Reethi Faru is a true beauty with an unspoilt feel. There are tall palms, lush vegetation, colourful flowers, and a powdery ribbon of white sand around the whole island. Everything is well kept and very clean. Staff is welcoming and friendly, they are a great asset to the resort. My garden villa was of a generous size, loved the comfy large bed and the half-open bathroom. Food was of high standard consistently, the buffet was really varied and plentiful.
The island provides a good balance between serenity and being active and bit more social, can do both. There are quiet spots, but also activities on offer.
Personal highlights were the incredible spa - very high quality treatments and professional therapists at this beautiful facility - and the manta ray snorkelling trip.
I do hope to be back some day! And in the meantime, absolutely recommend to visit, it’s just the right place for a wonderful Maldivian experience.

All staff were so friendly and kind, we had some complimentary things due to it being our honeymoon, the food all around the island was fantastic, pool area was clean, tidy and nice ambiance with music and bar, sunset bar was beautiful and chilled, à la carte restaurant were of a high standard and even the buffet was very impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend staying here for your first time in Maldives. 6 nights was plenty, all inclusive recommended.

It s paradise on earth! I ve been to Maldives before and what really makes a resort a five star is the actual reef, and this reef was great for swimming. We got the beach pool villa. It was actually on the beach with direct access to the sea and the private pool, much better for the water villas that are very close one to another. We really enjoyed the swimming and we didn’t even have to use our sea shoes because it was free of corals. Mandra trip and dolphin trip was absolutely amazing! Half board is all you need with great theme dining that changes every night. Looking forward to come back with the kids.

This property was beautiful. I woke up to an amazing view every morning in my ocean-water villa. I loved the room and the restaurants were also nice. The staff were all kind to me and I truly enjoyed my stay here. The only thing I had a hard time with was no night life lol since my body was on a different time zone so I had a hard time falling asleep.

Exceptional Experience for Vegetarian Delights! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Reethi Faru Resort from December 2-6, 2023, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional treatment I received from the restaurant and kitchen staff.

As a vegetarian, I often encounter challenges when dining out, but the team at Reethi Faru went above and beyond to cater to my dietary preferences. The variety and creativity in the vegetarian menu were truly impressive. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey, and the chefs showcased their skill in crafting delicious and diverse vegetarian dishes.

The restaurant staff deserves special mention for their attentiveness and warm hospitality. They not only ensured that my dining preferences were met but also provided personalized recommendations that exceeded my expectations.

The picturesque setting of the resort coupled with the outstanding culinary experience made my stay truly memorable. Reethi Faru Resort has set the bar high when it comes to customer service, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers, especially those with dietary preferences.

We'd love to stay at the Reethi Faru Resort. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The Water Villa was amazing and the beach/sea was just wow!
One little thing we were not that happy was the arrival with the domestic flight. We had to wait about 4h in Malé till our flight to the Resort. However, we absolutely recommend the resort.

Little private paradise

Beautiful pristine island with very good snorkeling around the island. Deluxe beach villa is well placed in between the natural tropical vegetation, less than a 50m from the ocean and beautiful sandy beach. The room is spacious and good conditions and comfortable.

Amazing place. Lots of natural foliage was keep in place so stays comfortable even on a hot day. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Spa an amazing tranquil environment. Very evo friendy place. The reef right off the beach is amazing. Food is cheap for the maldives and good. Rooms are beautifully well appointed and new. One negative is the clear bottom canoe is death trap, I'm an avid kayaker and the thing nearly killed me.
I was there on my honeymoon but the place seamed pretty family friendly... i visted 3 islands on this trip and wish i had spent the whole time at this island

Amazing resort - great experience all around

We both really enjoyed our stay in Reethi Faru. Cannot fault the resort in any way - the room (we had a water villa), restaurants and bars were excellent.

As all inclusive guests we ate most meals in the main Vakaru restaurant where we were looked after by an incredibly friendly waiter for the whole time we were there - it was lovely to get to know the staff in general.

The activities were really well organised; Sea Explorers Reethi Faru is one of the best organised dive centres in our experience, and the watersports facilities are great.

One of the main reasons we chose this resort was their eco credentials; we felt that the resort really did excel here (and we even feel they could do more to market this!). Laura the resort's conservationist was incredibly friendly and knowledgable about how the resort managed things like waste, power and water provision. Being able to assist with reef conservation was both informative and fun.

We took the water taxi transfer to the island on the way in, and found it took quite a long time (around 90 mins rather than the stated 40mins) - likely due to the bad weather at the time. That said, all the luggage transfers, etc were incredibly well organised. The seaplane on the return was great, quick and very convenient, as well as being a great scenic way to get a view of the Atolls.

We originally booked a five night stay at Reethi Faru Resort. But the resort was so amazing, we extended our stay by another five nights!

We stayed in a Water Villa with amazing sunsets every night. And Rajan did an magnificent job of keeping the place pristine and clean.

The daily buffet at Vakaru was top notch, and our server Shiraz was amazing. Often our beverages were waiting at the table before we sat down.

Reethi Grill provided the perfect setting for my birthday dinner, and Jani did a tremendous job of setting the perfect table on the beach - not an easy feat when competing with a strong wind.

One of the main reasons for visiting the Maldives is to dive, so we logged 10 dives with Sea Explorer. An excellent outfit who take care of every detail and safety is always first. Patrick and Teo did amazing jobs in anticipating our needs and making a life dream into a reality. Thank you!

But none of this was possible without Hussain Gais at the front desk. In order to prolong our stay, I had to call the USA and change our flight date. He allowed me to use his cellphone on numerous occasions. And Amaa was also incredible, she organized many birthday surprises during our trip, even calling to wish happy birthday from everyone at reception. But this friendliness and attention to detail by everyone at reception is all thanks to Manoj, the front desk manager. He was always available to resolve any issue, often reaching out with answers via email.

Reethi Faru resort was overall great. It is only 3 years old so the bedrooms are modern and nicely decorated. I had a garden villa and was really spacious. You don t have direct access on the beach with your sun bed unless you go for the beach villa. There were 3 areas where i could be on the beach. The Nala bar beach is the best. The pool was too busy for my liking. The main restaurant is actually the best with Indian inspired buffet full of flavour. Staff very friendly. Scuba diving is great and is about 100USD per tank. You can count 500USD for the return sea plane trip (approx 1h) from Male airport. Overall great experience

Reethi Faru was a dream to stay at. We stayed in a water bungalow. We rented snorkeling equipment to swim off the balcony everyday. There were so many things to do on the island from scuba diving to deep sea fishing. The food was better than expected, and the staff was great.

The staff were wonderful, namely Amaa (should be promoted to management), Aslam, and most of the managers (especially Marco). There was one gentleman who should not be in a management position (Ranjith). He was unfriendly and even raised his voice at me at one point. I had paid a lot of money to be there and them booked a 4 hour fishing trip and simply wanted to find a way to get something to eat since we would be missing our breakfast buffet. His solution was bread. When you pay to be at a resort like this I think that management should find ways to make your stay as pleasant as possible (and most of them did). Some people save money for a very long time for a dream vacation like this. We do not all have tons of money to throw around but we should all be treated kindly and respectfully. Amaa and Marco really made my trip special. I was also ill while there and the doctor was sent to my room straight away (4 am I believe). He was wonderful as well. The food was great. The beach was beautiful. The bartender at the pool bar was also GREAT! He was very kind and friendly. The gym was lovely as well. I was also very happy with the cleaning and wait staff. The rooms were always clean and any time there was even the slightest issue it was handled immediately. I would definitely visit this resort again BUT I would avoid Ranjith at all costs.

Beautiful island with a great house reef for snorkeling and beaches for relaxation. Good food with plentiful buffets although the dishes sometimes could use a bit more seasoning. We dived with the local dive shop for a few days and can definitely recommend it to all divers, although it's a bit on the pricier side. Great for relaxing vacation, diving and drinking beer during the breaks.

Reethi Faru is a wonderful resort, it is well thought out in terms of the layout of the island, everyone gets their own spot on the beach, or in our case, a wonderful view from the water villa.

The staff are noticeably happy people, always willing to help the guests out.

The food was fantastic, the snorkeling was simply incredible, there are so many corals and fish to see. We can't say enough good things about the place.

I want to send a special shout out to General Manager of Reethi Faru, Riddian Davies and his staff, including Soso at the front desk, Inasha at the Dhiyavaru restaurant, and all of the other staff who made this an excellent stay. You really kicked off my birthday with that song while at Reethi Grill. Your staff who sang happy birthday to me also rock.

The rooms were clean, the views were out of this world, and the customer service was above and beyond from everyone. The extra shower with the sky view, top notch, that bed was oh so comfortable. It was a great experience all around getting off the boat until we left the island. There was even Riddian and his staff lined up waving us away. I will cherish the little things like that as a guest in the Maldives.

I came across the resort by mistake while planning my own birthday getaway, and wasn't sure about what I would do or how much of an excellent stay I would have. So I hopped on the plane anyway. It was a real getaway. There was no noise, great food, and awesome omelet chefs. I stayed in a water villa, but if that's not your budget, the rooms just steps from the beach are literally that. So they are worth it.

The excursions are also affordable. Try some of there water sports, all of the restaurants, including the breakfast that comes with most rooms. You can walk the whole parameter of the island in less than 30 minutes. This was a paradise.

Poor hotel operation. They miss managed our aurport transfer and notify use 30mins before leaving. Despite asking them in advance. They admitted they have some issue on operations that night. As a result, no breakfast and fast packing of luggage’s for use. Terrible! Flies all over the bufet food and room. Will not return even if it’s free!

The resort has lot of flies that you can see on their buffet even on your room. I’ve been asking four our return trip transfer a 2 before check out, they said tomorrow, then they said on the night, but they failed. They give advise 7am to leave at 7:30. They admit that they have problem with their operations the night before which causes delay on notification. How terrible they are! Better go to other resort to have memorable good experiences

On arrival, there was a confusion about the charges that I had to pay. They were charging me for two gala dinners instead of one.

Also, I celebrated my birthday there and the complimentary wine and cake didn't arrive until late afternoon on my birthday. That too was after several calls made to the reception. The manager explained at that resort, they did it in the evenings. But I was checking out the next afternoon.

While everything was sorted out at the end, I think little things should be paid attention to in delighting the customer and making them leave with happy memories of a great time spent.

I would expect the staff to keep my checkout date in mind and organising the complimentary wine and cake during the day itself, and even it means diverting from the norm of doing it in the evenings, so be it. The management I think could put in some more thought and concern there.

Cleanliness, spa, service, breakfast buffet, amenities, location everything was just superb.

I spoke with the chefs and staff during the Christmas gala dinner and was told about the preparation and planning for the gala dinner that was done months in advance. I appreciate it and enjoyed every bit of it.

If you're looking for a remote, quiet, beautiful get away then this is your place. We loved every second of it. The staff was friendly and responsive upon our arrival (and before via email) with airport transportation coordinated perfectly, easy check in, luggage handling services, and cold coconut water (straight out of a straw in the nut!) to cool you off after your long journey to the property. Each villa was totally private. The indoor/outdoor bathroom of our garden villa took a moment to get used to but, once adjusted, added some whimsey and romance to the experience. The food was fantastic! Their Christmas Eve Gala was one I'll never forget with all of the traditional USA foods (turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans) plus so many more new things that I may just add to our Christmas traditions ooooooh and the dessert table went on for THREE tables! The island is not wheelchair accessible at which I don't believe was on their site. I also highly recommend bringing both bug repellant and bug bite cream as there are mosquitos and chiggers. We will absolutely be going back in the future!

We stayed at Reethi Faru Resort for 4 nights in September 2018. The resort is beautiful, it features clean and large villas, great facilities and stunning location. The staff is always smiling and happy to help. A slice of paradise! Would definitely recommend staying there.

We loved our stay at Reethi Faru. We spent two nights in a garden villa and 2 nights in an overwater villa. The rooms were beautiful and huge and the staff so friendly. The only downside was the poisonous sea urchins in the water scattered everywhere underneath the water villas. Be aware that you will not be jumping off these villas. Highly recommend.

The hotel was really fantastic value for money. Although it is officially a 4 star hotel, the water villa which we had was absolutely luxurious and we had the most brilliant time. The staff are so friendly and were so competent in helping us with a number of issues. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Paradise is real!

My first time in Maldives given me such greatest experience of all vacations I’ve had.

The resort is wonderful where you can have your “me” time with no destructions at all.

There were many guests if you think as we are having sumptuous breakfast, guests shown up, yet you never see them after. This only means that the structure of the resort keeping guests private.

Their restaurants are great such Reethi Grill, Midavaru 24 hr resto (our favorite waiter bangladeshi so gentle & generous), pool bar where the best Pinacolada I have tasted (thanks to Jithin). So much options as well in food and I swear - Reethi Faru got very good chefs! Kudos!
Staffs are definitely accommodating. All their staffs will never forget to greet you with a smile if they see you in anytime.
So many water sports/excursions to choose from and their people are kind such Robert, Maria, the diver who assisted me a the way during our Manta Lagoon trip, Mohammad, Franco and another Bosnian guy - keep it up for being so cool.

There could be lil hiccups such mosquitoes, forgetful staffs on your order (common but needs to be avoided), forest area needs to be well groomed but never remove the virginity look of the island.

Over all, Reethi faru Resort is subject for recommendation to friends/relatives. A place where you find you and you can be as you.

Kudos management of Reethi and keep improving in all aspects. You can be no 1 resort in Filaihoo island in due time.

Fantastic family vacation

We had a wonderful time at the newly opened Reethi Faru resort. Our arrival was well organized, check in was very easy and quick. We stayed at a water villa, with an extra bed for our son. The room was great, comfortable and had a fantastic view from the bed. The resort offers a lot of activities, including diving Center, water sport center, spa, and various excursions. The people, working at these certers made us feel home, comfortable and relaxed. Special thanks to Renate and the crew at the dive Center, who helped my son and myself to become certified open water diver, and Marko and his team at the water sport center for making my son’s vacation a dream.
The only issue we could name was the amount of flies at the main restaurant during breakfast, and the mosquitoes in the evenings. I believe they are working at rectifying the problem. As the resort is very new, there is still construction going on, but it was well hidden from the guests.
Overall, we had a fantastic vacation, mainly because of the dedicated team working every day making you feel special.

水上コテージは初めての経験でしたが、朝起きて窓を開けるとそこは海！
ベランダに出るとそのまま海に入れますし、リクエストを聞いていただいてサンセット側の部屋だったため部屋からの夕日がとても綺麗でした。
