Property appears to have been let go in terms of maintenance for several years. Mould in shower, loose shower door handle, water damaged ceiling, tv initially not connected, general wear and tear. Skeleton staff did their best to resolve day to day issues. Location is fine for walking to night market etc.

Good location for walking to the local bars and down to the beach. 3 min walk to nightmarkets.

In a fairly good location. Only one and a half blocks to the night market. A little bit far from the beach. Hotel is tucked away in a very quiet location. The air conditioning was not working the greatest the building is not new by any means. However it does have a very private pool area and is very reasonably priced

Very disappointed front desk staff lazy and unfriendly. No power points in the room. Shower was terrible aircon was lousy. Breakfast was unacceptable and coffee horrible. TV in room didn't work and staff changed it but it still didn't work.This hotel made my whole Hua Hin trip a disaapointment. This is also the problem with EXPEDIA the pictures posted on this site to discribe the hotel are fake and unrealistic.i hope your stay here is better than mine. THANK YOU.

Fantastic thai massage at Napat Massages at Chatsila night markets for 169 baht/hr. Looks like an ordinary cheap massage place but upstairs has very good clean aircond massage room, even2 nice clean toilets. Staff vary in quality, but I've found a lady called \"Som\" who was consistent with good pressure and she worked on my painful knee without me telling her. Really a quality therapist, which is rare to find. Only regret that I've found her on our last day!

This is our third stay here and we feel this is a real find and value for money. Large comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, 2 pools and jaccuzzi with lots of sun lounges and pool service. It's in the middle of town, so everything in walking distance. Even arriving from Samui, the Lomprayah bus drop off was only a few metres walk away. Be aware that train station announcements early morning may wake you up if you're a light sleeper.

We got a good price from expedia and check-in immediately at hotel.
Staff take care a check-in process so fast and bring us to see a room to choose because they have 2 type of bathroom(bath tub and normal shower).
The building look a bit old as there age but they still keep and take care it in good condition and the room was good and comfortable.
The best thing is the hotel near night market and Huahin beach so we can walk easily.

We enjoyed our stay, pool was relaxed, and you had some sun till as late as 4pm, which in Thailand is rare as they usually hide pools in the shade. Great room, older but well maintained and clean, enjoy.

Pool ok room smells due to toilet. No gym!!!!!!!!

Searched for a hotel the has a fitness center this comes up as having one under the hotels.com filters but it doesnt.. they get around this as saying the have a wellness center - basically a massage shop....the rooms toilet also doesnt flush properly and there is a constant smell from the toilet... otherwise it would have been a good stay hotel it self is close to the center and can walk around an the room size is large. Should be less than 40aud however.

worst hotel experience ever!

from outside, the hotel looks good but when you come inside omg! so ugly. when i arrive at room the bathroom was all wet from the toilet to the floor. room floor also was not clean well, A/C didnt work properly basically never cool the room. some stains at the bed matress covers. i dont think you can call this place a hotel i will say a motel. the only good thing about this ''hotel'' was the really nice location, very convenient to walk to a nice places.

Our stay was a very enjoyable one. It's not 5 star but you're not paying a 5 star price. Location ideal for centre of Hua Hin, especially markets and night life but is in a quiet area. We arrived from Chiang Mai at 6.30am but the hotel staff were able to get a room available for us by 10.00am. Our room was in a block outside the main hotel. The main entrance had a security door and the room was in need of a bit of attention but adequate considering what we paid. Overall good value.

Jag ska lämna ett rättvist omdöme. Första intrycket var katastrof, smutsigt och slitet rum där toaletten var trasig samt dålig lukt. Personalen var hjälpsam och erbjöd andra rum. Fick ett rum i annexet.
Positivt;
stort rum, skön säng, bra ac och tyst samt trevlig personal.
Negativt;
Smutsigt, speciellt allmänna utrymmen och riktigt slitet. Fläckar på soffan och trasig tjock-tv. Känns som att ägarna slutat bry sig. Finns info om frukost på hotellet som inte existerar.
Poolen var okej men slitna och trasiga solstolar/dynor. Jag kan absolut inte rekommendera detta ställe speciellt inte för 500sek/natt. För 500 baht/natt absolut.

Vores ophold på hotellet var en smule skuffende. Der var absolut ingen service. Morgenmaden var ok som det nu er i Thailand. Æg og toast. Det skulle være muligt at bestille man indtil kl.15 men desværre var der ikke åbent i køkkenet. De skulle nok fjerne menu’en fra værelserne. Personalet ved poolen så vi sjældent, så vi kunne ikke få håndklæder og drikkelse. Skal dog siges at vi havde en skøn ferie og hotellet ligger dejligt centralt. Værelserne er ok men slidte. Kunne godt finde på at bo der igen mår man bare tager sine forbehold.

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale

Dejligt sted, god beliggenhed, hjælpsomme personale, jeg havde mistet min
taske i bussen, opdagede det da vi ankom til hotellet, straks hælp personalet
med at ringe til busstationen og skaffe en taxa så vi kunne komme afsted
med det sammen, tasken var på stationen og både kontanter og visakort
var i tasken, så der blev vores ferie reddet, tak til både buschauffør og
personale. Morgenmaden var ok. Dejlig stor pool og selvom det er et stort hotel
var der altid plads til alle.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et peu de changements. Un certain nombre de travaux sont â prevoir notamment la salle d'eau (robinetterie obsolète) et surtout matelas à remplacer, dommage car le Tannawitt est idéalement placé et les piscines sont très agréables.

This hotel getd worse every year. No repairs to interrior or building, and it shows.
Positive: Very friendly Personell, Superb Location, Large Pool area.
Negative: Very bad WiFi/Internet, No english TV only Thai and Chinese with \"snow\", Dirty shower and barhroom, Broken interrior, lights and doors.
Breakfast is not the best, Yoghurt, Milk, Toast, Eggs, Chicken saussages, Ham, Rice, Thai dishes.
Chinese owner has his family living at hotel, with kids shouting every morning in hallway, and all kids watch kids shows on full volume on iPad at breakfast or driving aound on noisy scooters with sirens.
Generaly feels like living with the entire family.

Besitzer des Hotels ist täglich ab 06:00 Uhr mit seinen 3 kleinen Söhnen im Hotel bzw. vor dem Hotel und ist sehr laut , so das man selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern hell wach ist .
Er duscht die Kinder nackt mit dem Schlauch ab !
Auch Nachts ist der Straßenlärm von draussen laut-
Die Bahn ist zu hören ! und es reisen sehr oft Mega große Gruppen 30-50 Personen ) von Asiaten Nachts an und ab ! haben alle ein sehr lautes Organ !!!

This hotel has seen bettet days, but there is nothing wrong with anything. The room has a nice little balcony and it is fairly quiet despite being just a short stroll from the all the redtaurants and bars of the Bintabath area. And not far to the beach. Family feel to good service.

Rigtigt godt område. Helt fint poolområde, der var dog ikke poolbar. Det eneste man kunne købe var is og sodavand. Personalet var dog nærmest akavet omkring en. Der blev ikke rengjort særligt grundigt, bare rykket lidt til sengene. Wifi’et var virkelig dårligt.

Hotel er ved at være lidt meget nedslidt og det ses alle steder.
Meget hårde senge hvor sengetøj kun bliver skiftet 1 gang ugentligt ca.
Havde bestilt deluxe room, men der var ikke meget deluxe over det.
Meget slidt og def. Møblement og interiør.
Kloak lugt fra badeværelset fra alle afløb i gulv m.m.
Oplevede flere kakerlaket om natten og måtte ud og købe spray for at holde dem væk.
Kloak afløb måtte lukkes tæt ved at placere en pose vand oven på afløb for at holde lugt og kakerlaker ude af badeværelset.
Fandt flere døde kakerlaker bag nat bordet.

Todella keskinkertainen hotelli hintaansa nähden. Uima-altaassa ei vaihtunut vesi laisinkaan ja pinnalla lillui roskaa pulun jätöksistä lähtien. Henkilökunta ei joko ymmärtänyt tai sitten ei vain kiinnostunut asiasta, vaikka heille asiallisesti asiasta sanoin. Joka paikka oli kolhuilla ja kulunut, huoneen seitsemästä pistokkeesta kolmesta tuli virtaa, televisiossa ei yhtäkään englannin kielistä kanavaa. Asuin ylimmässä kerroksessa (kerros numero 5) ja parveke oli kauttaaltaan täynnä lintujen jätöksiä. Alueella todella paljon lintuja. Aamupala oli perus ok, muuten ravintola todella kallis. Alueena ihan kiva ja läheltä löytyy paljon tekemistä.
