On arrival the staff were very attentive bringing cold towel drinks and cakes , showed to our room and explained where everything was , room was replenished two or three times a day as needed water , towels coffee and tea etc Pool area was clean and well serviced straight onto the beach from the pool area lovely clean sands and warm sea
Breakfast was sensational excellent choice of food again staff were very good
All in all an excellent hotel would highly recommend .

This is our second stay at Cape Nidhra we love this hotel for the location, friendly staff and the beautiful rooms. We had the garden pool room and it was excellent having a plunge pool access. The hotel grounds are absolutely tranquil and lush!

Staffs were friendly. The rooms were clean, private, and quiet. We had troubles with the AC in one of the rooms. We notified the front desk on our way out for dinner. They sent someone to check the AC while we were out. AC was nice and cool when we came back. Everything was good. The breakfast was good but could be better with better food selections because this is a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel but not worth the price

While the hotel is very nice, the service is not that great and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The hotel rooms are also beocming a little dated. It's a nice hotel but it is not worth being one of the most expensive hotels in Hua Hin especially when there are newer and nicer hotels in the town.

Great hotel. Really nice, hope to come back again. Just 2 things need to be improved / fix: another tissue-box at the bathroom, would have been useful and the tap at the sink near the restaurant`s toilet need to be changed. It is almost touching the sink and when washing hands, can not avoid touching the sink with your hand, which is not too hygiene, since the tap is just too low...
Other than that, all was perfect, it is really a nice place.

1. HOTEL POLICY ON PAYMENT
A. Hotel prepaid with confirmation from credit card company. Upon check-in, hotel staff insisted on signing again for 3 nights accommodation (this is not deposit for additional expenses), citing its backdated and hotel policy. I am not allowed to check-in unless I sign. If this is the policy, hotels.com cannot deduct payment before my arrival. I made long distance call back to bank, who advice against signing. I took a copy and send to my bank to keep a record since they refused to allow me to check-in though I paid for full amount. I expect throughout investigation and feedback. Hotels.com to be held responsible as booking and payment made through your platform.

B. Hotel Room
* Interior of room very nicely done up, as per advertised.
* Outdoor is not as per advertise - city view. We end up not stepping out, zero privacy as we face some local house and old sport court. very disappointing

C. Cleanliness
* We had a cockroach in our room

D. House Keeping
* Placed my cpap sleeping mask with mozzies repellent.

Absolutely the best. Words alone cannot describe how awesome this hotel is, you have to experience it for yourself. The location, facilities, condition, comfort, food and ambience are excellent. The crowning glory of this first class hotel is by far its amazing staff. Every member of staff we encountered without exception catered for our every need. Not alone did they surpass expectations in service but they made us feel valued and respected, qualities lacking in other establishments. This hotel should be very proud of its position as a world class establishment and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone. It's a pleasant hotel, but the reception area is a bit uninviting and the whole experience doesn't quite feel like a five star hotel. It's simply too expensive when compared with the other five star hotels in the area, which are better.
The room pools are very cold and the view is terrible from the balconies. Service is good in general, the ambiance is kind of uninspiring.

Nice hotel with clean private beach. Clear sea water during the time I visited. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Pool inside the room is a strong point, I stayed in garden pool suite where its pool size is acceptable, not too small. But the floor in room is quite slippery, be careful!!

The only point that should be improved is the hygiene and COVID-19 protocol. When I booked the room, the hotel said breakfast will be served in room. But actually, they let guests took a food on their own. So there have been an exposure everywhere in the buffet line. This is not quite impressive. The rest is all good!

Amazing boutique hotel on the beach. We had a suite with our own private pool which we did use. Great outdoor pool with beds . Wonderful breakfast. Lovely small rooftop bar with happy hours. Staff were lovely everyone stopped to say hello. The spa was really nice too. Impeccably clean everywhere . Loved our stay. We even booked the dinner on the beach just for us two very memorable . 🏝🏖🍾

This is an amazing hotel, we had a infinity pool on our deck which we used often. The main pool area was wonderful. We had a daily breakfast buffet that was included and it was of a very good standard. Everything was amazing right down to towels and waters being replenish twice a day.

The location was really good easy stroll right to the Hua Hin night market, left to village market (air conditioned mall with very cheap and good food on the lower level). Also straight across the road from the hotel was the grand market which was a quieter market, the windmill cafe at the back of this market had very nice Thai food and very well priced, I loved the chicken and cashews.

A real Jewel of a Hotel

This was my 5th trip to Thailand in 2 1/2 years and I have stayed in 6 different hotels, five of them being 5 stars. This was by far the best. We stayed in the Sky pool suite and the room was absolutely fabulous. It was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel pool and the sunning area just before the beach is outstanding. The beach is very clean and the Gulf of Thailand was like bathwater. We got the package that included the buffet breakfast in the morning and so glad we did. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is in a great location only a 10 minute walk to the night market and there is a 7-11 right across the street. One of the things I have loved about Thailand is staying at 5 star hotels for a decent price compared to the States. This hotel was at the high end in cost and the most I ever paid compared to the other nice properties I have stayed but it is well worth it. I look forward to returning when I come back in July. I recommend this hotel for everyone and you will not be disappointed.

A Pearl in Hua Hin

If you ever travel to Hua Hin and want to treat you well, do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. I loved the room with it's private pool!!! And the bed and pillows were really comfortable. I went during the rainy season, which brought plenty of jellyfish to the shore but we used the pool and the beach the first day. One humble recommendation to the hotel: put a more clear sign about the jellyfish or advice them on the check-in by giving a one pager information sheet. It was because we googled about the jellyfish we found on the shore that these were actually super dangerous. We did see a sign afterwards about the jellyfish by the stairs towards the beech but it was partly covered by plants, so perhaps just inform the guests by check-in to avoid any accidents. I dream of coming back to this wonderful hotel!!!!

Boutique luxury in central Hua Hin

Cape Nidhra is right amongst the township of Hua Hin so it is a short walk to most things. It's a lovely smaller property amongst the larger chains and the beach in front of the hotel is less crowded. We were in a room on level 3 of block 1. The rooms are a great size with plenty of room. Unfortunately not many drawers so we didn't unpack from our suitcases. We wanted to sit outside by our pool, but the street noise was just too much. Food is very good and the staff are attentive. It was low season but it was still very busy in the breakfast and pool area, but there was space for everyone.

Stayed 3 nights in July in a sky pool room,which was modern and new,large bathroom and good size covered balcony with plunge pool.Room was very clean and well looked after,no direct sun onto pool as are covered , non the less a nice private area .Breakfast was good with large variety of food on offer. Other than breakfast did not eat at the hotel,
had cocktails at the Rocks bar,but a little quiet due to the poor weather we had and time of year being low season I suppose could be an explanation.
Hotel is next door to the Marriot and you can walk along the beach to the Centara and the centre of town easily or take a tuk tuk for 100BHT.Hotel in a good location ,shopping arcade just up road and not too far from Cicarda market.
The main pool was lovely and pool service by the staff efficient.Spa was modern and reasonably priced treatments.

10 mins walk to Market Village

Hotel is quite small, but at nice location. Right opposite to Grand Night Market, but not attractive to us. Staffs are in good attitudes with smiles. Very nice swimming pool & restaurant. Make to order coffee and freshly cut fruits suprised us. However, in-room cleanliness should be improved. Spa is expensive even discount offered, so didn't try.

The hotel has direct access to the beach. There are beach benches in the hotel right next to the beach. So you can enjoy the vibe from the beach and your privacy at the same time.

There is a 7-11 right across the hotel entrance. I stopped by there every night.

The night market and a shopping arcade is within 10 min of walking distance.

If you prefer boutique hotels rather than the big names, this is a perfect choice.

This is an enjoyable hotel, Okay, I'm not picky, but if I were, I cannot find anything I dislike. Well Hua Hin is a bit boring then we thought, but this hotel make it a better place. We absolutely enjoy their pool, our own pool, it's really nice to soak in a chill pool after a day walking.
Best thing is their services, every staff greet you friendly, provide unexpected service like fruit bowl at room and popsicle while you in pool. Room is comfort with soft lighting, selected shower and bath (I like the tiny soap named 'Jasmine and rice'). Nicely served breakfast. Oh I should have try their dinner...

The first thing you notice when checking in is the courteousness and professionalism of the staff. That wonderful attitude envelopes your entire stay. From the kitchen staff to the pool and beach staff, to the hospitality staff and even the security staff are all pleasant and helpful. Everything with a smile and a Wei.

The facilities are well maintained and immaculate. The pool is pristine clean and the beach is in perfect condition. We enjoyed the breakfasts as well as the dinners. This will definitely be where we will be staying on return trips to Hua Hin.
