This hotel was worth exactly what I paid for it (50 dollars). The only issue I encountered was the hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Other than that it was an average hotel experience. They do offer an airport transfer but it is 30 Euro. It was clean, but there is smoke residue on many of the surfaces in the hotel.

We arrived after midnight and the staff at the front desk were very friendly offered us an upgrade to the room. The room was very comfortable and spacious with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice.
The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport and had no problem getting Uber for a round trip.

First of all, the staff was really nice, polite, educated, friendly, is not about them. The problem is that is very bad located, almost 1 hour from Istanbul, (I spent 80 dollars per day going and coming back from Istanbul), you better add those 80 dollars for a better hotel located in the center of Istanbul. The other thing was the smell, they are burning incense all day long, the lobby, the corridors, even the bedrooms smelling incense. My family and I were with nose and throat irritated. I told them but they do not care, looks it is something religious or a custom. To finish, what you look at those pictures of the rooms, that looks like the rooms are high class suites, is just an illusion. Rooms are 2 starts. Last, Expedia should tell change the searching, if you put Istanbul do no show hotels in Arnavutkoy, 43 minutes to one hour away from Istanbul. Crazy. It cost me an extra 540 dolars.

Room was nothing like I reserved! Very hot and the street noise was crazy! The bathroom sink was filthy! They charged us $22.00 dollars for two small bowls of yogurt soup! It was a terrible night! The outside area of the hotel was filthy too!

Dayot was very helpful. The airport Shuttle was very late in coming to pick us up. He upgraded us to a bigger room. And was very apologetic. Our first night it was very warm in the room. The hotel sold our room on us, made an excuse the \"room was flooded\". We argued in the lobby for about 30 mins with a rude employee named Dawood. He was laughing in our face and kept saying \"I feel you\". They forcefully transferred us to their sister hotel, AirPort Express, which was the worst airport I've ever seen. The staff was very helpful, but 2 things were difficult: the A/C was set to heat and the thermostat was locked. I called the desk and they said they would unlock it. I woke up 3 hours later and the heat was still on. Someone came up and was on the phone to the A/C company. After about 30 minutes they determined they could not unlock the system. They, however, were finally able to set it to a lower temperature (from 28°C to 17°C) and I opened the window.

In the am, I took a shower. The water pressure was excellent, but the hairdryer did not work. The maintenance person would not be in until that afternoon and they had no alternative. The breakfast was good including eggs.

The airport pick up was a disappointment- driver was 25 minutes late , it was confusing at the connecting point. We waited in the cold did not see the car , end up the coordinated had to lead us to the parking building then finally the car came. This definitely did not worth for 35 Euros personal pick up.
The Room of the hotel was so small and has no room for turning around, not to mention any place for opening the luggage’s.

Overall hotel is clean, came in with bad expectations but came out with only compliments, staff are nice, rooms were cleaned well, room amenities were always filled up. The room was booked for five adults and one child as advertised, but to our surprise, there was one king bed, one twin bed, and one rollaway bed. The room was much smaller than it appears in the pictures.

Sent my paid for food delivery away because your not allowed to order food.

Door didn't close and the maintenance guy wasn't in, meaning we had to leave our valuables unsecured.

Breakfast was tragic.

I recently stayed in room 202 at your hotel, and I would like to share my feedback regarding a few issues I experienced during my stay:

There was noticeable dust on the table, and even the water bottles on the surface were dusty.
The shower cabin was missing a glass door, making it quite difficult to shower comfortably.
My room faced the main street, but unfortunately, the window was not soundproof at all, and a lot of noise from outside could be heard.
On a positive note, the room was generally clean, which I appreciated.

I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of the guest experience in the future.

Clean hotel. Bring earplugs because walls can be thin (can hear hallway noises a bit) and traffic may be loud. The call to prayer may wake you up too. If you booked a single room, ask for a room with a window. Air-con is slow to work. But otherwise, the hotel is clean, appears new, and the single room is pretty spacious. Staff is very nice. Expect to bring your own luggage into the elevator, but that is to be expected for a smaller, less luxurious hotel. If you didn’t buy for breakfast when you book online, it’s 10€ for breakfast if you pay in-person. Easy to take a taxi from the airport (make sure you have the address handy!!!!). Overall, a great transit hotel for overnight stay. About 15 min away from airport. It should cost about 350-600 Turkish liras to get to hotel from IST using a metered taxi , depending on route and traffic.

Make sure your phone navigation is working and the taxi is going in the right direction. My taxi was going in the opposite direction and I corrected him a few minutes into the trip.

The AC was not functional despite changing 4 room in the night. The staff was helpful but not able to do anything. I am not sure what was going on. They must know that there are certain rooms where the AC does not work! In the last room we were in the flush did not work, so we were given access to yet another room for toilet. Receptionist was not polite and offered to downgrade our room as soon as we arrived. He kept insisting to change the room as to the room I booked saying the original room was making too much noise from the air conditioning as many customers have made complaints. If that's the case why was this issue not been solved already? I asked him why and his facial expression wasn't too happy. He insisted that if I wanted the room I originally booked and his answer was \" don't complain the next day\"! He acted like he's doing me a favour for changing our room from a noisy room to a less noisy room.He attitude and manner was absolutely very unprofessional.

The staff for very polite and helpful, I give them 5 stars. You have feeling that you are in the middle of nowhere, but this because it is not in Istanbul, but in suburb which is part of Istanbul metro area. The hotel itself is OK, new one, and very convenient if you have long layover in Istanbul Airport because it is only 15 minutes drive to the terminal, which is nothing for Istanbul metropolis, so by choosing it you avoid stress that you could be stuck in traffic jam.

While the staff seemed to be very kind and tried to be helpful, a lot was lost in translation. Not all the staff were fluent in English. We changed rooms 3 times due to the heat not working. The hotel appeared new and proximity to the airport was a plus. We arranged our own ride to the airport, at a fraction of the cost of what they offered. The breakfast was included, but as we checked out, I think we were asked to pay. All staff were extremely helpful, I think it just needs better overall management. Probably would go with a bigger more established hotel next time if we need an airport stay over.

Ich habe dieses Zimmer auf Grundlage der Beschreibung auf der Expedia-Seite gebucht, in der es als Suite mit Hamam angeboten wurde. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass das Zimmer in keiner Weise einer Suite entsprach. Aufgrund meiner bisherigen Erfahrungen mit echten Suiten kann ich klar sagen, dass diese Bezeichnung hier irreführend war.

Der angebliche Hamam war nicht funktionsfähig: Die Armaturen waren defekt und es gab kein warmes Wasser. Zusätzlich ließen sich die Fenster nicht vollständig schließen, wodurch das Zimmer extrem kalt war. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Insgesamt befand sich das Zimmer in einem Zustand, der einen Aufenthalt unzumutbar machte.

Aus diesen Gründen habe ich das Hotel bereits nach etwa 2–3 Stunden wieder verlassen. Der Aufenthalt entsprach weder der Beschreibung noch dem erwarteten Standard. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
