The best hotel I've stayed at since I've started traveling to Japan. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service, if desired. There's an assortment of airport shuttle buses that drop you off right by the hotel. The area is surrounded with shops and restaurants that almost never end. The Chiba Chuo station being right near the main hotel lobby makes it beyond a fantastic spot to stay!

Things ok. Room a bit old but clean and tidy. Staff are friendly but one of them (doesn’t look like native Japanese) just split outside the hotel in front of a customer…..

Another issue is the arrangement of breakfast between hotel.com and the hotel. We booked as a family with breakfast included but hotel insist our 3 years old kids is not included and we have to pay at hotel for this. Not very reasonable.

Great property! We stayed in the 4 bed family room. It was great to have 2 toilets and the jacuzzi tub. Lots of space for our family of 4, even a large closet! Daiso, Lawson’s, and tons of eateries just down stairs. One stop away from the main Chiba station. No self laundry but we did find a place with huge machines just a 10 min walk away (or 5 min taxi). Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located in the heart of Chiba within walking distance to many shopping malls and restaurants. The city itself is mostly locals, and the people are friendly. It has many establishments like Tokyo but without the crowds which made it a more relaxing experience.

Absolutely loved the Annex hotels, they were definitely spacious. Mattress are a little firm but, the blankets and pillows are really soft. Bathroom were nice and clean. Staffing was so very polite and helpful. Would book with hotel again if I’m ever in Chiba.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Laundry service was very expensive so the property is not great for longer stays. The AC in our room did not work and only did heating - our room was always at least 25°C, making very difficult to sleep.

Good : staff was very nice , the area is very walkable with lots of shopping and dining right outside the door. Within 12-15 min walk to rain station which makes coming from airport very easy .


Bad : property didn’t answer a single message on here about leaving bags or earlier check in .
The breakfast was pretty terrible and not worth paying extra for .
The bed was at best an oversized twin not double and my husband and I barely fit as well as room was very tiny.
The worst .. no control over heating and cooling in the room . We called since it was unbearably hot and was told the rooms are all central air even though there is a control and that we have no air con . The front desk person put a door stopper into our door so prop it open to the hallway to cool it off and said no fans were even available to plug in . We slept so terrible I wouldn’t stay here a second night nor return with that being the case .

Great bang for your buck

I stayed at the Keisei Miramare for one night with my family and really enjoyed it. I thought the room was kind of small for four people (they added an extra bed to the side and the regular beds were twin size, so not very big to accommodate all of us), but we had a great experience, given its location, cleanliness and the fact breakfast was included. I would recommend staying there for people who want to be closer to Narita or anywhere in Chiba.

This hotel is right by the train, but it’s not the Jr. jr is a 15 minute walk or you can take one stop away to get to the JR. Nonetheless, it’s a good location, service was great and the room size was great. My only comment is the fact that you can hear the train rumbling by when you’re asleep. It didn’t bother me, but I can see how that may impact some people.

It is very average. Compare to other hotels in Japan, I’d say that this is quite expensive. Other hotels such as APA is around the same pricing (even cheaper depending when you book it) but APA has a spa and great services.

Excellent service and good value. Enjoyed our stay. Clean and friendly. The front desk staff are very accommodating and can communicate in English. They also use a translator app on a tablet to assist if needed. The hotel location is excellent since it's right at the Keisei train station beside a mall with a supermarket, McDonald's, KFC, bakery, restaurant, etc. Many shops nearby and 7-Eleven across the street. Felt very safe walking around. Note: the Disney shuttle is a comfy coach bus that is scheduled to run only on weekends and public holidays at this time during the winter/off-season. We had the casual standard room with 2 twin beds. It is snug with limited walking space compared to North American rooms, but it was fine for us (2 people with 2 carry-on bags). Families or those traveling with more luggage will most likely prefer a larger suite.

年に数回ですが千葉に来るときは一番に予約したいホテルになっています。ベッドが自分に合っていて快眠できるのと、清潔感、朝食のメニュー、駐車場、場所のロケーション(映画館、買い物、飲食店も選び放題)どれも私にとってはうれしい限りです。おかげさまで私の街より
千葉市内の方が詳しくなりました。
今回初めてアネックス泊になりましたが、すべてが新しくて清潔感があり快適でした。
部屋着がフリーサイズで１種類との事ですが、180近い私には少し小さく、大柄な国からの方や、ふくよかな方には着られないと思います。
専門的なことですが、本館の便器、浴槽、洗面水栓の方が使いやすいです。INAXの便器は気持ち小さく座り心地が悪いし、水栓ハンドルは細くて水流調節がやりにくい、シャワーカーテンは閉めるとどちらかが引っ張られて隙間が開き使いづらかったです。
それでも宿泊目的ならほぼ100点に近い満足感があります。

自宅周辺の工事音に悩まされ、不眠気味だった受験生の娘を休ませたくて宿泊を決めました。遮光・遮音の清潔なお部屋で、ちょっとした勉強や仕事にも使えるちょうどよいサイズ感のテーブルやソファもあり、私も娘も大満足でした。ただ、廊下の話し声や物音は結構部屋に入ってくるようで、そこは気になりました。チェックアウトも手軽でよいです。欲を言えば、アメニティにパウチなどの化粧水があれば、と思いました。ありがとうございました。また機会があればお世話になりたいです。
