Great location on a quiet side street right near the busy Soi Binthabaht area, close to the beach and the night market too. Friendly staff. Plain but comfortable rooms. Rooftop pool with views of the area and partial views of the ocean. I was impressed by the range of food options available at the breakfast buffet. Just outside the hotel are several restaurants, a massage shop, laundry shop, and other traveler-related services. The hotel has a lift. There is limited parking for a few cars, so reserve ahead if you need a spot. Regards.

My room was spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and cozy bedding, generous accessories, well-kept bathroom. There was even a mini balcony. The fifth floor pool is small but very clean and ringed with lounging furniture. The staff were a pleasure to interact with, especially the lovely front desk ladies and the cleaning staff. You really can’t beat the location. The hotel is about 5 - 10 minute’s walk from the beach and only steps from Soi Bintabaht, one of the main nightlife areas, yet it is still very quiet at night due to intervening buildings. There are loads of dining and shopping options in the area, which is totally safe, relaxed, and walkable. Personally, I always prefer to have a room safe, which was not offered here, and I am not crazy about key locks over electronic ones, but these are minor complaints. Overall I found my stay a very solid value for the cost.

Great central location to beach and restaurants. Front desk did an awesome job putting me in a ocean view room. There was a power outage but returned after only 2-3 hrs. The only thing wrong was there wasn't a safe in the room as pictured on hotels.com. I will definitely book here again in the future! :-)

Not worth the money , better hotels in same area for the price. Bed n Pillow horrible , hard ,worn out . They don't change the sheets ,unless you tell them . Breakfast standard nothing exciting . Toilet a disaster . The only thing good about this hotel are the staffs , but that's it . My friends were all disappointed ... it should not be more than 1.5 star rating .

Great location 5 minute walk to the beach. Good sized rooms but vast difference in sizes of balcony depending which side of the building you’re on. Hotel is tired, no one available for towels at the pool, breakfast had a good variety but the hot buffet wasn’t hot! No safe or hairdryer in the rooms, but good aircon and free bottled water in fridges in the rooms is a nice touch.

A faded gem in a great location

I have stayed at this propert many times over the past 12 years. The location and staff are excellent. However the place is starting to show its age. A lick of paint has helped but it is only papering over the cracks. And cracks there were round my window. While I was there Hua Hin suffered the worst storm in 10 years and yes the rain got in. Not bad but enough to make the tiled floor slick.
Overall at the price I paid i was satisfied and would have no hesitation in booking the property again.

rooms are very basic but very clean,my tv had no signal so they came to fix it needen have bothered as no english tv channels

there is no kettle in room and shower does not have temperature control water was just warm enough for shower
2 bottles of water are given everyday but only if you have used them do you get 2 more,that's strange
room was cleaned whenever i asked the cleaning staff are very friendly
there is a usable pool it's small but it's ok as it's not busy
the breakfast is very basic but there no charge for infants so as i was with my 2 year old daughter and through expedia there wasnt much difference in price for room with breakfast as no breakfast so it worked
i was happy with my 4 night stay rooms are clean all the staff was friendly and location is perfect,but please get kettle for rooms
i would stay here again but only if i get good deal i got the room with breakfast for 850bht in October which is low season i did see walk in price at reception 1500thb i would never pay that

Look after your cleaning lady wherever you are !

Front of house staff some ok but others quite surly. Appreciate it is hard doing a night shift but come early morning and breakfast should really be awake and ready to hand out the breakfast coupon ! Breakfast is supposed to be 6am to 10.30am went down 1 morning at 6am only to find that just about nothing was ready apart from some toast and tea and coffee. Perhaps they should consider starting at 6.30am ? When I go to the hotel the next morning at approx'7am I used the hotel in house laundry it took over a day and half to come back has to be the slowest laundry anywhere ! Originally the bloke behind the desk said it wouldn't be back until the next day ! Where do they send it Bangkok ! All in all you can't beat the location excellent. I should like to give a special mention to the lady who cleaned the rooms on floor 5 fantastic brilliant job and so cheerful and friendly nothing too much problem thank you made the stay well done you !

Clean hotel with friendly staff

This was a clean hotel that had a great location--within an easy walking distance to the Night Market and even closer to the Hua Hin beach. The staff was very friendly and readily answered all of our questions. There were a few mosquitoes in our room, but that was to be expected in Thailand. We even extended our stay by one night because we were so enchanted by Hua Hin and enjoyed the hotel.

Bare basic but great!

This is a bare basics hotel but I was very impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The pool is small but does the trick and the rooms are quite large. The only negative comment about the room is that the shower is part of the bathroom with no ridge on the floor to stop the leaking so my bathroom floor was constantly wet. However I would stay again as the value for money is great!

The positives :
1 . Location , in the best central area of hua hin .
2 . Very nice and helpful staff .

The negayives :
1 . The delux room is facing a solid wall one meter away and the same aply to the balcony . The room was dark and feels like a basement shelter .
2 . The shower dripples this is true and not a joke , you need one hour to tske a shower .
3 . The bed is hard , cheap quality and worn out . My sleep was as bad as scouts days .
4 . Room lighting is very poor to the extent that I could not shave properly .
I am a frequent traveler and this may be the least enjoyable stay I ever experienced .

Located in a quiet street, you only have to walk to the end and there are bars and restaurants galore. Just round the corner from the Hilton but also just round the corner from walking street and only a 5/10 minute walk to the beach or in to town. Good value for money and friendly staff. Breakfast a bit iffy, give it a miss and use one of the many local cafes. There's also a Burger King, MacDonalds and Subway within 5 mins walk.

Hotel is on a quiet sidestreet.

What was disappointing was that we selected a standard room with a balcony as described on line. They knew there were going to be two people in the room. The balcony is only about one meter wide with one chair looking straight out. Not possible to be on the balcony with two people. For the price of this hotel the value is poor, a cup of coffee on the buffet was as much as buying a beer. We put a small tray in the desk drawer to make more room and they asked us if we took it two days before we checked out!

Management seems to be non existent.

Upon checking in I asked for a reduction in the room rate. The night manager told me if I did not avail of the breakfast buffet then the rate would be reduced by 250THB (~$7). Upon checkout the front desk that they were not authorized to make the refund. They contacted the manager at home and the manager reiterated they were not allowed to authorize a refund. I worked with Expedia (7 phone calls, 2 promised callbacks which never occurred) and Expedia agreed to refund the $14 (2 nights). The property is fine even if it is a bit overpriced. But do not ask for anything outside of what you are originally signed up for because they will lie through their teeth and will not follow-through on expectations set.

Only minor disappointments were no cot available and being put on separate floors from our family despite requesting a cot and adjoining rooms when booking. Swimming pool was also very cold and appeared to have no filtration system.

Have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed and a well stocked minibar. The hotel is situated in a quiet alley within easy walking distance of the beach, the night market and a number of restaurants and bars. My only complaint would be the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse på hotellet och kan varmt rekommendera det! Läget var perfekt, nära både stranden och staden, vilket gjorde det enkelt att ta sig runt och uppleva allt området har att erbjuda.

Hotellet var mycket rent och välskött, och rummen höll hög standard med riktigt bra AC, vilket uppskattades i värmen. Personalen var helt otrolig, alltid vänliga, hjälpsamma och serviceinriktade, vilket verkligen lyfte hela upplevelsen.

Frukostbuffén var jättebra med ett stort utbud och något för alla smaker. Takpoolen var också en höjdpunkt, perfekt för att koppla av med en fantastisk utsikt.

Servicen var genomgående på topp, och transfern fungerade smidigt och professionellt. Allt var verkligen magiskt från början till slut, och vi kommer utan tvekan att komma tillbaka hit igen! Tack igen för allt!

Trevligt hotel med fantastisk personal. Rummen är bra och välstädade. Området runt poolen är rätt slitet men det fyller sin funktion. Bra budgetalternativ med bra läge.

Das Hotel ist mitten in Hua Hin. Das Zimmer war groß, allerdings kein Fenster sondern nur die Glastür zu einem Minibalkon.
Das Hotel erbrachte eine gute Leistung für den niedrigen preis
