Good stay for the Makuhari Messe

Good option for attending events at the Makuhari Messe. Have bus service to the Expo Center in morning and a taxi ride back is about 1600 yen. It is also a very direct and pleasant walk of about 30 minutes. The Makuhari Hongo train station is a short walk and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. In another direction there is a large grocery store. Rooms are small but larger than most economy business style hotels in Japan. Has a Japanese style furo bath and sauna on the top floor for a soak in the evening. Wish they had it in the morning too. Very comfortable stay and good value compared to the ultra expensive hotels near the Makuhari Messe.

大浴場についてですが、設備が完備されておりリラックスできました。お湯の温度が全体的に少しぬるく感じましたが、併設のサウナを利用することで十分に身体を温めることができました。一方で、洗い場のシャワーや蛇口などの設備にはやや古さを感じたため、今後のメンテナンスや更新をご検討いただければ幸いです。

また、輸送サービスについては、チェックアウトの時間帯に海浜幕張駅や幕張メッセ行きのバスが設定されており、大変助かりました。午後の時間帯などは送迎サービスがないため、近隣を走る京成バスの乗降場所や時刻表などの案内がフロント等にあれば、より利便性が高まると感じました。

ロケーションはとても良く、幕張メッセなどにも近く、ディズニーランドにもすぐ行ける。
ただ、建物は古く、部屋は古く、禁煙室だったがフロアはたばこ臭かった。
お風呂はまずまず。
朝食は、焼き鮭が冷え切っていて美味しくなかった。

部屋でのシャワーはお湯が出なく入れないし、大浴場も狭く、順番待ちしなきゃいけないくらいだし、待ってたとしても普通に他のお客さんに順番抜かされたりもあり、刺青の方は入浴出来ないと貼ってあるにも関わらず、普通に大浴場に入浴しに来てる。
部屋も防音もかなり弱く、廊下で話す人の声が部屋まで聞こえて来るレベルでした。
どんなに安くてももう二度と行かないかなと思いました。

排水の音か、何か分からないけど、11時すぎても、しており、体はクタクタで、用意された耳栓をつけても、音が大きく眠れず、困りました。
トイレは、使用後、トイレットペーパーが流れていなかった。
毎回、2,3回流して、やっと流れる感じ。
ベッドは、清潔そう。
禁煙室の為、ニオイはなく、良かったです。

音の改善を強く希望します。

移動にタクシー利用したかったのでチェックイン前にフロントの方にその旨お伝えしたらチェックイン時にもう一度伝えるよう言われたのでお願いしたら断られた。結局自分でアプリでタクシーを呼んだが無理なら無理と最初から言って欲しかった。
施設は古いので綺麗とは言い難いが掃除は行き届いていた。
でももう利用はしません。

空気清浄機使うのにもコンセントまで届かない場所で、ベッドの真横に置いたら届いたが、運転したら本体からホコリが吹き出してきて汚くて使えなかった。
