Exceeded expectations and was a great value for sure! We would 100% stay again.

Be cautious with the maintenance personal. We were approached by a sketchy fella who i had seen behind the front desk. He wore street clothes with no branding or identification. Staff was nice but our room had some minor issues. The toilet was leaking at the base, toilet paper holder was almost coming off the walll and the door strip was ripped on the front door. We didn’t have any washcloths in the bathroom. There were also multiple loose power outlets and a couple of brown stains on the dark carpet. Beds are super firm and it wasn’t the most restful night I’ve ever had. I’m not sure my family and I would stay here again, not from anything major, but just a lot of little issues that added up.

room was dirty and hot. The doors were never closed to the side exit making me feel unsafe. The floors were sticky. Most of the bulbs didn’t even work in the room. One of the comforters was stain the staff didn’t even offer an option to switch rooms. Staff that was cleaning the rooms had her phone watching some episode, super loud and inappropriate content.

Attendant at desk at check-in was great! She was quick, friendly, professional, and very nice. She greeted us as we walked in, provided detailed directions to our room, breakfast hours, a wished a good night. This is my first time staying at this chain but definitely won't be my last. The room was spacious and clean- I loved having a table to eat dinner at.

The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.

I like this hotel but the room was not the one we chose online but a handicap until instead. Some rooms should not be pet friendly, some people have pet allergies and even don't like the smell that you can't get rid of. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The first room we were put in was dirty. The bed wasn’t made, and there were dirty towels everywhere. We went to the front desk and got put into another room of the same size and the shower floor was all moldy. We didn’t want to move our luggage again so we just cleaned it ourselves.

I am embarrassed that I did not get the gentleman’s name at the front desk but he was amazing. So extremely polite and helpful. I appreciated being welcomed in right when the doors were open. He was so quick to assist with all my questions and patient with explaining things to me.
The hotel wa extremely clean and I loved my room, super spacious and for a great rate!!!

We love this hotel. It is our second stay this month and they are wonderful. Front desk is friendly and accommodating. Everything and I mean everything is clean. Pool, breakfast area, hallway, rooms. Breakfast is first rate. Love this place and we Will definitely book here anytime we come that way.

The staff was probably the nicest staff I’ve ever met at any hotel! The front clerk, I forgot his name, at night was so kind and helpful. My only reasoning for taking off a star was because the AC in the room wouldn’t go past 64 but when it was at 64 it felt more like 68 and we like it cold.
