The hotel is undergoing some renovation and really needs some work. My room was clean and comfortable and quite sizable. The bathroom was good sized, too, although the shower plumbing needed updated.
It's not a no smoking property, so don't book if you can't stand old smoke smell as well as a neighbor smoking.
The restaurant is currently closed so you will need to choose one of the neighborhood alternatives or go to another area.
I was fine with my stay at the The Pearl Airport Hotel. Clean, no bugs, quiet except for the guests with loud TVs. If you need a place to crash and keep your stuff between flights, might as well try The Pearl.
It should be noted, that other than some expensive hotels right near the airport, you will have to travel about 10 KM from the airport to get a hotel. The going rate was 25€ each way, so your transportation will be more than your hotel stay.

Our reservation was for 3 people. They forced us to pay for a second room because of the third person. They also forced us to pay for a second airport shuttle because we had three carry ons. Although we had written threads on that. You cannot trust these folks with anything. Two rooms had total of one cup and no Kleenex.

The property was well kept. The staff was very nice. My daughter and I appreciated their quick response to our requests. Sheets and towels were very clean. We loved hearing the kids playing in front of their place, even late in the evening. Bim market was next door conveniently. Most of all, we took pleasure in walking to Taşoluk Yeşil Cami Mosque each time we stepped out and to downtown Arnavutköy. The weeks we stayed there were peaceful, healing and safe.

This was a last minute booking. I had a layover flight from Bangkok and need a quick stay near the airport. Hotel provided the basic needs. You will need to have your own small face towels though. I think that most of the hotels there don't provide them.
I think they are in the process of still building or renovation. Smoking area outside. King Size Bed, comfort was average. As a plus size solo traveler the shower was a little too small for my comfort.
Grocery store next door and a few other markets and a select few food spots are in walking distance. Otherwise stop at a store before arrival and get you some snacks. Beverage selections are limited and im not sure if they provide any kind of food. Didnt stay long to test it out. You will need a local sim and number to order from any food apps.

Beautiful new hotel – 10 minute drive to Istanbul International Airport. Hotel is new and our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A little way out from the town centre – you will need to get a taxi. We had a car so it was not an issue. Excellent hotel if you want close access to the airport.

Continentally located near IST airport (10 minutes by taxi). We arrived very late, the receptionist waited for us and offered a bit bigger room than booked. Good breakfast with some choices. Our room was clean, quiet, with sizeable bathroom, with complimentary water bottles.

The Hotel was under renovation. I stayed at this Hotel because it was not expensive and was 15 minutes from the airport, about TL 325 taxi fare. Upon Check in, I was assigned room on the 5th floor. Elevator was not working, so I had to climb stairs but was offered room service for my carry on bag. The roon was very tiny with low slope ceiling. I was assigned another room upon request. I had to make another request to change the sheets as the sheets had stain and some long hair that clearly was not mine without a dispute. When I made the second request, the front desk staff said \"what's the problem now\" not very friendly and lack of customer service skills or maybe I am spoiled living in Canada for 30 years and not use to this kind of customer service. I am being generous to give this Hotel 4 star rating because both my requests were taken care even though the staff was not very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay but not for a long stay. I had photo of the tiny room but for some reason the app did not allow me to upload the picture.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing but construction (roads and new condos being build), animals- (goats, chickens, stray dogs, etc.), and appartment buildings. I just needed a bed, so it didnt really bother me.
What I didnt expect is to hear the rats in the middle of the night. I was staying on the top floor and they would run up and down inside the walls and ceiling. Thankfully, not inside the room but I didnt risk ordering food from the menu. The breakfast was prepared fresh in front of me at 7am :)
Also, there is no soundproofing. The whole floor could hear an infant crying in his room.

I am a native NYer. I work in Manhattan and am a big guy, very much in shape. I have never feared for my safety in NY but did in the area surrounding this hotel. To say “ghetto” would be generous. It’s a complete dump with very shady characters. The closest food was 1/4 mile away, on foot, dodging very sketch kids demanding money and adults who looked really unhappy. If you are a single female do not stay here. Now onto the hotel. Nice staff and clean room. I had to call and ask for body wash and towels as none were in my room upon checkin. Wi-Fi wasn’t working and the TV only offered Turkish channels. Also, rooms on the 5th floor had a lot of noise to deal with because of the elevator mechanical room. Literally every time the elevator ran you heard clicking and mechanical slamming just 2 doors down. Made falling asleep very difficult. Listen, you get what you pay for, but for the reasons I’ve listed above I would absolutely avoid this hotel. .

15 minutes away from the major airport, you're in the middle of nowhere. Its not a cure village, just a dusty little suburb with garbage on the streets. Hotel appears to be new but poorly made. No power in any power outlets in the room. The room and bathroom is tiny, you can barely move with your luggage. Had to ask for more bed sheets. No sound insulation, you can hear neighbors move in the rooms next door.

I think it’s the best place to stay close by the airport the price is so convenient and affordable comparing to the other hotels around the airport, about 17 minutes in Uber tl120-150 less than $6, the hotel is new the staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and nice deck for work and big windows with natural lighting and blackout curtains for comfort sleep, dining area where you have your included breakfast, restaurant 1-2 minutes in the same street and there’s menu for delivery to the hotel,supermarket next door , free parking in the street overall is the best affordable clean nice hotel in the area for short staying 10/10
