The room was super clean. Everyone that works. Here is super nice. Called AC in room. Good hot water and pressure. Clean pool close to the beach location excellent.

It was a nice quiet little hotel. Very basic and simple. The staff were great and the bed was very comfortable.
There were a couple of little issues with the room, but once mentioned, the staff went out of their way to rectify.

Unhelpful reception staff, wouldn’t even call le a taxi when departing! Rip- off shuttle or walk were my options.
Lousy breakfast
Ants in the bathroom.
My « balcony « was a table and chairs in the outdoor hallway in front of the door.

Quiet Place & Great Location

2-Storey low density hotel. Quiet environment. Centrally located in HuaHin Beach area. Walking distance to beach, chocolate factory, 7-11, McD, HuaHin Railway Station, Grand Night Market, Tesco Lotus, etc. Simple but acceptable buffet breakfast.
See no staff (except front desk) at night. Felt not secure at night. Sliding glass door using key. Many mosquitos (room, restaurant & pool)

Very tired room.

My first visit to Hua Hin and this hotel, it is in a good location but I would rate it as one star, I had a so called suite above the Italian restauarant, the room was very tired and you could clearly hear the traffic going past. Luckily I was only there for three nights.

Location Ok but not close to the Beach

I had booked thru Hotels.com. I chose the better of the 2 rooms offered. When I saw the room I was disappointed. They had 2 beds pushed together and second floor level and down the drive way. I complained and they decided to move me farther down the driveway to a much larger room with a king bed. They said they had better rooms but Hotels.com does not list them. They only list the lower end. Breakfast is in a French resto in the front of the hotel. The coffee was terrible but the breakfast was acceptable.

The Whitesands is a small boutique Hotel, well situated, quiet and therefore very relaxing.
The rooms are large, simple and comfortable and well priced.
This was our third visit.

Good hotel, horrible Wifi

Nice hotel, great location. Rooms were clean, the pool area was very nice. The wifi however doesn't work inside the room, only if you are outside or at the lobby. I talked to the front desk about this as it's easy to fix, but they don't seem interested. In fact, they are pretty surly at times, but luckily its at the back of the hotel so I didn't see them very much.
The main attraction of this hotel is the location. If you need to use the internet, do not stay here. I ended up using the wifi from the next door hotel due to desperation.

Good for the money, except for the smell

This was a comfy stay in a good location, the only problem I had was that my room (a suite no less) was above the restaurant where they serve breakfast, and several times throughout my stay the most putrid smell wafted up through my bathroom vents. It was unbearable, and all the staff could do about it was spray air freshener. I think they need to not let people stay in this room; the rotten egg smell got me afraid there was a gas leak.

the price was reasonable and the location was good as near the city center. However, the staff was very impolite and the pool was not really good. Besides, the restaurant for breakfast looked good but there was not many choices in food.

Great town centre hotel

Perfect location near beach, markets and night life. Very nice small swimming pool. Great breakfast at next door French restaurant with wonderful coffee. Good size room S9 overlooking the pool. Only downside was a very small bathroom - should have had a shower not a bath to give more room. Definately will stay here again

Very up to date refurbishments

Really appreciated and enjoyed our five night ,two suite , stay at White Sands. Impressed with amount of refurbishment and updating of hotel and amenities. Breakfast at Restaurant was good and worthwhile.Pool is large enough for swim and is clean and tidy. WIFI in the rooms a bit weak, but the computers provided work very well.Front desk not always understand the English language.Booked two half day tours to Floating Market, and also Palace at Cha Am.. Would definitely recommend and also stay again.

Great value, clean, good location

Room was large and clean, was cleaned daily to a good standard, great location, right in the middle of Hua Hin (Stone Head). Breakfast is basic but perfectly adequate in the French restaurant next door. (There is also a good Italian opposite! But you should be eating Thai food!! So go the the stilted restaurant for some seafood about 10 mins walk, get the steamed fish with chilli and lemongrass!). Only thing I would suggest is that next time they decorate the turn down the colour a little....

Blide mennesker tok oss i mot bak en veldig stor skranke. Vi fikk etter hvert oppgradert flere av våre rom slik at alle ble dorbøyde med stedet sitt.

후아힌 화이트샌즈.. 작지만 편안한 호텔..
5인 가족이라 일층의 패밀리룸을 예약 하였다. 들어올때 첫 느낌은? 뭥미? 사진과는 틀린데?
방콕의 다른 호텔과는 달리 약간 무뚝뚝한 사무적인 느낌 이었으나, 시간이 흐르고 나니 편안 하구나를 느낌.
먼저 다가서서 말을 붙이는게 중요할듯..
위치상으로는 거의 최고인듯. 해변도 가깝고 두군데의 야시장도 걸어서 십오분정도?
다만 후아힌 해변이 그리 좋지 않고 냄새도 좀.. 서해 물 더러울때와 거의 비슷함.
극구 추천하기는 좀 그렇지만.. 가격대 비교 추천 할만 함

Skuffet da jeg bestilte superiorom å fikk et Lite rom med kun ei dobbelseng , kun en stol til to personer ingen plass å slappe av på uten om sengen , liten plass på badet å sette fra seg ting på badet kun en vask så det var stor forskjell fra sirin som vi er vandt med , god frokost blid betjening å ingen balkong

후아힌 비치 접근성이 좋음. 룸컨디션은 별로이며 햇볕이 계속 들어와 매우 더운 객실이었음. 특히 엑스트라 배드는 너무 불편하여 사용할 수 없었음. 하수구에서 냄새가 계속남. 하지만 위치는 아주좋음.

Dejlig central beliggenhed. Sov dårligt de første 2 nætter pga meget støjende aircondition(60 decibel) Klagede efter første år, hvor personalet prøvede at udbedre det- hvilket ikke lykkes. Fik så et andet værelse, væsentlig bedre (50decibel) Ellers et dejligt sted - sødt personale m.m. - men deres airconditions må de se at få gjort noget ved.

Leuk klein hotel in het centrum van Hua Hin \n

Wij komen al jaren in dit kleine hotel, in het centrum van Hua Hin maar toch heel erg rustig. De afstand tot het strand i ongeveer 10 minuten te voet. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd in naastgelegen hotel is eenvoudig.

Skønt lille hotel, som ligger i centrum af alt. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme.
Pigerne der gør rent er meget venlige, og alle hilser når man møder dem. Der var alt som vi havde brug
for. Værelset havde en god størrelse med en lille terrasse til.

Bra mindre hotell nära centrum

Gärna en solterass längst uppe på hotellet än som nu en förråds plats. Lugnt på nätterna än om gatan utanför var nära. Bättre Vifi uppkoppling, mycket ojämn uppkoppling.

Nära city dålig kvalitet.

Sängarna jätte hårda och slitna rummen och hotellet behöver renoveras kändes som ett lågsäsongs hotell, AC på rummet var väldigt dåliga ena frös till is och den andra gav ingen kyla alls. Frukosten under all kritik personalen snygga och fräscha men otrevliga på morgonen. Fransk restaurang som håller frukosten åt hotellet att äta på restaurangen var i det dyraste laget. Vill man bo billigt och nära city ok, men vill man semestra och njuta så titta på annat hotell.
