Great amenities, our toddler loved the toddler pool. We loved the sauna and spa. The jumping pillow was lots of fun as well as the swing and oval for footy and cricket. We saw wombats and kangaroos bouncing, beautiful surroundings and close by Inverloch beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I booked this property thinking that i can use swimming pool, but pool was closed and alternate arrangement was very inconvenient as you can not use during evening time and over weekends. Also booked mia mia cabin, it does not have washing machine and dishwasher. Room was good thought, liked game area.

There his a degree of inconvenience caused by ongoing construction.

Whilst heating is effective in main rooms, the bathroom was chilly at best.

Love the view from their rooms. Noticeable progression of construction happening at the property, outside not as attractive as a result, but didn’t impact me at all. Quiet sleep - yes to that.

Hopefully they widen the car park spaces with the renovations, so narrow!

Comfortable, and in a good semi-rural location outside Inverloch.
The only drawback if you intend going in 2026 is to be aware ( which we were not) that there are major construction works going on, with trucks and angle-grinders in action before 7am.

Not close to the beach , you drive at least 1.5 km to reach a clean beach as the area outside the priority dirty and full of weeds . Inside the resort quite dark and depressive at night . They need more light . The tennis court has no singly light and the whole resort quite dark at night .. more attention and maintenance required . Install lights and clean your near by beach

Wonderful stay! Views to the water over the native landscaping were lovely. Liked the high ceilings and large bathroom. Liked option of leaving door or windows open for fresh air.
Friendly reception after a long drive was nice.
I had an interconnecting room, and unfortunately the couple next to it came in late and had the tv up loud. Next time I’ll request one with non connecting door and will be perfect.

Emily and Kelly Keeford both amazing members of staff that worked in the Radius restaurant. They made our experience exceptional and they were very knowledgeable.
Rooms very beautiful and clean!

A few negatives were that the reception lady very rude.
Hard to get hold of reception especially on the phone from an external line. I also couldn’t get a response through email either. I’ve already been and stayed for a few days an still haven’t had a response.
Hopefully reception get some more friendly staff as I had this issue last time I stayed and it was sad to see it hasn’t changed!

Property was beautiful and were were very pleased with our cabin. It was an excellent stay with the exception that 2 hours after I used a credit card for the room deposit (had prepaid for hotel with a different card) it received 2 different fraudulent charges for $300 each at Crate & Barrel. This is a possible coincidence but this card is never used and hadn't been used for probably a year prior to this deposit.

Enjoyed the RACv inverloch for a quick one night stay with the kids. However check in took forever, and staff tried to charge $120 for breakfast for 1 adult/2 kids (should have been $75) and the older lady at reception was quite rude when I pointed out the discrepancy. But otherwise really recommend this venue for. Quick getaway and plenty for the kids to do. Will stay longer next time.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms very clean, quiet, modern, comfortable and had everything needed. Bed was very hard unfortunately. The person that checked us in asked if we had stayed before. When we said no, he didn’t offer any further information other than where our room was located. Would have liked more information about the resort and the area. We found the pool area and towels are supplied Pool area was great. We would like to stay again. The area is beautiful and the view from our room stunning.

I like most part of the hotel, I was surprised when I asked for bottle of water from house keepers, they said those waters are for premium rooms. I was surprised hotel with this great quality and expensive they don’t put at least two bottles of water in the room.

Booked on line to come Monday 4th. Given my keys , settled in and I unpacked. Went to Wonthaggi hosp to spend time with a gravely ill friend (which was the purpose of my visit ) I then received phone call from RACV say I had to immediately return and take all my things to another room . They had given me the wrong room. No apologies . I was very upset at having to leave the hospital. No apologies . No compensation . Won’t be recommending it because of this .

I think it has a lot of appeal, it would be good to have washing machines in the cabins as they are meant to be self contained. The restaurant should have a more variety of choices, and less pricey, the breakfast buffet wasn’t very nice, food was over cooked and should be a discount for staying at the resort. Having all restaurants closed on a Tuesday was difficult, we would have eaten every night at the restaurant if there was more variety and less expensive, and had the breakfast every day if it could have been bundled into the accomodation price. Swimming pool was great, should be opened until 9 during holidays.

We loved the spacious deluxe cabin during our stay. There were 4 of us but in fact could accommodate 6 visitors with the double bunk beds. The environment was quiet and relaxing. We saw family of kangaroos outside our windows. It was very special.

Good facilities for families. Good COVID-19 hygiene practices. Stayed in 2 bedroom villa which was spacious and clean. One minor issue was both bedrooms had 3-4 daddy long legs nestled in each ceiling corner which freaked my young kids.
Food at Onsite restaurant Radius was good. If only their other kiosk and Zenith Lounge was open give adults some more dining options on site.

All the staff approached us with courtesy and proffesionalism. Jenna on reception welcomed us straight away, gave us directions and all information we needed, and all the staff that followed upheld her high standard. The down side we had only booked for one night and wished it had been longer. Especially loved the bath toiletries with even bath salts. Very much appreciated.

Couldn't fault the quality and condition of the accommodation and the staff members with whom we came in contact were courteous and well informed. However, having stayed at the resort on a number of previous occasions we always enjoyed the opportunity of selecting dishes from the a la carte dinner menu each evening. Unfortunately, on this stay the only option in the dining room was a carvery, which, generally, we found substandard and unappetising. One of the major reasons for staying at this resort has been to enjoy the fine dining. If this option no longer exists we will seriously consider taking our business elsewhere.

Reception staff. Not enough. Staff were on phone taking phone booking from undecided customers while guests standing waiting to check in, get gold coin change for games room and gold coin change for laundry, collect tennis racquets etc. Very frustrating.
Restaurant and Zenith Bar staff need more training in hospitality.

We stayed in a villa (sleeps 6-though there was only 3 of us) on the Friday night of a long weekend. The villa was great, very clean. The staff were friendly. The lounge was great, fantastic food and live music on the Friday night. Happy hour from 5-6. The kids enjoyed the jumping pillow, flying fox, pool and rec room. We will defiantly go back and stay longer.

Excellent atmosphere at RACV Inverloch, great for families and couples. Restaurant and facilities were in well kept condition. A short trip to the beach by car in less than 5 minutes. For kids jumping pillow, flying fox and a climatised pool. I would definitely will come back. A great time to relax for everyone.

We stayed two nights in a villa.My room is clear and nice, with lovely bush view.There are lots of things to do in the resort itself, including swimming pool,jumping pillow bush walk, BBQ, kids play area... Perfect for active kids. We really enjoyed the roast and seafood in the ocean-view resort restaurant, even their delivery to room pizza was delicious.
There are lots of rocky beaches near the resort. We spend lots of fun time at Eagle Nest nearby. Within few minutes drive from resort, we can come to the main beach and the town center.

Loved watching kangaroos and wallabies and bird life in natural bush land from our cabin. Wetlands a beautiful area with ducks, water fowl and other bird life, walking trail making it easy to view.
Ocean within walking distance - take binoculars to see whales enjoying life.
