This hotel is super aged. Its in a convenient location for shopping districts and the stadium however the hotel itself is kinda sad.
Bathrooms look and function like they are from the 80's and there are weird wires in the room to make the ancient bedside table tech operate (kind of). Lamps didn't work in our room.
Decent space to repack our bags though!
In terms of service, check in was slightly annoying - zero flexibility on checking in half an hour early even though the place was a ghost town. Also they charged us a 20 yen to print 2 tickets? Obviously wasn't about the meaningless amount of money but it just felt so awkward to be charged for that at all?
Overall wouldnt stay there again as there are heaps of other places in the area that looked better.

The hotel is older but is in a very safe and quiet area. There is direct bus transport between it and Haneda Airport at specified times for a reasonable rate. Shopping at the outlets is a two-minute walk away. The staff is extremely helpful.

Pillows were too soft and room was just too hot with the heating! Had to switch off the AC altogether but room become stuffy and suffocating. Terribly uncomfortable and you will not have a good sleep. Overall hotel need a refresh and makeover as its getting old...including the bathroom towels!

一時帰国の最終日に2段ベッド付きのファミリールームに泊まりました。大浴場がないので浴室はコンパクトでしたが、子供達は2段ベッドに大喜びで、アウトレットやレストランの入ったショッピングモールも近く快適でした。
翌日、カンドゥーでたっぷり遊んだ後、直行バスで成田空港に向かいました。とても快適でまたお世話になりたいと思います。

An easy access from Kaihinmakuhari Station, about 5 minutes walking. Location is perfect. We got the breakfast package and we enjoyed it with a beautiful view of the bay. The room was decent with the necessary amenities. No coin laundry on site, so you would have to go somewhere if you are staying long. I’d come back again!

While in Chiba, I will always return to Hotel Francs. My favorite is the Corner Twin room because it is spacious and comfortable. The service and staff are exceptional. The Airport Limo bus drops off and picks up in front of the hotel.

Overpriced terrible experience. Don’t book here

I first booked this place because it said it had parking on site. But when I arrived they said their parking only allowed small kei cars. So I had to find a public parking garage nearby. Then when I checked in they messed up my booking with someone else’s. They were all over the place, gave me the wrong cards and wrote the wrong check out date on the paper. The room they gave me was very old and dirty and the outlets weren’t even working properly. Everything was from the 90s, the room definitely needs to be remodeled for the price they’re charging people. The hotel had no amenities, not even a coin laundry. The lobby also has nothing but people standing there doing nothing but just staring at visitors. Also booked the hotel including the kids in the booking but when I asked for extra towels from the lobby the old man started complaining that kids don’t get towels even though we were reusing the towels for the other nights so we would have used the same number of towels if they gave us new towels every night anyways. But if I call the lobby and ask for two towels your response should just be “no problem we’ll get two more towels to you right away” but no I get complaining from an old man. What am I over paying a hotel for if I can’t even get two extra towels. And on top of all of this you could feel the hard metal springs on the mattresses. Got terrible sleep and unfortunately booked for a few nights. Feel disrespected with this place being called a “western” hotel.

Decent but comfortable3-star hotel

Stayed 1 night to meet a friend nearby and before leaving the country the next day. Was my 1st time staying in the area and surprised to find many different types of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was basic and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was limited and basic but what was expected in a 3-star hotel in Japan. The only viable transportation method to/from Narita Airport is the airport bus, which is quick and comfortable and stops right in front of the hotel but with Covid the service is limited.

The executive rooms are very large and good value for money.

Relative to hotels in the area (Makuhari, Chiba), Hotel Francs is a well priced, clean, nice hotel.
Being energy efficient, the room can get warm with an AC that isn’t very strong. But this is pretty common for many hotels, and indoor environments in Japan during hot/warm/mild weather.
The breakfast is good although there isn’t a lot of seating area and can get crowded at times.
Overall I had a nice stay.

清潔で過ごしやすい部屋でくつろげる広さがありました。静かなロケーションで遠くに海も広がっていてよい眺めでした。幕張メッセには２番目くらいに近いホテルで徒歩４分ほどで到着します。駅と駅前の商業施設にも近く、羽田からのリムジンバスも便を選べばホテル正面に停車するなど、利便性も最高です。

ベッドが広かったせいもあるかと思いますが、部屋は狭かったです。
朝ごはんは種類はそんなに多くはないですが、とても美味しかったです。部屋にミネラルウォーターがサービスで置いてあったのも助かりました。
宿泊代も高かったので、シャンプーやボディソープがもう少しいい香りがするなど、いいものだと嬉しいです。

いくら表面だけを綺麗にしても、ソフト面などは古い

駐車場は、めちゃくちゃ狭いので近場の駐車場へ案内される。また朝食以外の夕方以降のラウンジは閉鎖中。フロアに電子レンジと自販機が置いてある。ほぼ滞在型ホテル？
しかも壁が薄いので隣のいびきなども夜中は聞こえる。。。その割には宿泊費が高い。残念

便利な場所にあります

海浜幕張駅から近くて道もわかりやすく、また、幕張メッセにも近くてロケーションには満足です。
フロントの接客は丁寧で良い印象を受けました。
お部屋にペットボトルのお水が用意されているのもよかったです。ただ、残念なところは、施設が古いことから少し清潔感に欠ける印象を持ちました。

部屋も綺麗でした！

歯ブラシ・剃刀・櫛・ボディタオル等色々備え付けがありとても良いサービスだと思います
ただ、その歯ブラシや剃刀の袋には未開封ですが髪の毛が付いていたので清潔感には欠けてるかなっと思いました

コップも使う気になりませんでした
今後は新品未開封でも埃や髪が付いていないかは確認した方が良いと思います

コンフォートシングルに宿泊しました。

従業員は親切丁寧で、一度フロントに付近のコンビニについて尋ねた時も、事務的な感じは全く無く、親身に対応してくれました。

海側の部屋の為か非常に室内が熱く、この時期は暖房のみの為offにして窓を開けなんとか凌ぎました。
クィーンサイズベッドはシングルを繋げてるので、真ん中で寝てる時、背中に違和感を感じました。
ホテル内に夕食を食べるところからなく、付近のコンビニ飯を室内で食べるには、部屋が大きなベッドのせいで場所が取れず、シングルベッドでいいからテーブルと椅子が欲しかったです。

11月天氣還是時冷時熱,每位體感溫會不同,所以有時會太熱。

初めて利用しました。11Fのフロアだったからか、静かな過ごせました。室内は広くはないがキングサイズ？のベット、ドライヤーあり、お水あり、湯沸かしあり。アメニティもあり。水圧も良し。エレベーターもまつ必要がなくスムーズ。スタッフも挨拶ちゃんと挨拶してくれ、今時の感じではなく落ち着いている。カフェやレストランがないのが少し残念だけど、ドリンクや食品の自販機もあり、歩いてすぐのところにミニストップもある。
問題なくて、今度幕張の時はこちら利用にさせていただきます！ありがとうございました。

結婚式場も併設されたホテル

水回りなどの経年劣化はありましたが、サービスはとてもよかった。結婚式場も併設されているためか、クロークなどのサービスも非常に行き届いており、最近の設備は新しくともスタッフのビジネスライクでホスピタリティのないホテルとは一線を画した古き良きホテルという感じでした。

今回2度目の宿泊です。
一回目はコーナーツインの広めでソファもあるお部屋でした。おしゃれで綺麗なホテルだったのでまた宿泊することにしました。
今回はベッドが並ぶだけのツインでしがお値段もリーズナブルで朝食も美味しくとても満足できました。スタッフさんの対応も良くまたリピートさせていただきたいとおもいます。

高齢ということもあり、無理なお願いをしましたが、丁寧に対応してくださり、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいになりました。

全体に古い施設。そこはもう限界に近いと思う。
部屋はシングルでそこそこ広いが、ベッドがデカ過ぎて、そのためそれ以外の足場なくなり、なにも置けない。ベッドがもっとコンパクトなら　小さい椅子とテーブルくらいは置けるだろう。無いため全くリラックス出来ずであった。コンビニまで少し遠く歩く。5分くらい。
朝食会場はclassicであるが　やはり古くて分散した構造で別部屋から廊下通りバイキング取りに行くのはどうか？

古めのホテルですが、スタッフの対応はピカイチです。
朝ご飯も良かったです〜
宿泊した日は天気が悪かったですが、朝食のレストランから東京湾が望めます。
また利用させていただきます。
