Fantastic resort - lovely space to walk around with a number of pools and restaurants to choose from. Evening entertainment was available each night. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which had lots of choice. Relaxing atmosphere.

The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space.

My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use.

My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed.

The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day.

I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels.

I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness.

I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind.

Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay.

It was very sterile feeling. Nothing special. The front desk was awful and my room smelled like mold. When I complained, they switched room for one night and then tried to put me back in the same room which is ridiculous… mold does not disappear in 10 hours

The staff in the restaurants and spa are wonderful. Giorgis at the spa was excellent — I received three treatments from him, and they were among the best I’ve ever had. The management of the spa is also excellent.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk, which is a complete disaster. They are rigid, unhelpful, and in several cases outright incompetent. On our last stay, we did not even receive our welcome gift. One staff member made repeated errors, including charging my card twice and attempting to bill me for breakfast that was clearly included in my reservation. When we asked to change rooms — after I was bitten on the premises, developed an infection in my foot, and could no longer manage stairs — the woman at the desk blamed me for flying, accused me of not seeing a doctor, and only backed down when I showed her my antibiotic prescription. Instead of showing empathy, she was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly used passive-aggressive remarks such as, “I’m happy that you are happy,” even when she was at fault. When her mistakes were corrected by her manager, she would turn her frustration on the customer rather than own up.

To make matters worse, when they upgrade you because of the Expedia VIp, they act as though they are doing you a personal favor and then use it as leverage against other things they fail to deliver. This behavior is manipulative and leaves a terrible impression.

Overall, the service culture at the front desk is unprofessional and host

We had high hopes for this hotel after a great experience last year, but sadly, this trip was a complete letdown from the moment we arrived.

Check-in was a disaster — we waited over an hour while the front desk tried to track down a charge for our child's breakfast, despite booking through Expedia for two adults. We were eventually charged $85/day for a child’s breakfast — on top of an $800/night suite for 3 people. We spent 30 minutes speaking with customer relations about all the issues we faced — she promised to follow up. We never heard back.

On our first day, the room was ready, but no one called or emailed us — despite having double-checked our contact details. We ended up wasting 5 hours waiting, unable to enjoy the hotel or settle in.
Now, let’s talk about the beach — last year, it was phenomenal. This year, they’ve placed rock barriers in front of it, making 90% of it inaccessible. The artificial lagoon they created is constantly flooded with garbage and seaweed on windy days, and the rocks are sharp — we got cut and injured trying to swim. You can’t see where you’re going. Meanwhile, the resort next door had dozens of people happily swimming in clean water. Here? Maybe 3–5 people in the water at any time. They’ve completely ruined one of the best natural beaches.

Also, just a heads-up: we were told the extra $85/day was because we booked through Expedia, which feels like an unfair penalty for using a third-party platform.

Very well maintained property, and no area ever felt overcrowded. Helpful staff and great facilities (the outdoor Olympic pool is terrific); good and varied food offering; nice list of social/entertainment activities. Last but the in-house minimarket is an extremely handy option to have.

The hotel exteriors are amazing and has tons of facilities (that are extra .. which in my opinion could have been included for a 5* hotel).

Also plenty plenty of mosquitoes. Without lying probably 20 killed in the room.

Breakfast and dinner were both really good.

One incident during dinner was particularly disappointing. I asked for the bill and waited at the cashier, but the waiter responsible was nowhere to be found. Several other staff members were present, yet no one offered assistance because “it had to be that waiter.” As I was in a rush for an event, I asked for the charge to be added to my room and left. To my surprise, the waiter ran after me in public to tell me I hadn’t paid, despite being a hotel guest (and with half board included).

The next morning, both the waiter and a supervisor brought it up again, saying the waiter had to cover the charge. I was only allowed to pay in cash to refund him directly, which felt unprofessional and frankly humiliating. It gave the impression that I was being accused of trying to avoid paying for a single coke. I believe this situation could have been handled differently and more discreetly as well. They knew my room, I was a guest so they could have found me, wrote me a card etc.

Nice place, great food—but the service and attitude didn’t live up to the standard or the price.

Tolles Hotel, aber für Strandurlaub nicht das richtige. Der eine richtige Strand ist relativ klein und sehr schnell voll. Der größere „Strand“ ist hinter Steinen verborgen, sodass man nur an zwei oder drei Stellen ins Wasser kann - sollte daher nicht als Strand beworben werden.

Aber ansonsten top Hotel! Gutes Essen, alles unglaublich sauber und Service-orientiert! Entertainment/ Shows deutlich verbesserungsbedürftig.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. It had multiple bars restraints and pools as-well as facilities such as quad bike rentals to visit local towns to break up the stay. Great rooms very spacious and modern however the mosquitoes do get in the room and bite however that’s not the hotels fault. Pool bars could offer more cocktails on the menu however when asked they do make to your choice which was very pleased with. I would agree with the 5 stars it’s rated would recommend and return, expensive but is the same price as other restaurants/ bars in Greece so wouldn’t let that detour you. Has everything you need 10/10

Absolutely stunning property with so many different pools, bars, and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the spa was wonderful and very beautiful too. The beach was nice and it was fun to do some stand-up paddle boarding. It was very safe!

Underwhelmed and Impressed at the same time

There were a few oddities like no iron available, you had to use their dry cleaning service which was a fee. The variety of food options during dinner at main dining hall was lack luster since this is not an all inclusive resort and snack availability between meal services was almost next to in-existent. The prices of the meals at the restaurants on the resort were on the pricier side considering how much we paid. The resort wasn’t as lively as we thought it was going to be. They didn’t deliver on the activities at all.
If I take away these and other things that were odd, the resort itself was beautiful and the staff I would say was 110% the best. I just wished some things were different because I really think the resort is nice

Really nice hotel, lots to do, really nice on site restaurants, meat ting had the best burger i have ever had, osteria had a really nice vibe, food and staff were exceptional. Really nice swimming pools, the private beach was really nice with free rings and floats to use, even though a large resort was peaceful and nice loved our stay thank you.

A resort hotel so not much around it. However we had already had a few days near Kos town for sightseeing so a few days here relaxing was great. A big complex with plenty of space and lots of areas for sunbathing including a beach. Plenty of sunbeds. We did half board and the food was good. Plenty of restaurants on site if you prefer to pay each night. Rooms appear brand new with quality furnishings and decor and clarins toiletries.

Hotel is not as good as it looks on pictures, it is suitable for OAP’s not young couples as most of the hotel activities are based for old people. The food in breakfast is average and the night entertainment is awful and needs a lot of work on making it better and fun for tourists. Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling around Kos , beautiful hotel, definitely worthy of 5 stars, immaculate grounds, pools and bar areas . Staff mostly very lovely, rather rude reception staff however , largely due to the MAJOR ISSUE we had with our room . We booked a superior sea view room which was incredible inside ,beautifull appointed , wonderful bathroom, HOWEVER, the hotels website states this room type are located in the bungalows, we were given a room in a block ,top floor , 3 storeys high ,with no lift , and FIVE flights of stairs up and were told \" yes , this is a bungalow room !!!!!!\" They were totally unwilling to move us unless we paid for an upgraded room , we had already paid £100 for that upgrade. No way was it suitable for anyone with a mobility issue but the staff and also the manager were not interested in the upset it caused us , i showed them the text on their own website stating in bungalows, they insisted the block was a bungalow ,total nonsence and exsapersting. Now for the view it was a pool view room , with a side sea view in the distance . Having travelled extensively around greece i would say their customer service/ care is nowhere near that of Ikos, Mitsis or Grecotels , we felt as a 95 % german clientel base they were very unintested in us as British guests. Overall ,a beautiful 5 star hotel which left us unhappy and disasastified , total waste of our money .I would say choose your room very carefully , as false info on their own site !!!!

The staff were excellent, always available, the property clean and in good shape but definitely the facilities were absolutely amazing!

I especially enjoyed the olympic pool. It was great to do laps in the morning and then lounge around in the generous loungers and gazebos in the afternoon.

Ordering food and drinks using the QR codes was really easy and convenient, and service was prompt.

There was plenty to do all throughout the day and in the evening.

A fantastic selection of a la carte restaurants made each meal a real treat and overall it felt like still really good value for money.

Very, very good stay, excellent location and something for all ages. We stayed at the executive suite, which was brilliant in every way! We wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked! No riff raff, in terms of the people who stay there. All family orientated. Very clean throughout and the venue is very well thought out, a mini little Greek village! Sun sets, Mountain View and so much more, we will definitely be back. If I was to be extremely picky, the evening buffet was a little similar, but on certain days when changes were made, the food was awesome! 10/10!! Thank you to Neptune and all its staff!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Neptune. Cannot fault the service and the grounds and amenities are beautifully kept.

Our kids (7&11)particularly enjoyed the daily football matches, evening open air cinema and evening entertainment. We also enjoyed the water sports on offer as well as doing absolutely nothing lounging by the pool with the beautiful sea view!
Would highly recommend for a relaxed family holiday and look forward to returning in the future.

I have never stayed in a five star hotel and if they are all like this I'd be happy to pay the extra pennies all the time! It was really luxurious and comfortable, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and there were about 4 swimming pools and different sections of beach with a different vibe. Really loved it. Took windsurfing lessons while there and they were great. Close to the airport. I hired a car from the hotel one day - very simple - and visited Kardemena, Kefalos and Tigati and did not regret my decision to stay here. Was with a friend. I sometimes travel solo and in that case might prefer to be somewhere I can walk out of the hotel and be close to bars etc but the feeling of this place being like a safe sanctuary added to the 'escape' element of the holiday. Would recommend to anyone - couldn't fault it and felt genuinely sad to leave.

Very relaxing with great facilities.

Great resort. We had an issue when we first checked in, however, it was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The room we had was very modern and clean and in a great location. The facilities were superb, with a large number of sports options readily available. Great Tennis courts, football, mountain biking, archery and Padle tennis. We found our stay very relaxing and will hope to return soon.

I arrived near midnight due to a delayed flight and was tired and disappointed with the room. The bathroom looked at least 15years old and the bedroom looked like it needed refurbishing. I paid 273Eu/Au$404) for an overnight sleep and breakfast. When I asked the next morning for an extension of time I was told the room was available from 3pm and only a one hour extension could be given till 12 otherwise I would have to pay further 50Eu. The receptionist was very disrespectful ...as if i could of arrived by 3pm and feel further customer service is needed
I did like all the facilities and the breakfast but to me I remember a hotel by the staff and would have to say my stay was over priced and disappointing

We really enjoyed our stay at the Neptune Hotel and Resort. We were traveling with young children and they absolutely LOVED the staff, splash pad, playground, and other activities at Neppi Land. We had an Executive Beach Front apartment located on the ground floor of a 3 floor building. While the interior seemed a bit tired and dated and had no microwave (isn’t that standard?) the area outside our room was immaculate. We were very impressed with how well-maintained the pools were as well as the grounds and the restaurants. We ate at Troja Bar, Gelateria, Osteria, Main Restaurant, and Umami. Only disappointment was Umami where the fish (esp the shrimp) was not fresh. When you’re on an island you expect the seafood to be excellent and this place really missed the mark. However, the ambiance and service at all the restaurants was very good and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked with an incredible variety of delicious food. Another thing to note is that this resort primarily caters to Germans, so it was difficult finding English language reading materials in the stores (almost all the magazines and books were in German, including all the tourist guides and books on Greek mythology). Overall, we had a wonderful time and would likely book again, though might consider upgrading to one of the newer suites and request a room not on the bottom floor.

Neptune Hotels delivers high quality service

Amazing place. There are five restaurants to choose from on the property. Four restaurants specialize in a different type of cuisine: Italian, Greek, Asian fusion / Japanese / Chinese, BBQ / Tex-Mex. The main restaurant is buffet style with something for everyone. Very kid friendly. It exceeded my expectations.

Great stay in October

Great hotel / resort. Resort looks great and is well maintained, rooms are clean, beds are good, showers are great. Multiple swimming pools, direct on the beach (Nice sand strands, with free beds and umbrellas). Multiple restaurants on the resort and spa/massage facilities. We loved Epikouros as well, a snackbar with cocktails, the best Gyros in Kos, and all football matches. This is right at the entrance of the resort.
The gym on the resort is also great. Many other sport facilities (tennis, basketbal field, mini golf) but we did not use this. The resort is in the middle of the Islnd so when you want to take the bus or rent a car it is perfect as well.

I can highly recommend this hotel! We missed dinner on arrival so the hotel provided us with a voucher that we could use in the Taverna at any one lunch time of our stay. This was perfect as the Taverna is not cheap but the food the delicious (Id recommend the Octopus hot meze)! If you are worried about Covid then this is the perfect hotel to stay in. All staff wear masks, screens at reception, hand sanitiser in the main building, food served behind screens in main restaurant (however this means you cant serve yourself so watch out for large portion sizes if you don’t specify!) and a small packet in the room for each guest that contained gloves, refreshing towel, mask and hand sanitiser for comfort.

We stayed first week of September and during non windy days the poolside was pretty empty which was amazing and felt like we had it to ourselves. Bed sanitised immediately after use. The hotel beach is beautiful too and always a bed free (maybe because of being under capacity).

Food is good but not 5* especially when you compare to the one site restaurants (try the lamb in the Italian on site!) but there is something for everyone.

We liked there was a local bus to town for €3.20 a way too.

Our biggest complaint the bar area service was so slow and we were never offered a second drink even after waiting for a long time which got frustrating for us. When we went to the bar we were told to sit back down to be served which didn’t happen. Empty glasses everywhere.

I stayed 1 night at the resort. I managed to squeeze in a swim in the sea, a massage, a delicious Greek pizza dinner by the beach , a healthy & plentiful breakfast and a revitalising morning swim in the adult pool They staff are one of the friendliest I’ve had the pleasure of encountering. I left my vitamins in the fridge. They called me and held it for me for 1 week until I collected it in my return.

Lovely hotel in extensive grounds on the beach

We stayed in a beachfront apartment and the location and views were stunning . Food was decent in the main buffet and very good in the Italian and Greek restaurants.
The clientele are predominantly German so most of the entertainment and TV channels cater for Germans - not ideal
The kids program was good - the Real Madrid football academy was vastly overpriced for what you got.
Overall excellent and Kos is a small island do easy to get around and see some sights

Nice 5star resort on the beach.
Mostly German clients and you are addressed in German first what is really weird when you are in Greece.
Amazing large resort when even full of 1000 people you don't find overpopulated.
Small downside there's a dress code for dinner. Pants for men only in 35 degree. And of course no mention anywhere except when you want to get into the restaurant.

Stunning - highly recommend!

We have just got home after a 10 day stay at the Neptune at peak time (School Summer holidays) and we loved it. Although the complex is large it never felt crowded - the pools are wonderful, plenty of sunbeds (that weren't all \"reserved\" by towels!!), the room was perfect and the staff could not do enough for you. When we had a couple of minor issues in the room (safe didn't work, and there was a strange smell coming from somewhere) it was resolved immediately - literally.
We were on a room and breakfast rate and the breakfast each morning was superb with plenty of choice. We tried a couple of the restaurants on site and the food was good. Of course it was a little expensive, more so the drinks, but this is a 5-star hotel and it was not extreme (most drinks were between €5 and €8).
We hired a car and did a bit of exploring and can definitely recommend a trip to Kos town and also to Zia in the mountains - spectacular views. We also ate out a couple of times in the next resort Mastichari which was a little cheaper.
My only tiny disappointment (for my teenage children) was that most of the entertainment seemed to be in German and there were very few British there for my kids to connect with. Not sure if this is intentional or just the way it worked out this year!
All in all a fabulous place - beautifully clean, stunning location, good food and drink choices and great staff - highly recommend!

Probably the best resort in Kos, but not amazing.

First impressions of the hotel were great. Impressive grounds, facilities, activities, pools, spa, and friendly staff. The rooms need a desperate upgrade (though they have a 2-3 year plan to do that). 90% of guests were German/Swiss package-holiday half-boarders, and it definitely feels like it.

Food was the most disappointing aspect. It again aimed at German guests, but the quality was poor. No real fresh juices at breakfast, or nice quality yoghurt. Even the cereal tasted like the cheap rubbish. Greek selection of food was very limited.

Dinner was also always a frustrating time. Amazing Italian restaurant, so if you like to go to another country and eat italian, then this is for you, but I like to have local cuisine. Their Greek restaurant is a joke, with poor selection and quality. After the first couple of nights, if you are like me and like to enjoy food and tastes, then you have no choice but to eat outside the resort every night.

Entertainment is also heavily german. No greek dances, music, tragedies, nothing. It's mainly some generic plays like Lion King or Mama Mia, but all in german. Nothing authentic or local to experience, just generic, forgettable, time-fillers, despite best efforts from, frankly, great entertainment team (who are all german I believe).

Last but not least, the hotel suffers from the infamous 'sunbed reservation' problem. They have signs but no enforcement.

Resort style beach hotel

The Neptune is a very nice resort style hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and had an overall great time. We especially enjoyed the free room upgrade upon check in! Breakfast is included and the buffet was well stocked each day. The handmade omelets were, by far, the best food available. We did not get the half-board (breakfast & dinner) so the dinner buffet was 33 euros apiece and we did not feel it was worth it. We did enjoy wonderful food in the Osteria and Greek Taverna. We dined on the patios in both of these restaurants and our daughter was literally eaten alive by the Grecian mosquitos! The pools and beach area were wonderful. Lots of chairs and umbrellas and fantastic views of the Aegean Sea. We did notice that a vast majority of the guests were from Germany. We only heard English spoken by a few of the other guests. Overall, a very relaxing, beach vacation!

No authentic Greek feeling to this hotel; could be anywhere.

However, it is a good spa hotel with an excellent Wellness Centre; extremely good breakfast. However, other meals were disappointing, menu lacking in good fish dishes, and mostly half empty.

Long walking distance from the room to the beach. The room was fine, even had a small kitchen, and the mini market on site provided basics.

Multiple pools, but the sea always preferable.

We were at the hotel at the time it was at full occupancy yet the pools and place does not feel overcrowded. Great staff and see. Take mosquito spray with you for the evenings! Only thing that lets the resort down is the lack of pool service and beach towel service at the pool, but otherwise great place. Could also do with some more vegetarian options for their buffets!

This is a wonderful resort. The setting is very picturesque, and the ambiance is very friendly and relaxing. Sets you in real holiday/vacation mode. The accomodation is extremely comfortable (though there are all diff room Types, we had an executive apartment). There are different options for activities for all ages... Something for everyone. We got back from our stay at Neptune yesterday, and today we have especially been missing the amazing buffet spread for breakfast and dinner! We couldn't have asked for better service, more beautiful grounds and (of course) a better, more varied choice of food every day. It's been many years since I have stayed at such a resort, and my last experience was not great - but on the back of our week long holiday at Neptune, I definitely want to go and do it again!

The entertainment in the theatre was a little 'odd', but obviously more geared to the German audience (who accounted for probably around 80% of the clientele), so hardly surprising. All queries were swiftly dealt with, every single member of staff greeted us with a smile, nothing was too much trouble, and everything was clean and beautiful.

The four swimming pools each had their own character, and even though there were obviously a huge number of holiday-makers staying (as we were in the height of the season), it never felt crowded or loud, which meant that we were able to relax and chill out!

I couldn't recommend this resort high enough!

Lovely beach & pools

We spent a week at the hotel on bed & breakfast rate. I thought I would be bored with the breakfast every day but there was so much choice & everything very fresh, I woke up looking forward to it every morning. We wanted somewhere to rest so it ticked all the boxes. We hired a car which gave us flexibility. The facilities were brilliant, so we spent a lot of time at the resort, fabulous! The staff on the resort were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Most of the guests were German and many families as well as couples. The gardens are beautiful, the pool areas are well kept, plenty of sun loungers. My daughter and I had some treatments at the spa, relaxing & professional. We went to the Greek night at the Taverna and had a great time, the food, music and dancing were great. We visited the ice cream parlour every day, delicious. The supermarket stocks everything you may need and the other shops on site have everything else you may have forgotten to take with you.

We spent two weeks at The Neptune......

This is a beautiful resort! The gardens are immaculate as is the entire resort and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Considering it is such a huge place, staff remembered us and quickly accommodated our requirements, even remembering our favourite evening drinks. Staff in the main restaurant are lovely and the food is amazing. The buffet style dining provides a wide range of options of both hot and cold dishes, everything is fresh and plentiful.
The little mini market has a wide range of products from cotton buds to cold beer, pencil sharpeners to pomegranates and the staff,again, are really friendly and helpful.
There is a friendly calm family atmosphere around the resort with plenty to do if you are that way inclined but no pressure to be active if you prefer a lazy beach and pool day. Each pool offers a different atmosphere with aqua aerobics and water polo for anyone who wants to join in at some or a quiet dip for the serious sunbathers at others.
Our room was clean and comfortable and set in a small block of eight appartment with views across the gardens and down to the sea. The resident little owl appeared daily and we had several sightings of a barn owl at night.
The sports facilities are great. We hired bikes for the day and had a very enjoyable ride to Kos Town and back. Most of the road runs alongside the beach so you can always stop for a dip when it gets too hot - which it will!
We would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

Fabulous Hotel Complex

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, checked in and a porter very kindly escorted us to our room. The complex was incredibly clean, litter free and the gardens, pools and all communal areas kept immaculate. We ate at all of the restaurants and service was faultless - however the prices were a little on the high side. One of Neptunes finest qualities was is excellent buffet breakfast. There was an astounding variety of choice. We have yet to experience a breakfast as good any where else in the world. Immediately we were seated we were offered tea or coffee and then we had the ultimate pleasure of choosing breakfast - the range of food I would not be able to list in this review. Our plates were cleared immediately we had finished eating. Service was 5 * plus. This also applies to all the other staff working in the Hotel. Everyone was more than helpul. Highly recommended and most definitely will return sometime in the future. Christine and Stuart, Forest of Dean, England.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Als wir einen Stromausfall nur in unserem Zimmer hatten, war innerhalb weniger Minuten ein Elektriker zur Stelle und hat das Problem behoben – ein wirklich toller Service.

Die Außenanlagen werden kontinuierlich in Stand gehalten, man sieht überall, dass daran gearbeitet wird. Auch das Seegras am Strand wurde entfernt. Der Strand selbst hat uns nicht ganz so überzeugt, dafür gibt es aber mehrere schöne Pools mit ausreichend Liegen, die für Entspannung sorgen. Die Außenpools waren für unser Empfinden zu kühl, auch die privaten Pools in den Superior Zimmern – eine Temperierung wäre wünschenswert. Das Hallenbad hingegen hatte eine angenehme Temperatur.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut und hat uns bestens geschmeckt. Gäste mit einer höheren Zimmerkategorie können ihr Frühstück im Restaurant Osteria einnehmen, wo frisch gepresster Orangensaft serviert wird.

Die Anlage ist etwas weitläufiger, was wir persönlich als angenehm empfunden haben, da wir so jeden Tag einen kleinen Spaziergang genießen konnten. Zudem gibt es ein abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten und Abendunterhaltungen, die gut organisiert und unterhaltsam waren.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
