Nice modern hotel. Very clean. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic with high quality ingredients - which makes such a difference when staying in a hotel. Nice variety of meat selections and good mix of Vietnamese and western food. I really appreciated having local dishes at breakfast so the stay feels so authentic and I got a chance to taste local Vietnamese food.
A nice surprise was the complimentary curated tea service in the afternoon. I really enjoyed my stay at Thai hotel. It is also less than 8 mins to drive to the lake and about 400 m to the Futa bus station.

Staff were friendly and very professional. Room had some where and tear but clean where it mattered (beds, bathrooms).

Great interior design and architecture.

Did love the multiple levels of the dining area, it was perfect for working from.

Great hotel to stay at. It's clean and the staff are well trained. Front desk staff have very good English and the remainder can get by. There are quite a few restaurants close by within a minute to five if you grab a ride. Most of the attractions around Dalat are within a 30 minute ride. I'd definitely recommend people to stay here.

It's too noisy at night.

The laundry service is incredibly expensive! Compared to my sister, who gets her laundry done at the shop next door for only 30,000 VND, my clothes are similar but I had to pay 570,000 VND. What a disappointment!😫😫

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area. It is also not too far from the city center (~7-10 mins drive)
The hotel is new and clean. Especially, the staffs are very friendly and professional. Their service is top tier. Hope they can keep it or even make it better.
The hotel also provides tasty breakfast buffet and the afternoon tea set.

불편은 없었습니다
직원들의 친절은 최고였습니다
이건 정말 칭찬할 일입니다
온수풀도 좋았습니다
크지는 않았지만 비가오는 날씨떄문인지 거의 나와 내친구만
이용했습니다
사람이 많아지면 좀 작을수도 있습니다
머무는 동안 직원들의 친절때문에 행복하게 보내고 왔습니다

We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is in a decent location—about 15 minutes by Grab (Uber) to get into town. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was hard but you can request a soft top cover. However, being placed on the same floor as the housekeeping center made it quite noisy at times, which affected the overall experience. The concierge staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was decent with enough variety to start the day.

The hotel staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast buffet had different variety each day. There were a few downsides to the hotel 1. They don’t offer room service and 2 the pool surroundings is a tripping hazard, also the stairs into the pool are small and doesn’t offer much grip as I slipped off the stairs into the pool. Great hotel though.

The hotel and staff were very nice. There were beautiful views of the hilly landscape from all the windows. The only downside is that the hotel is pretty far away from restaurants and amenities. That being said, there are a small number of eateries in the area, and a pharmacy and shop very close by. The hotel itself does not offer any dining aside from breakfast. The breakfast, however, was very good.

The property is new and modern. It is great to have welcome check-in snacks and free afternoon tea. My parents like your hotel a lot and will be back soon. Staffs at the restaurant are very nice and friendly, except the one who check in for us who kept demanding me to sit down to check in. My family has already occupied all the chair and she kept insisting me to sit to proceed check in. I have to ask my husband to stand up, move out so I can sit for her to check us in. Next time, you should look the scenarios first and can ask us to come to the counter to check in with a nicer tone.

Fabulous boutique hotel worth every cent. The place has a heated pool! And one of the reasons we will definitely stay here again. Other reasons include an amazing breakfast, comfy beds and pillows and super friendly staff that go over and above.

Hotellet ligger dejligt uden for byen, men tæt på området med kabelbanen.
Der var dyrt at få vasket tøj, såvi brugte et vaskeri kort derfra i stedet.
Personalet var søde, men lidt distancerede.
Reglerne om at skylle sig inden man går i poolen blev ikke overholdt. Nogle badede med deres tøj på.

Flott rom, hyggelig personale, god service, lekker frokost. Flott med utsikt og balkong.
Rakk ikke å teste afternoon tea.
Bassenget såg rent og fint ut.
Fant også en koselig Chill kafe i nærområdet, der vi spiste nudler og fikk en
Anbefaler Crazy house og/ eller Maze bar, litt like konsepter.
Lokale markedet : Flott dandert utstilt frukt og varer, generelt mindre søppel i gatene her enn flere steder vi har besøkt.
