking! The pools were beautiful & calm, the staff were lovely, the hotels in great condition & the spa & gym facilities were great.

We stayed at the resort with our five month old son and the hotel provided a crib, as well as baby shampoo, lotion and baby powder. We stayed in a Sansky Deluxe Room, which has a sitting room area, as well as the usual bedroom and bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable (medium softness) and there was a large selection of pillows to choose from to get the perfect hard/softness. The bathroom featured a rainhead shower and a tub, which was very convenient with the baby. The entire suite was full of natural light, with large windows and even a skylight (opaque) in the bathroom. This added to the feeling of comfort in the room. There was also a small balcony and, for the ground floor units, a large daybed with umbrella just outside the door.
The hotel is centrally located - just a short walk from the night market - and on the beach. It has three swimming pools, so there is never a danger of an overcrowded pool. It also has a volleyball court, two restaurants and a bar and the food in both restaurants is excellent! The breakfast buffet includes not only a mix of Thai and international hot dishes but pastries, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cereal, and a made to order egg station. Because of COVID, at the moment one will be asked at which time one will eat breakfast so that the hotel can have the appropriate social distancing. Also, it is best to make a reservation for dinner, as it is quite popular.

Love this hotel. Absolutely fantastic. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Beautiful rooms and pool. The breakfasts are delicious. Have stayed here a few times. Love it. Just very sad during the current crisis..we missed out on 4 nights as the British foreign office advised all British nationals to come home. It would have been nice if the hotel could have issued us with a voucher to use the nights we were unable to stay when we return. But this wasn’t possible. We will be back and highly recommend this oasis in Huahin. Wishing all the lovely staff all the best and hope you can get back to normal soon. Please stay open!

Awesome environment but spotty service

Natural, bright, earthy, smart design throughout. Immediately started taking photos and anticipating “what’s next”. Generous with space and thoughtfulness in every corner of the room and grounds. Architecture’s big glass doors and large upper floor terrace/deck surround the pool on three sides masterfully and discreetly encouraging a sense community- never felt crowded or invasive. Fantastic breakfast. Room to roam- flow and movement throughout the grounds from ocean front to garden hedges convey sense of serenity, reflectiveness, beauty and ease.

Downside was the service in spots. The Seaside restaurant lacked vibe and energy from service to music. More can be done there. When we showed up staff seemed suspicious, reluctant to engage with friendly tone. No Instructions on reserving seats was given at the front desk. And twice when desired seating opens up staff do not offer it up. At dinner-Me: “you said those lounges were reserved but they have been empty the whole time.” Response “yes the customers wanted to be seated somewhere else”.. how nice if we got “sir would like to move to the forward seating area it’s available if wish to be re-seated?” Also I twice asked about how to get transportation to Suvarnabhumi but the information fell short on the day with new information and inaccuracies. Better to receive some anticipation on the part of staff offering clarity in terms of timing, advanced booking and alternatives so that guest is well informed and can plan..

Hotel is separate between road and seaside.

Big disapointment when arriving at the hotel to see that the main part of the hotel is located on one side of a very busy road and the beach side ob the other side of that road. Our bedroom was quiet and comfortable, breakfast excellent, pools very nice. I wish it can be clealy indicated in the websites that the hotel is shared in 2 parts. Not pleasant to have to cross a busy road and no guard of hotel to help you to cross.

Highly recommend for pool or beach lounge lizards!

Great location - close enough to walk to beach, markets etc but tucked away from any noise. Lovely pools and the beachside restaurant was very good. Just be aware the resort is divided into 2 sections: one beachfront, the other across the road. Whichever side you choose - the rooms are perfect for a week in Hua Hin. And the staff can not do too much for you.

Clean architectural design, spread across the ocean front and more residential lagoon side properties. well-laid out and simple, luxurious room decor and linens. Lovely spa with a range of relaxing and invigorating treatment. 3 beautiful and tree surrounded pools. Private ocean access. Ocean side bar and dining — don’t miss sunset happy hour. Always friendly and helpful staff. Elegant and well equipped breakfast — with buffet of local products, fresh fruit, thai, Chinese and continental offerings plus an eggs/omelette bar, and lots of fresh squeezed fruit juice and smoothies. We have just come back from our trip at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and the staff were great.The hotel is very modern and the air-con worked sooo well which is good because it was over 100 degrees in the day. Out of the 4 nights we stayed we only went out of the hotel one night for dinner as the restaurant food was very nice and the view of the Ocean was outstanding from the open air restaurant. Happy hour was also very nice and we enjoyed this most nights again with stunning views and great service. The rooms were nice and spacious and overlooked the swimming pool with a balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a vast array of breakfast food including excellent bread and pastries as they have their own bakery next door and the selection and quality of the bread etc was first class.Eastern and Western breakfast food was also excellent and this breakfast was my favourite out of the four hotels we stayed in on our holiday.Transport is offered if you wish to venture out to the night market etc.From start to finish we were so well looked after and the Manager Yassin and his team did an excellent job. Thank you very much and hope to return soon.

Good hotel but so so service

The hotel is great. The restaurant beside the sea and pool is amazing. One of the receptionist girl with short hair was really nice and helpful. However, the check out experience was terrible. The check out time is 12pm but they turned off WiFi and air conditioning at 11:30am under 33 degree heat weather. Then it took so much time waiting for check out, they need to check residents didn’t bring anything away. If they can’t find something then residents have to pay for extra! The final part service ruined the good experience we stayed for 2 nights...

Loved the seaside location. The pool and jacuzzi that came with the room were also fabulous. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant across the road was fantastic too. I didn't like that we couldn't use the vacant cabanas down along the beach front as they were all booked out. Also didn't like been pushed into a corner away from the empty main area of the restaurant. Besides the various international news channels, all the other channels on the TV were local Thai channels with zero English. So something to consider when booking a room there. I stayed in an Ocean seaside room with a jacuzzi and a private pool.

A slick and pleasant boutique hotel! The beach and dining is across the road which is no big deal. The beachfront rooms are there as well. Back on the other side the grounds are very nice with 2 pools and pool service! Very relaxing! The rooms were clean and spacious! The staff were attentive and helpful especially our waiter at the beachfront dining whose name escapes me. What a pleasant and helpful person with a gregarious personality! The food is excellent! We'd stay here again!

Excellent location, 8 mins walk to town. Very clean & nice rooms. Beautiful Oceanside beach bar - good for happy hour. Overall, very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

JULY 2018 VISIT

My wife had a fall down the staircase which could have been prevented by handrails being fitted to help maintain balance when descending or ascending the stairs across this resort.
She was unlucky to break her left foot and sustain ligament damage on the left foot, but could have sustained a broken neck and more if she had not been able bodied.
