Our stay at Raaya by Atmosphere Maldives for our honeymoon was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and stunning surroundings.

The villas were beautifully designed, offering both comfort and privacy, while the crystal-clear waters and pristine beaches felt like a dream.
The food was exceptional, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay feel extra special for such an important occasion. Whether relaxing by the ocean or enjoying the many activities available, every moment felt perfectly curated.

It was the perfect romantic destination to celebrate our honeymoon—we can’t wait to return!

The entire experience was 6 stars out of 5! We travelled as a family of four with four adults but the experience would’ve been the same for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday where everything is thought of - from the kind airport greeting and transfer to the island, to the friendly staff and the impeccable rooms which were cleaned twice per day - the hotel was amazing!

There are so many activities to make use of at the hotel - complimentary massages, snorkelling, sunset cruises, à la carte dinners and lunches every day, padel and mini golf, board games, karaoke nights.. the list goes on!

Would definitely recommend!

Providing a picture perfect scene is an achievement in itself, but fostering an environment where staff are comfortable, welcoming, personable, and driven to provide the best possible experience is truly outstanding and remarkable.

We very much enjoyed our time overall at Raaya and would not hesitate to recommend the resort to anyone.

We had a wonderfully chilled and beautiful stay at Raaya by Atmosphere. It is such a peaceful island, I enjoyed being able to walk from our villa to the main hub often in peace and often without seeing a single other soul for the majority of the walk, despite the resort being full. Food and drink choices were good and the serving staff in all the restaurants were so friendly despite being so busy. One negative was how busy it could be by the pool area with so many people 'bagging' beds early on and then disappearing for hours on end - it would be good if this could be better monitored so everyone has a fair chance to enjoy this space

Great staff, very friendly. On the negative side, do not expect to see a lot of marine life during the reef snorkeling excursion, avoid this resort if you are a wine drinker and more importantly, very limited sea food options!

We loved our stay at Raaya. The property is lovely. Clean, modern and well-kept. The beaches and waters surrounding the island are pristine and simply beautiful. We stayed at one of the over water villas with direct access to the ocean and snorkeled to our heart’s content (saw plenty of fish, and even rays). Spa services were fantastic, got 2 massages and totally worth it, some of the friendliest staff worked there. Food at the three restaurants on the property was great and service was good. This was our second time in the Maldives and we had a blast.

From the moment we arrived at Raaya by Atmosphere, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The hospitality set the tone for what would
become an unforgettable stay in paradise.
Our beach villa with a private pool was the perfect sanctuary for our family. Surrounded by
breathtaking views and thoughtfully designed amenities, it offered both comfort and elegance. The room was impeccably clean, and the snacks and minibar were a delightful touch. Raaya strikes a beautiful balance between privacy and vibrant energy. Whether we wanted
quiet moments or a lively atmosphere, the resort delivered. The sports facilities kept us
entertained well into the evening, with paddle tennis, football, and mini golf among the highlights.
Dining at Raaya was a daily joy. The buffet consistently impressed with its variety and freshness, especially the desserts—some of the best we've ever had in a buffet setting. While the meat in some dishes was not the best quality, the sauces more than compensated, bursting with flavour and perfectly complemented by freshly made naans and rotis.
The resort’s restaurants were exceptional, with The Village and Ampersand being particular
favourites. Ampersand dazzled.
One of the most admirable aspects of Raaya is its commitment to sustainability. From eco-
conscious architecture and energy-efficient systems to locally sourced ingredients and
community engagement, the resort embodies responsible luxury.

The island is amazing. The staff are very friendly, especially Jahid, Saif and Sam. The team at the dive centre is fun and knowledgeable. Food options are good. Drinks options are great.

Can’t complain about a thing. Will definitely be back.

RAAYA Life with Chef Shyamal and the Juice King was awesome. At RAAYA by Atmosphere, this place is a home away from home when you feel like family. This is the best vacation experience, and I have been taking exotic vacations for years.

RAAYA life experience would not have been the same without Chef Shyamal, Anky, Mohan, Juice King and many others including Kaka from house keeping.

It was our first time to visit the Maldives. We absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay in the water villa. The staff was extremely friendly and so attentive. Mohan and Saif took pride in their work and always made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this resort.

First impressions were good, lovely arrival to a beautiful resort. Overwater pool villa was breathtaking and very well equipped Restaurants were very good most of the time.
Staff were mostly polite. Weather was not on our side which is out of their control thus meaning sunset/fishing cruises were understandably cancelled. Strange that the paid for boat trips most went ahead! Everyday activities were cancelled without knowledge host failed to inform us. We would only find out by trying to attend. Excuse was always the weather. Football is played in rain,but was cancelled, although again the staff game went ahead! Water aerobics was not even raining when this should have been played. No staff turned up. Billiards which is undercover in sports bar was cancelled. Only found out by attending. This is ridiculous, the weather has no baring on this and was not raining at time. We complained and staff members then put on Archery which is strange considering this is an outside activity but the billiards which is undercover was cancelled.
Overall we had a good holiday but this part overshadowed our stay, I’m not sure we would return.
Day of depart a storm came in, asked if we could be picked up by a buggy as we had over 20hrs travel ahead, we were told no use an umbrella, hence travelling wet! Told seaplane 9.35am for 12.35am inter flight. Not enough time, we nearly missed check in at Male had to keep it open for us. We had to run to make it. Very stressful end to a special holiday!

Friendly welcoming and perfect resort for families and couples. The all inclusive option is a great. Rooms are well kept and good size with beautiful views. Options of both over water and beach villas - over water pool villa was the better option. Cannot fault it and would definitely recommend.

Oh my gosh, my stay was absolutely incredible! I can’t recommend it enough.

Saif was our lifesaver! We were so stressed out about everything, but Saif took care of it all. We were kept in the loop about everything, and it was so much easier to relax and enjoy our time.

The buffet was a bit of a mixed bag, but the themed restaurants were amazing! The Italian restaurant was my favourite, especially the prawn starter. It was to die for! The Far Eastern and Arab/North African restaurants were also great.

The shuttle service was fantastic! It ran every 10-15 minutes, both clockwise and anti-clockwise, and there was an app that tracked your next shuttle. That was so convenient!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They were always there to lend a hand or answer any questions we had.

We even got a free 45-minute massage (head, neck, shoulders, and back) as a perk. And for an extra $30, we could get a full-body massage. Yum!

We had a sunset cruise booked, but unfortunately, it was canceled because of the rough weather. But we didn’t mind. We had a great time anyway!

Overall, it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The island is lovely great staff, it has a good selection of food and drinks.

It is let down but the arrivals/departures. They do not tell you your flight times until the day of and we ended up waiting in the airport for 3 hours on arrival and a further 5 hours on departure. On arrival they do offer a lounge but on departure nothing is offered and you can't even check your bags as it's soo early so it's a long wait in a very loud airport.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Raaya! The free transfers as well was a great perk. We were greeted at the airport in Male and were taken to where we were supposed to go for the seaplane transfer. The resort itself was gorgeous, everything about it was incredible, staff was super nice and helpful. We had Saif as our guide throughout our stay and he was great.

We travelled to Raaya in Jan 2025 for our anniversary for 5 nights and our stay was amazing! The Raaya staff we always friendly, accommodating and wanting to help us. There is a selection of different food available and activities / excursions that can be arranged. A memorable and plansant stay and would definitely come again. Special thanks to Dana our island host who was always available to help and made our stay worry free. We had a smooth arrival and departure via seaplane. Thanks to Jahid for providing excellent house keeping, the friendly staff at the dive centre for our excursions and also staff at the restaurants Himashun, Chanchal, Suriya and Sharif for great shuttle service on the island. We had lovely sunny weather and were told there were some rainy days prior to arrival. We stayed in a water villa which was lovely and peaceful, regularly cleaned. We would definitely recommend this island of paradise and hope to return! Thank you.

Our stay was so memorable because of the wonderful resort amenities and top service by their amazing staff! Achala, our ever reliable and attentive personal concierge, arranged our itineraries; he coordinated dinners (my wife's birthday dinner was a 5-course meal with singing staff), excursions, gym and spa schedules, a surprise room decoration (by Jahid), and he also left my wife a handmade card! We're there only 4 days but Achala, the gym coach, spa ladies and Mary at Raaya Life are like long friends already. We'll surely come back. 😊

Truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish arriving in paradise via seaplane! The island, room and food were wonderful. The staff were the best we have ever encountered. So genuinely interested in your every need, very happy not stressed or bothered no matter what we needed just so happy to help. Lovely vibe, beautful high quality hotel. Could do with more bikes as not enough to go around and it was so fun cycling around the island. Amazing inclusive package, top masseuses my daughters had the best massages. Great cocktails lovely villas. Good value for money.
