The hotel is newly refurbished so the rooms are fresh, clean and well equipped. Fantastic showers. Great roomy underground car park with two electric car charging bays.
Staff were so friendly, especially the receptionist Nicole and the manager. When they realised it was my birthday they delivered a complimentary bottle of bubbly to our room. The hotel is very central to Marbella with everything accessible in a short walk. Overall this is a well kept, comfortable and friendly hotel which offers great value for money

The hotel was in a good location, easy walking distance to Old Town and Promenade area, reception staff were very helpful.
Shower was amazing and the Bedroom was big but
probably best to ask for a room on the higher floors because there was a lot of noise from people sitting out the front underneath the bedrooms .
Disappointed not to have a kettle in the Bedroom .

Good base for a weekend stay

I stayed for 4 nights as a base for a stag-do, I was staying solo as the rest of the party were sharing a nearby villa. So, I really only came back to the hotel to crash into bed. But it was comfortable. The desk staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed anything. The room had a clothes steamer, hairdryer, safe, kettle, mini-fridge, and TV.
The location was very convenient for the old town, you can be in the centre of it within a 10 minute stroll. You can be down on the seafront in just over 5 minutes too, where there is a nice coastal path with restaurants and bars and a nice atmosphere.
The hotel has no pool, but if you are okay with the beach instead, then it's very close so shouldn't be an issue.
I never had an opportunity to sample the affiliated restaurant next door, so can't review that. It looked very nice though.
There's a large Carrefour Market convenience store round the back of the block the hotel's in, which I found very handy for supplies during my stay.

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel on September 1st and September 2nd.

And our experience was way better than we expected.
Among all the hotels in the area, this is one of the most affordable ones, and yet, they have the quality of service that most of the luxury hotels have.

First, they have a parking lot, next to the hotel and it's pretty affordable per day.

The hotel location is excellent, next to one of their main avenues and a few blocks away from the beach.

Customer Service employees at the front desk were always nice and helpful, especially, Mr. Beltran.

Regarding it's cleanliness, no complaint at all, the room was super clean and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel and both times it exceeded my expectations. Rooms are big, pretty balcony with mountain views, really comfy beds, nice bathroom. There’s a restaurant downstairs where the food is also nice when you want a quick breakfast before your day out. Puerto Banus and other areas are 10-15min Uber ride away, beach and restaurants and bars are all 7-8min walk away.

Short two night stay for personal business - great location for thst - had to be in zpuerto Banus - 15minute straight road drive away and Elvira ten mins in other direction. Short walk to the sea and plenty of nice restaurants for all budgets and bars.
Only small gripe is the air-conditioning wasn't very effective - it worked but could never feel it being chilled in the room or a breeze of any magnitude from the fan. Maybe it was just my room. Otherwise a nice hotel in a nice location.

You get what you pay for... a cheap and very basic room with no frills and in need of some updating and TLC. Our wall had cracks that looked like they were half patched and all of the furniture is low quality. The balcony is nice, but the traffic noise is constant, as is the grease smell from burger king below. I'm glad we only stayed here one night before an early morning flight, as I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

Comfortable in Marbella

This nice hotel provides good basic no-frills accommodation, just what we we’re looking for. The neighborhood is close to all, easy safe walking areas. It is a short walk to the beach and to Marbella Old Town. We opted to buy breakfast at their restaurant next door and found the food and service excellent and surprisingly inexpensive. We will chose this hotel again.

The staff was so incredibly kind during all interactions. The room was impeccably clean and the location is fantastic - no more than a 5-10 minute walk anywhere in Marbella. The room has a clothes steamer and a fridge, which was useful for keeping cold water on hand. The beds are, well, firm. It wasn’t easy to sleep. The AC worked well and the balcony was so nice to sit on. The balcony doors sealed out noise well, so not to worry there. Overall I’d love to give the place a perfect 10, but it was sooo difficult to get a decent night of sleep on the beds provided (if you don’t mind stiff/scratchy linens and a rock-hard sleeping surface - this place will be a great stay for you!). It’s so cheap though, how does one really complain? Stay. Marbella isn’t overwhelmed with affordable options and this is the cleanest cheap hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The negatives first. Our room was at the back of the hotel with no views, despite the hotel being virtually empty. The room was comfortable and clean. We booked breakfasts. These were poor, with few choices and stale \"rounds\" of bread for toast. We decided to leave for the airport before the 8 am start of breakfast, but could not arrange an alternative \"take-away\" option.

Positives. Well placed for beach, local eateries/bars, and the Old Town. No inhouse meal option as there seemed to be renovations ongoing. Not noisy. Apart from not being offered an option for a take-away b/f., staff were helpful.

Have stayed before and the refurbishment is good. Generally a good standard but lacking some standard facilities eg tea/coffee or even water in the room. The restaurant was being refurbished so aside from breakfast it was not possible to even get a coffee or drink in the hotel itself. The room was very comfortable and the staff pleasant. It has good free Wi-fi and is well located.

Parking the car under the hotel was ideal.
Hotel is right in the heart of marbella.
Staff soooo friendly.
Only problem we had was expedia have the wrong address for the hotel so our tom tom couldnt find it, not the hotels fault.

The hotel is located near the historic town center, close to restaurants, shops, banks and 2 blocks away form the beach and all the restaurants on the beach side. All within walking distance. One more important item it has a parking garage, even though it's 15 euros per day, it's worth it as finding parking in the town center can be a real hassle. It's nice after a long drive to slip into the garage and check in to a very friendly and helpful staff.

Close to traffic lights on busy road, so a bit noisy. Sat nav couldn't find Camino del Calvario, try putting in Calle del Calvario instead.

We wanted somewhere to stay for 1 night as we were working in Marbella that day and had decided to try a new restaurant that had opened in the Old Town. So we based our choice of hotel on the cost and location primarily but I had also checked the hotel's own website and it said that the hotel had been completely refurbished in 2009 so we were expecting the rooms and bathrooms to be modern. The bathrooms in particular were very dated and tired with old fixtures and cracked tiles on the floor - maybe it was only the entrance foyer and restaurant that were refurbed in 2009? We did ask if we could have another room but, after looking at 2 others that were available, we decided to stay in the one we were originally given. Although we had a balcony it directly overlooked a block of apartments behind so we could not open the curtains which made the room very dark. The bathroom was dated with old fixtures, however on a positive note the shower was very powerful and the hot water plentiful. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and made a noise every time we turned over which resulted in a poor night's sleep. The breakfast was basic but adequate, being served a hot drink, freshly squeezed orange juice and a plate consisting of a croissant, a toasted roll with ham, cheese, butter & jam - can't really complain at £3.50 for all that! All in all it was ok, it served our purpose but wouldn't recommend if you were staying for more than a night or 2.

Only the night receptionist was friendly - really friendly and helpful. The rest were unhelpful interested more in their computer screen that helping.
Clean hotel, but full of OAPs - so if you're looking for a livelier place do not go here. Having said that it's clean, central, close to the beach and marina where locals and tourists a like hang out.

Hidden gem in downtown Marbella

We had a great October break. Walking on the promenade, lounging on the beach, taking the ferry to Puerto Banus by day and spending the evenings wining and dining in the old town.

Clean rooms but not the most up to date

The rooms was clean. we got one that the view was terrible but to all fairness the woman at reception gave us the option to change but we said no because we wanted a double bed. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows are traditional Spanish. That means one big pillow and not two small ones. The service at breakfast was terrible. It took us almost 30 minutes just to place our order and by that time the kitchen was closed and we could only get croissants.
