Great Value

Beautiful view, if you're arriving by bus the hotel is just across the road from the station. It's outside the town, near to the cable car station.

The staff there were so lovely and helpful. A bit of a language barrier, but they were so keen to help and the rooms were so cosy, which was lovely because it’s so cold in Da Lat!!

Nice overall except for the noise

The hotel is not in the city center but it's only a short cab ride away. The breakfast served is very nice. The room is large and comfortable.

The only very bad thing is the noise from other guests. It's not the hotel's fault.

Vietnamese do speak very loudly and they shout a lot! So even at midnight and early morning like 7am, be prepared to be woken up by shouts and loud footsteps. Sometimes you get screaming kids too if they come with their families.

Great value

It beat my expectations - The hotel is located just on the edge of Dalat so it is quieter but still an easy walk to downtown. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. I would recommend this hotel to any type of traveller going to Dalat.

Great hotel would recommend

Was a very comfortable room, seperate shower and awesome bed. My only regret is we only stayed one night and had to leave early for airport(which cost 300000vnd) was a little far out of the main centre but only 30000ish by taxi. I booked it to be closer to airport knowing this. Only issue was a low shower head

Nice hotel but far away from city centre

The hotel is beautiful and really clean. I'm not sure if they cater to westerners. The staff seemed nervous to talk to me. The staff were very nice and the hotel was beautiful but the location is really far away from the markets and restaurants. If you have a motorcycle then this is the place for you. If not, you might want to stay closer to the city centre. Mixed feelings about this hotel. Not terrible but I felt like I could have done better.

Good value for money

Overall this hotel was pretty good value for money. The checkin was very slow but afterwards the service was very good. It is far from downtown so I would recommend renting a scooter from the hotel and exploring the town. That was my favourite part about staying here.

Very cleaning,good location,

The hotel supper cleaning.It not so far to the city,located beside the main road to the city but on a little up hill not noise. Nice air and landscape. Beside the hotel has a very good nice coffee shop"Buivanngo"with good mountain of view.You can walk to the cable car station need only 5 mintus, it is the highest poiont in the city for the whole city view.

The location is ideal - you live outside the city and thus get to enjoy the quiet neighborhood and a nice view and yet close enough to it (20 minute walk or a short taxi ride).

Lovely Hotel - Close To The Top Of The Gondola

We arrived an hour early for check in but this was fine, the room was ready and allowed us to head out to make the most of our only afternoon in Da Lat.
As mentioned, we were only here for one night so we had limited dealings with the staff but they were nice and polite whenever we spoke to them. On returning late in the evening, we had a small issue with our key card not working for the room and before I turned to head downstairs, the young man on reception was stood behind me ready to replace the batteries in the door!! He'd spotted us on CCTV and headed up within 30 seconds. That was brilliant.
During our visit we caught the gondola down (The station is dated but the views on the way down are worth the small amount you pay). At the bottom there's a pagoda, small pond and a nice enough lake, where you can have a drink. We walked to the waterfalls by following an unfinished road off to the left of the lake. This took us about 45 minutes and much of the time you think you've gone wrong but keep going until you reach the main road at the top, then turn right. Or pay £2 for a taxi.
The waterfalls were ok but touristy. Cheap to enter but you can't reach the bottom without an additional small fee.
The town is a good size, with a lake and night market.
Da Lat was a base for our Highlands Tour. We decided against a motorbike tour (plenty of places to arrange these) in favour of an air conditioned car. A gentleman named Xuan drove us to Nha Trang via Lake Lak. Ask around for him.

The hotel is opposite main bus station on a busy road which makes it very noisy with traffic / horns from early morning to late at night. The wifi also does not reach all rooms but is accessible from the hallways. Very good location for the local town a few minutes in a cab and the bus station.

Very pleasing stay

Spent two nights at this hotel , I found it very clean and tidy in the rooms and lovely surroundings. You will need a taxi to get into town as it is a long walk. Staff were helpful but spoke little English.

The hotel on the top of the hills with nice view and fresh air. The location was a little far from the central market, but the staff and everything around won't let you be alone. It is such an enjoyable trip.
