I was happy with both the location and staff. I lost the key card during the SongKran festival and they charged my 500 baht for this reason for a small piece of plastic. Not appropriate. Although the staff at breakfast were so diligent and happy. Standard of breakfast is low. Hence I dropped two stars

Stayed at the Hisea Hotel for 9 nights.
The hotel is clean & comfortable with free Wifi throughout for guests. All staff were friendly & helpful.Yes the hotel is next to a school which is very loud at times, it didn't bother me but maybe take some earplugs. I would happily stay here again.
The corner room was spacious, large bathroom with seperate shower & bath. Balcony looking over the entrance & the school next door. The bed was pillow soft ( too soft for my husband).
The pool is clean with great views over Hau Hin. Only 6 loungers by the pool which are in the shade, perfect spot to relax, read or snooze with a gentle, cooling breeze to take away the heat & humidity. Small bar by the pool, plenty of alcoholic & non alcoholic options.
Sun loungers also available up on the roof, great to get a tan but no umbrellas for shade.
Breakfast is a selection of eggs cooked to order, bacon on request, fruit, salad, cereal, bread/ toast, pork congee, a couple of other Asian options that smelt great but I did not sample.
Plenty of places to enjoy Thai & western food within metres or easy 10 to 15 minute walk to more well known Hau Hin spots, night market, walking street, the pier, the main beach are, Hilton hotel etc. Also within metres 7-11 for snacks, water & essential you forgot, laundry places, massage, smoothy/juice bar across the road, nail salons.
Places such as Soi 94, Blueport & market village are about 30-40 minute walk or 150 - 200 Baht tuk tuk ride.

Everything you need all around you, excellent transport links. Fro airport get pick up trucks, 10 baht into centre.

Please stop people putting clothes on beds next to pool and not using beds, 3 days 3 beds like this from morning whilst people upstairs on other sunbeds until mid afternoon.

Also if room on North side you are 20m from side of scool, tannoys start playing music anytime after 7.30 am, rousing mudic and snthem 7.55 then anouncement ALL DAY AND LOUD and kids being kids, and we like them they waved to us snd we to them, make noise.

No mention of this in other reviews.

Location fantastic, everything you need all around you and great food across the block at little food court.

Location is just a short walk from the Hua Hin fishing pier and Hua Hin Beach. There are plenty of ways to get around, pick your favorite on. Lots and lots of dining options. Blue Port mall , Village Market, Hua Hin night market are all very close by. Every staff member is happy to see you and are pleasant .

Large, well appointed rooms with lots of light. Friendly, professional staff. I loved the spa-like bathroom with tub and separate shower. Seventh floor infinity pool has views to the ocean. Modest breakfast buffet includes eggs cooked to order. Altogether a wonderful stay.

The staff are amazing and accommodating. The location is fantastic! Walkable to the beach, the night market, the morning market, more restaurants than you can imagine, and so many street food stalls. The pool is small and mostly shaded, but the roof is completely open and has very little shade if you are looking for some sun. As others have mentioned, if you are on the side by the school it is a bit loud starting around 7am. But if you are an early riser this won’t be an issue. The breakfast is decent enough, but I recommend skipping out on that and going to one of the street food stalls.

I will start with the negative first, that being said, I really enjoyed my stay here!
Please raise the temp of the hot water.
Cannot enjoy the wonderful shower if the water is cold.
2nd and last negative. Please change the plugs. They are of no use if the plug will not stay in.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was pleasant and everything was clean 👏

Easily walked to the beer bars and girly bars. There's a small eatery almost opposite that caters for western junk food. 7/11 either side within 50yds. Motorcycle taxis within 20yds. Infact the more I think about it it's in exactly the right place. Beech a couple of hundred yds away with restaurant grade sea food available.

Stayed for a week as part of a longer trip. Nice hotel and had. Very nice corner room on fourth floor on facing sea. Although not really a sea view to speak of as sea is too far away. Plus building in front of the hotel blocks part of the view too. The pool/ terrace bar was not open which was disappointing and no reason given for why. Hotel is fairly close to Night Market and other more lively areas so not a bad location. Breakfast was ok but not special. Staff very friendly and overall a responsible hotel for the money.

Spacious clean bedroom, pleasant staff but surprised how few of reception staff had adequate English to deal with guest questions.
Only 13 sunbeds at the pool which was far too little for the number of bedrroms/guests and had to go to reception on more than one occassion to ask for a pool towel as they were always locked away.
Lack of any seats on balcony or drying rack to dry our swimwear on

We had a great stay at the Hisea. The hotel was nice. Friendly staff, in particular Boyd. He made us feel extra special. I would have rated the hotel 5 star but for the lack of great selection for breakfast. Also, my experience before checkout. Although, I was given until 12.30pm to check out, I could not get back into the room at 11.56. I went to reception to have key activated, the guy at the desk was just messing around. Even though his colleagues had confirmed that I had until 12.30 to checkout. This member of staff action ruined what was a great stay.

Small Print: this hotel is right next to a 5 storey junior school !! NOISE fro 08.00am until late afternoon. Had to move rooms as could not bare the noise. this hotel is 4* advertised but would give it maximum 3.5. Breakfast just not up to a 4* standard and talk abour 'rules and regulations' it is over the top.. 'Welcome to HiSea Hua Hin. Please note that you cannot bring in durian, cannot do this and cannot do that\" was the welcome speech by reception staff. Staff all over the hotel have the comfort of chairs to sit on and the pool staff dont even stand up when talking to guest just swivel in their chairs!
Sorry no feeling as a hotel but more like a kids school hostel with all the rules !!!! PS ended up checking out early and move to another hotel as felt so uncomfortble here.

The room was described as a deluxe double room but the bedroom was a twin bed room with the beds pushed together and on castors that any movement meant you had a trip around the room ! , the balcony was overlooking a apartment block and also had the air conditioner unit on it which was noisy and omitted very warm air so sitting out there was not a pleasant experience,during the night if The aircon was left on the noise was disruptive to sleep

Wonderful stay with good service, breakfast znd facilities. We did have 1 problem on our 1st nights as we were in a room at the back of the property which is next to an elementary school. At 7am music started followed by the sounds of 100+ children. We were moved to a room at the front of the hotel and the problem did not repeat. There was a small additional charge per day ($7+/-) but our selection when making the reservation was for the least expensive room so I didn't feel the situation to be unfair. We'd go back gladly just being careful to be in a room at the front of the hotel.

Basic Mid Market Local Hotel

The hotel is a relatively new facility. Although described as \"4 Stars\", it is more of a 3 star facility. The positive qualities (by Thailand standards) are a decent room size, good room lighting, plentiful electrical outlets and a relatively clean premises with friendly housekeeping. Internet speed was one of the best I have experienced in a Hua Hin hotel. The reason this hotel cannot qualify as 4 star is that the swimming pool can't handle more than a few people without it becoming an oversized bathtub; there is no gym/exercise facility and breakfast is unimpressive. Breakfast allows for a nice basic salad selection and that is it. Otherwise, it is uninspiring and dull. The key card system, particularly in the elevators could use a software upgrade to improve speed of response. Overall, the hotel was fine, but in respect to the value proposition, it was nothing special. The location, is a congested noisy place far from the nice part of the beach. In Hua Hin, one is never far from anything and most is within walking distance, so this isn't a critical issue unless one wants to go to the beach,

We quite enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This was our first time to Huahin and were not interested in staying at a 'high end' hotel. We were on the 5th floor facing the ocean (the hotel is a couple blocks from the ocean). It served our needs well - a decent breakfast, decent location, clean, and good price. There were a wide variety of restaurants within a very short walking distance. And massage places were absolutely everywhere. The daily night market was just around the corner. Walking along the 6 km beach was easily accessible within a 5-10 minute walk. The rooftop pool looked very nice although we did not use it. Staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location - easy walk to the beach or the night market. Fabulous street food just round the corner but we also ate in the hotel poolside which was so delicious and the wine was on happy hour so that suited us! The room and balcony all spacious, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Our room maid was extra fabulous with her humourous daily towel sculptures! All in all a perfect stay and we shall return!

The hotel is quite new. We stayed in 313 it was quite a good size the beds were very comfortable and Noo the room attendant would surprise us each day with ‘towel art’. The linen was crisp and fresh and changed daily if you wish - you can ask not to change linen. The bathroom was large with bath and separate shower and spotlessly clean. The pool although small was great with views of the sea. Breakfast was extensive with a egg menu, extensive selection of salad and fruit as well as a range of Thai offerings plus a range of breads, jams etc. the only thing was the coffee needs to be improved. Staff were exceptional, friendly and highly professional- we were very impressed. Hisea lacks a bit of personality in decor but makes up in service and location. It is an easy walk to the beach and seafood restaurants, Ishtar and fresh markets and the famous railway station. I highly recommend this hotel - and I am a tough critic. If you stay also have a massage across the road opposite the small 7/11 on the town side - excellent and cheap looks tired but really great

We chose this hotel due to its location, the fact that it’s quite new and the pool. We loved our stay, the staff are lovely, our room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the location is one block from the beach or one block in the other direction from the night market. One thing I wished other travellers had mentioned however is that the pool is in the shade almost all day, so we didn’t make use of it at all which was such a shame as that attracted us to this hotel initially if we decided not to have a beach day... there is a roof terrace with sun loungers and the breeze is lovely but then you have to go down a floor for a dip which is a bit odd. Not sure why they don’t make the pool on the roof as other hotels nearby have done. There are no umbrellas on the roof so it’s a sun trap. The breakfast isn’t great, I wouldn’t pay extra for it. Our room was on the opposite side to the school next door so we had no issues with noise. The balcony was great to relax on after the sun goes down. We enjoyed our 5-night stay and would recommend highly unless you want a pool.

Misleading list price and associated discount.

With an advertised list price higher than many top five star hotels in the area I was attracted to the Hisea hotel by a fantastic 60%+ discount. However upon arrival it soon became clear that this is anything from a 5 star offer and that the original list price had been somewhat misleading.
- Breakfast offering was abysmal (I went elsewhere on the second day)
- Hotel is too far from a decent beach spot
- Rooms, although OK have inadequate insulation from noise (you can basically hear anything from the street below)
- Rooftop bar is unfurnished roof space with plastic chairs
- Pool is inadequate
If you are looking for a top hotel with five star facilities this is not it. If you are on a budget better options exist for significantly less. If this hotel had been listed more accurately on expedia with a realistic list price perhaps my review would have been more forgiving. I guess in conclusion \"if something looks too good to be true then it probably is\". Recommend that expedia review this listing and make amends to what is clearly a misleading add.

가격대비 정말 만족도가 높은 곳이에요

부부와 4살 여자 아이와 함께 2일간 묶었구요. 야시장 가까운 곳에 머물려고 찾다고 하이씨 후아힌에 머물게 되었어요. 기대도 안했던 곳이 너무 깔끔하고 친절해서 정말 만족도가 높았습니다.
추후 후아힌 방문하게 되면 여기에만 묶고 싶어요. 조식에 대해서는 기대 안하고 갔더니 딱 그만 큼이에요. 빵이랑 커피랑 먹어도 만족한다면 딱 적당해요. ^^ 수영장은 크진 않지만 깊고 길어서 어른들이 놀기 좋아요

Good location and near to the nightmarket

The hotel is very comfortable and walking distance to the night market.
Nearby has 7-11 and family mart and also food stall which is very convenient to tourist.
The hotel stay was comfortable

The Hisea is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are brand new and very modern. Exceptionally clean and the staff were always very helpful and smiling. Whenever I would enter or leave the hotel the staff at the front desk would always greet me and housekeeping were the same. There was daily towel art in my room which I really appreciated! The only thing I would suggest when booking here is to not stay on the side that opens to the school yard - unless you are an early riser. ;-)
