The staff is cery good in responding to my queries about the room facilities. The room and the public area is clean and spacious. I recommend this hotel as it is nested between the JR station and shops.

Hotel MYSTAYS Soga, was an overall great stay, clean room, facilities, etc. very close to restaurants, convenience stores and the train station, so easy to get around. The staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. For me would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Excellent stay

Needed to stay close to my destination (clinic in Oyumino), JR Soga station was the most ideal location to me.
MYSTAY was a very wise choice; close to the station, bus stops, and many convenience stores and duty free pharmacy.

Relatively larger room than other hotels in Tokyo, reasonable rate, I am very satisfied.

If you love food it's surrounded by it, the train is literally around the corner which is also a plus. The tub is super deep for a nice soaking bath. It's just a really nice and clean modern hotel.

エアコン無しでも暑かった。チェックインした時に日差しが当たってたから熱が籠ってたのか。
入室した際に強烈に皮脂の臭いが染み付いた部屋なのが分かった。我慢した。何日も風呂入らない汚い人の臭いよ。電子レンジは3階にある。バスルームは広めだけど浴槽は古め。
消臭スプレーはノズルが壊れてた。。

駅から近く、1階にカフェがあるので、人の出入りがあるため賑わいを感じて良いです。

ららアリーナでの推しのライブとディズニーへ行く為に、初めて利用しました。
駅からホテルまで近いのと、コンビニも何軒かあり、とても良かったです。フロントのスタッフの女性の方の対応も丁寧でした。素泊まりでしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。

性價比極高的住宿感受！

此HOTEL離蘇我車站僅需徒步2分鐘，非常適合年長、旅途歸程勞累者。徒步500公尺（7分鐘）即可到大型廉價超商（フォルテ蘇我店）採買零食當宵夜，而且HOTEL與車站間有一家「日高屋」便宜價位的連鎖餐廳，有我們全家最愛的天津飯、豚骨拉麵、炒豬肝、生啤酒……，生活機能極為便利。綜合提供西式與和式料理的早餐，內容豐盛，特別是有產地直送的蘋果汁，顯現早餐的性價比極高。泡澡很舒適。
可惜離東京都會區太遠（需大約1 個小時的電車車程），進入首都圈太耗時，否則就更完美了。

滞在が短く早朝にチェックアウトした際に甘い香りとバターたっぷりの焼きたてパンの香りがしていて次回はゆっくりと朝ごはんを食べたいなと思いました

駅から近く、千葉駅、海浜幕張までも電車で近かったのでお買い物などしやすかったです。
近くに飲食店も多く、どこにしようか迷うぐらいでした。
室内も広く清掃も行き届いていて綺麗でしたが、風呂場、洗面から排水の臭いが若干したので、そこだけが気がかりでした。
スタッフの方どの方も、対応が良かったので機会があればまた利用したいなと思いました。

スタッフはとても感じが良かったです。部屋も水回りは少し古いタイプでしたが、インテリアはモダンで清潔でした。蘇我駅から徒歩２分ほど。アクセスが良くて、海浜幕張までも近くて良かったです。

建物、設備は古いですが、とても清潔に保たれているので過ごしやすかったです。駅からすぐ、コンビニややレストラン等もあり、不自由なく過ごせました。1点、換気扇をつけていても四六時中洗面所が下水の匂いがするのが気になりました。(ドアを閉めていれば部屋は臭いません)

焼き魚がとても美味しかったです。
コロッケとフライドポテトもサクサクカリカリで創造以上の美味しさでした。

コスパの良い便利なホテル

幕張メッセでの催事の際に利用しました。
会場界隈は異常な値上がりで予算的に厳しく、ここにしました。
駅から近く飲食にも困りませんし、もちろん近くにコンビニもあります。
清潔で静かでしたし、コスパも良くて助かりました。
また利用したいです。

駅から近くとても便利でした。周辺には飲食店、コンビニ、ドラッグストアもあり困りせん。朝食付きにしましたが、朝食も種類もあり充実していました。部屋はリニューアルされてたのか綺麗でした。ただ、水周りは少し古くてトイレが心許ない動作をしていました。後は壁が薄くて隣室の話し声が普通に聞こえて来て、ちょっとコレだけはいただけないなぁと思いました。今まで泊まったホテルで1番壁が薄くてびっくりしたレベルです。
それ以外は良い点が多いだけに残念でした。就寝時間中に騒がしい隣室に当たらなくて幸いだったとしか言えないです。
