My stay was fine. Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is pretty nice. The main pool is beautiful but I never used it, and I only saw one person using it. The rooftop pool is nice, with a little restaurant that serves good food and ok drinks. The room is also nice enough. I got a room with a bath tub in the hopes of taking some hot, relaxing baths, but there isn't enough hot water to fill the tub enough for this. This was the biggest disappointment for me. Also, I found most of the staff to be pretty flat-lined. Not very friendly or nice. They do their job, but don't seem thrilled to be there. I never felt warmly welcomed or appreciated. In fact there were moments where I felt more like a burden. But it wasn't enough to ruin my stay, but I would probably not return to this hotel again in spite of the 4 star review I am giving it.

Best bang for your buck. Just about 100 meters from a popular beach... a three minute walk from the most visited mall in the area. 7-11 right there. In the middle of city. Great, friendly staff. I can't say any more about how much of a bang for your buck you get this this hotel.

I will start with a good thing that the location is great, opposite to a Mall which also has Lotus in it. It’s also very close to beach like few minutes walk. However, the room is old and not upkeep. Peeling paint and so on. The room itself was very clean, however, we found roach outside our room. There are self parking behind hotel. We got city view so it’s right on the street and the noise is pretty load in the evening and early morning. There was also some maintenance going on which cause noises as well.

When i first arrived I waited almost 10mins to xheck in because there was only 1 person there at the time taking care of 1 customer, also i had to wait almost 5 mins to receive my charge back, didn't have a register at the desk. The room was nice, except the shower door was had to open. When i tried the tv at night, only 8 channels were working at it was static. The pool looked beautiful till later when the pool collected trash near the edge of the pooli, so it wasn't a good idea to jump into the pool where we stayed so i went in a different way. And last the breakfast was very good, good selection of food and fruits.

I didn’t get a chance to try the pool or the breakfast, but I did order food and it was good and the price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and very responsive. The two drawbacks are the Wi-Fi is very slow and keep buffering a lot, and the water goes from hot to cold to hot to cold too quickly.

I would not suggesting to stay here. The staff is not very pleasant. They play music at the mall next-door up to 11 o’clock at night so you can hear loud music. I do not like the shower right in the bedroom. Water is all over the place. do not recommend this hotel my bad I guess you get what you pay for but still they need to do many improvements.

Great location in Hua Hin. It is only a 5-minute walk via a private path to the beach and is also right across the street from the Market Village mall. The rooms are very clean and the service is great! The only downside is that it can be a little bit noisy due to the hotel's proximity to the main road.

Beautiful hotel with great staff! Room spotless, with tea coffee water free of charge. They even have coconut toffees as complimentary snack and they were amazing!! Very close to the market and 3 mins walk to the beach. Loved the whole experience. Breakfast was included and was good.

Hotel is a little older but still very nice.
Spacious rooms - do not choose city view is is directly facing the main highway and too loud to sleep.
Staff were friendly and attentive.
Location is right across from market village which is good but if you want to go to night market or the main area it is about a 5 min taxi.

An exceptional stay just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of local shops and the mall. The property offers impressive amenities including a beautiful pool, delicious breakfast, and prompt room service. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the value at under 100 dollars per night cannot be beat. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return on my next trip.

The location is good, although like many other hotels this sits on a very busy road. Unfortunately because of the hotel design there isn't a single spot you don't hear the traffic 24/7.

Judging by the breakfast the hotel primarily caters to the Asian Market, Western breakfast options were limited to mugs of cornflakes or toast.

Beyond the hotel the beach is just a short walk away. Sadly the beach was covered in litter. Walk along the road and 90% of the shops nearby are seedy massage parlours.

It was ok but my room was near the main road and the traffic noise was bad I was moved to another room but it still was near the main road the gym facilities were poor and also while I was there during the day work was being done which meant you where disturbed from morning until early evening

The Hotel was in the perfect spot to stay in central Hua Hin- close to the Market Village, a very short walk down a lane to the best part of the beach with all the food, coffee and bars. Easy access for Grabs and drivers. Friendly, pleasant staff. The rooftop pool has a nice atmosphere, quiet and not overstated. The staff are attentive with drink and food orders here. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Highly recommend for a simple, immersive stay in Hua Hin.

It is in a good location near shops and lots of massage parlors and a mall. They need a restaurant. The take out menu is really limited. Otherwise it is a really nice place with good pools . The gy needs a lot to be desired if a you are a hard core body builder, but the treadmill was good.

The Kiang Haad turned out to be a great choice for staying in Hua Hin. The property is very nice, the staff is friendly and very prepared, the area provides a lot of options for shopping and dining, and the beach is a brief walk down an quiet side street.

The staff is wonderful at this property. There are always two associates at the front desk which is extremely convenient, and the rest of the staff were great.The manager was present during the day and available to help.

The property is neat, clean and well maintained throughout. There is a restaurant with a morning buffet, two pools, a rooftop bar/restaurant for lunch and plenty of parking.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They provide a coffee maker, coffee makings, a fridge, a beach bag with two large beach towels and a pair of flip flops. You can pick up a beach mat in the garage on your way there.

The area has plenty of shopping and dining options. There is a mall across the street and another one 15 minutes away on foot.

The only caveat for the Kiang Haad is that it’s on the main road which can be noisy. Otherwise, I completely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This is a basic 3* hotel that can provide a good value proposition when the room rate is right. I stayed in one of the refreshed rooms where a proper shower enclosure is now in place and where the previous dark wood stain fixtures have been covered with a white surface. It makes the room brighter. Lighting is decent. AC works well, although it seemed to shut off on its on on some days. The biggest improvement is in the WiFi. There is now a decent signal and no requirement to keep signing in everytime the wifi is accessed. The hotel is ok for a short stay if one is out most of the day. The hotel met expectations.

The hotel is a basic 3* facility, and its principal and only asset is its location close to the beach. The mattress was unforgiving firm, and one never knew when housekeeping would appear. The windows and doors are not soundproofed so you can hear chatter from the hall, the daily sirens and loud motorcycles. The wifi was unreliable often disconnecting, and when it did work, was unable to provide a speed in excess of 5-10mbps, The room rate charged does not reflect the overall quality of accommodation, resulting in a poor value proposition delivered. If you can get the lower priced room options than it is an acceptable budget hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy access to the beach down the side of the hotel and across the road from Market Village. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate for our needs both thai and foreign options. Used the gym everyday and it is basic but ok for our needs.

Being opposite Market Village was both a positive and a negative. Great for popping over whenever you needed something but very noisy at night with the bands playing. The music is the same every night so gets monotonous listening to it from your hotel room. Luckily they stop at 11pm. Unfortunately it's also very noisy from the traffic being right on the main road. I would say this hotel is not suitable for light sleepers or I would suggest bringing some ear plugs.

The hotel is nice and close to the Market Mall. However, the back alley to the beach, and this part of the beach itself, is unappealing.
The breakfast was limited and not very good. I tried to take a coffee to my room after breakfast and they wanted to charge me extra. I asked for an extra bottle of water and they had to ask permission from the main desk do I told them not to bother.
We ordered pizza and fish at the pool bar - took a long time to come and was not good quality. Weirdly overall we were made to feel like we were imposing on the staff.
Room is basic - I asked for a mattress topper as bed was hard. They put two different ones on the two sides of our bed but they were different heights which was weird - did help to make the bed softer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in a good location. Two minute walk from the beach. 3-4 minute walk to a big shopping mall (Market Village) with everything you needed in there. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. We got the room with pool access and it was great.
So far…a perfect experience. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Questions I had prior to our visit were answered promptly, the room had everything for our stay; fridge safe storage. The laundry service very quick. The Sky bar was great may have over indulged on a few occasions happy hour by and in the pool. Staff offered advice were to eat and for massages. Breakfast was a great way to start the day great selection. Will be there next year.

A safe that is not bolted down is a box with a lock !
One of my criteria for booking a hotel . Is that it has a safe that is bolted down. Due to me having my credit card stolen when I got into Thailand

Hard for me to believe Expedia I would recommend this hotel they say city view they don’t say these rooms are for people that want to stay up and party all night. If you rent a room with city view, be warned, you will not sleep at all there’s a bar directly across the street that plays music until 3 o’clock in the morning, they should really advertise this instead of just telling you City view.
