This is our second time staying for the long weekend and what a treat it was! The park was packed with kids of all ages making it for an enjoyable time for families.
The facilities are well looked after and the park really puts on a great schedule of activities for the kids.

Check in was easy and flexible. We arrived half an hour early and got our room. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pan, colander, foil, cling wrap, but with no paper towel, dish washer nor cooking oil or salt.

The place is comfortably arranged with a big lounge, a dining and 2 rooms. 5 of 6 people cam stay there with one bathroom and a separate toilet. Heating split units are good.

Stayed only one night with power outage in the morning 2 hours before check out (10am). They are quick to respond by phone and arranged another room for us so we can grab some breakfast and extended our check out till 11am.

Great place to stay, I will say it’s very much suited to young family, having teenage kids, a little less to do there, but the beach is just over the road and town is walking distance, so plenty to do for all.

Service was great, cabin excellent - except it was somewhat crowded in the main bedroom (walk sideways).
TV was smart and I've decided I'm not.
The park appears to have all a family could want - swimming pool, and Games Room etc.
Would be happy to stay there again.

We had a fantastic time as our first stay at this park. We’ve been to Inverloch many times and thought we would try this new park and I must say it was a great stay for families with kids. Plenty to do - water park, indoor pool, playground, jumping pillow, bike park, games room! The works! We will definitely be returning.

Nice TV, But no buttons to select channels, 20 minutes to try and figure out how it worked, asked a neighbor for help, he didn't know either, finally got a program. NO MANUAL.
Nice coffee machine, but NO MANUAL on how to operate it! Microwave, automatic! Again wasted time trying to figure out how it worked, again NO MANUAL. No good having these things without instructions. Bathroom need hooks on the door, clothes have to be dropped on the floor or on the toilet seat.

Reception staff were very friendly. Communication prior to check in was great. Cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to do our own cooking. Situated close to shops. The park was very clean and nice to walk around. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent facilities for kids, made use of indoor splash and pool everyday. Only complaint was the tight parking around cabins, difficult to park and access your vehicle if surrounding cabins are also occupied.

I had booked one night in a two bedroom cabin and after I had paid Wotif I received an email saying the hotel next door had live music until 10 pm. Not knowing the layout of the park or where we were staying I didn't think too much about it. However when we arrived we discovered the hotel was meters from our cabin and the music was well underway. The noise level at 4.00pm was loud so what was the noise at night be like? Our grandchildren couldn't wait to leave. What i was impressed with was the staff were understanding of our predicament and offered us a full refund

Even when it was off season, it was quite busy. I love that they were not noisy neighbours, very quiet.
The communal kitchen was spotless, all the appliances in working order, lots of them. Same applied to the restrooms. We had a great time!

The heated indoor pool, heated indoor water park, pump track and jumping pillow were marvellous. The kids loved them.
The caravan park was also conveniently located near the beach and about 1km from the shopping centre. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Staff, Park Facitiies and Accommodation

This park has everything you need whether it is winter or summer. Although some of the play areas (playground and jumping pillow) were temporarily closed due to wet weather, they opened up after a couple of days so our granddaughter got to try everything out. She absolutely loved the heated pool and splash park. The only suggestion I can make to improve things a little, is to add a lot more seating around the perimeter of the pool and splash park. I think the limited seating results in parents leaving their kids unsupervised in the areas, despite signage asking for them to be supervised. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect and it is definitely a park we would love to visit again in future.

Great lighting in the bedroom- separate overhead bright lights for reading and double power points with two usb plugs on each side of the bed - some of the best we’ve seen. Well setup kitchen with plenty of utensils. Only negative thing was a wet floor on arrival and a very small shower unit.

The cabin we stayed in seemed quite old and could use some fixing up. Mattresses on bunk very hard. Mattress on double bed however was fine.
Everything else was excellent from the staff to the facilities available. Great indoor pool and kids splash zone. Kids also loved the playground and jumping pillow.

Our family very much enjoyed our week away. The cabin was neat and tidy. The highlight for our family were the activities- the splash park was great and used every day. They loved the bouncing pillow and playing at the park. We also used the scooter track. Ran out of time (and weather wasnt exactly accommodating) to try the pedal carts. Near to the beach, this was in a great location. Great experience for our first time in a caravan park.

It is difficult to do as we arrived at about 3 pm on 27 to be told with the covid lockdown coming into play at midnight they could not accept our booking - not their fault as they tried to get us as we had almost got there from Melbourne so we had 2 longish drives to have lunch locally as it turned out !

Had a lovely 2 days. Kids had a ball. Will upgrade to a bigger cabin next time as sleeping in a double bed was a bit tight. The pool and splash area are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Great waterpark, ensuite cabins not so great

We stayed in an ensuite cabin, it was quite dirty, the girls feet were black within 5 minutes of our arrival. The cabins are very close together, there’s no view other than 3 other cabins surrounding you so it can feel quite claustrophobic. Close to the beach which is a plus and the waterpark is great but very crowded which is to be expected in a busy caravan park. We probably won’t stay here again, would recommend others stay in the villas as they are not so boxed in like the ensuite cabins.

Great little cabins / holiday units. Basic but it has got everything you need (garbage bags, soap, tea and coffee, tea towels, dishwashing liquid etc). And everything was super clean. With free access to pool and kids splash area it was worth the money. Super smooth check in and helpful staff. Close to kids friendly beach.

Fabulous holiday park. Which caters for all year round weather- hot or inclimate. Perfect for families, kitchenette, large dining/ community room with tv, bbqs, tables, playground, so much variety for children, splashpark, jumping pillow, indoor pool, basketball ring, small games room and right next to the beach. Situated in a location that is close to town, and beach/ coastline adventures.

hotel had lots features to keep the kids busy. the indoor splash play was a hit even if the water was a little cold. Indoor pool, tennis court, bouncing pillow, basketball court, play ground, there was plenty of things to keep the kids entertained.
