We loved the size of the room and actually having two bathrooms was helpful. The room was clean and the main bath and shower were AMAZING. The staff is friendly though we didn't find even one that spoke English. Of course, I'm not downgrading the hotel for that, it's not their responsibility but it would be helpful for many guests.
The location is also great as it's very close to the bus and train station and lots of restaurants and shopping.
The only improvement I'd like to see would be the breakfast buffet. It's pretty good and the French toast bar is awesome! But most great hotels have an egg station for fresh cooked eggs. That would be a great improvement.
Also, the TV's can use an update that has the availability of streaming apps like Netflix.

Room was spotless. I didn’t even find the obligatory random long black hair that’s in every hotel room in the world. The staff was extremely nice. It was quiet so we slept well. The room doors have slow closing hinges that should be mandatory in every hotel (prevents the slamming of doors by guests and staff when they’re cleaning). Can’t stress how much that keeps the noise levels down.
Bathroom was amazing. Shower and sink's had great water temperature and pressure and even the side nozzles for a car wash affect. Note: we were in a suite.
The bus/train station is close by and plenty of options to eat.
The only down side is it’s on the outskirts of Tokyo so if you’re doing things in Tokyo you might have a 30 minute expensive taxi ride or an hour cheap train ride. But the hotel is great.

Upon check in they gave us a warm cloth which was amazing as we were travelling many hours before getting there was a nice refresh. The hotel looked amazing from the outside and inside, room was super clean very friendly staff from the front and they also helped us with our baggage and showed us our room. I had a good time at this hotel. It's beautiful, clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful, and I like their cakes.
My only critique is the headboard cushion on the bed. It looked like someone rested their wet hair on it, and was stained. I didn't really want to rest on it while watching TV.

Very courteous and efficient staff. Elegant decor in lobby (loved the Christmas couch!) and especially our room lived up to “art-decor” billing. Nice firm mattress, with a feathery-light comforter that was as warm as an electric blanket!
The rapid-fill bath was a delight once in, but the external water drain (for accidental overflow?) was a toe-stubber.
Styling of round table was a nice match with decor and chairs but a little small for two-person room service.

The hotel was just a short walk to the metro station and outlet mall. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very clean but very small and a little bit deceiving from the pictures. The tub was not by a window which is what i was looking forward too, hot bath and a view but oh well, regardless it was very comfortable. Somewhat worn out though but nicely decorated.

The Manhattan was exquisite! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and helped provide a relaxing stay during a busy trip. This hotel is convenient and within walking distance to shopping centers, concert/event venues, parks, and train stations. What a great hotel. Hotel room size is big compared to other Japanese hotels. Has a bit of charm in the hotel and rooms. I quite enjoyed it. It's a bit further away from the center of Tokyo, but quite worth it for the bed sizes and room size.

Stayed here for Summer Sonic and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Great customer service and a clean comfortable room. My only complaint is that the shower is designed in a way that lets water collect and run off the front so I had to scoop it into the tub after each shower. But, I had a great stay and I would stay here again in an instant.

What a wonderful hotel. Excellent customer service. Felt like I was staying at a first class US hotel. Breakfast was nice, staff spoke English and had a way of guessing when you needed it even before you thought about it, but were not intrusive.

Stayed 5 nights visiting family going to school in the area. The hotel staff is are very helpful and check-in so easy. While not in a tourist area, the hotel is just a few minutes walk to a main transit station making getting around easy. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and was delicious. Also had the dinner buffet one evening and that also did not disappoint. The only thing the hotel couldn't do anything about was the rain, but umbrellas are there to use if you need. Great view of Tokyo bay from our room on the 18th floor.

Room seems to lack A.C. temperature control so I called and they adjusted. Bathtub has worn handles and tap controls. Great service and good food in the western restaurant. Didn't visit Japanese restaurant which seemed expensive. This is a business and trade show district. I'd definitely stay again.

The only downside was the atmosphere during breakfast. A group of Chinese tourists were speaking loudly and leaving a mess behind, which unfortunately disrupted the otherwise pleasant dining experience.
