We are evening meal in the hotel and the chicken burger with curried mango chutney in a light and crispy bun with fries is amazing I would go back just for this burger.

Only on the day of arrival i recived a text message to say the restaurant will be closed for the duration of our stay. This meant we had no where to meet and dine with our other friends staying there. We had to taxi to a supermarket to get food and snacks for the room and then the cleaners did not clean our room as they said it was \"too messy\" and tried to charge us £20/day cleaning fees which we did not pay as our room was not at all left in a state! The hotel is basic. Some of the staff in reception did do their best to help us. I would suggest informing guests that the restaurant is closed before day of arrival.

Good location, great value.

Only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed and there is no option nearby. Had to drive ten mins (after a long journey) just to get snacks from a shop in Limoges. On the plus side, staff were excellent and breakfast good value (€9) and first class.

On arrival the receptionistwas very unfriendly. We eere asked if we wanted to pay 11 euros each for breakfast (a croissant and slice of cheese) and we said we would skip it. The receptionist was not happy with this! (Mcdonalds 2mins down the road btw). First room toilet wouldnt flush and then within 5 minutes of trying to flush something leaked all over the carpet in the room next to toilet.

Moved to another room, this one had no air conditioning or a fridge. Dirty curtains.

Even though this was just a one night stay while travelling i would avoid this place in the future.

Pretty standard no-frills faire, but absolutely fine for short stays in the Limousin region. Very accessible as by the A20, though not a noise nuisance at all. Bed also very comfortable and conducive to good night’s sleep.

We use this hotel repeatedly on our way through France as it is located close to junction 36 on the A20 so is easy to get in and out. Despite this location there is not a great deal of motorway noise in the rooms particularly those at the back. The staff are all welcoming and helpful with any problems. The rooms are always clean and tidy, the restaurant offers a range of food that is well cooked and presented - it's not haute cuisine but it's entirely what you would expect and better than some. We shall book again.

This hotel was appealing from the moment we arrived.......modern but stylish decor, gardens etc! The staff were very helpful and eager to please.
Comfortable, good sized room. The only drawback was we had a room on the 2nd floor, but no lift.
The restaurant was very pleasant and the food good enough...breakfast was the usual continental. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
The price was excellent value.

This hotel is basic as the price would suggest, but the staff are very friendly and it was a nice overnight stay. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning - which is stated in the description hut worth considering if travelling during the hottest months.

Not sure how this hotel has previous excellent reviews, it is situated in the edge of an industrial estate with no other restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant options were very limited, desserts from dinner looked like they reappeared for breakfast. Staff we found to be dismissive, all in all very much a limited stopover hotel.

We stopped twice here, on the way to and from a holiday in the Pyrenees. It is exactly what it says on the box - a great place to arrive after a days drive and overnight before heading on the next day. It is well located close to the main routes south of Limoges. Dinner and breakfast were both perfectly acceptable although the cold beer after a days drive was far more important!

Our stay was pleasant and was more than we expected for the amount paid. It's not luxury but then not luxury prices. But very clean and pleasant. The only thing was the hotel was paid for in full before leaving UK but they said no record of payment, so had to pay again, which we did, because of the language barrier, but contacted them at hotels.com as soon as returned the monies was refunded immediately

Room excellent-food terrible

The service and room was excellent. The meal was over-priced, bland and not worth the 15 euros. Wine was good but far too expensive. Eat somewhere else or better yet, skip Limoges. The china museum was a disappointment, the town is yucky. As a tourist there are better , and far more interesting towns in France. It was very difficult to find also, even with a map and GPS.

Were we just unlucky?

The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful, most had some English although I found it easier to use my poor French. The room was quiet and very comfortable with loads of hot water but only one bath towel for the two of us to share. This was remedied after the first few days.Our initial problem was finding the hotel, the address given to us is not in fact the actual address, the satnav dumped us at number 6, on the other side of the autoroute but a friendly local told us how to find it, in the Comfort Hotels directory it says number 8, our local informant told us it was also a different street name. Our greeting was tempered by the information that the restaurant would be closed for the next 3 days due to a local fete, in fact it never re-opened during our stay so we, and the other guests, had to eat out every night. The hotel is not far from the city but it is impossible to walk there as there are no pavements on the roads crossing the autoroute and they are very busy. The signs on the roof of the hotel should, according to the picture on the table mats, have read Hotel Comfort Inn, however at some time the words Comfort Inn had fallen off, the supports were still in place but nothing else. At the price we did not expect luxury but one towel, no restaurant, signs fallen off and outdated address information suggests a less than committed ownership.

The quality of furnishings in the room was at best average. Service was friendly.
The evening meal was excellent consisting of a buffer starter, a plat du jour or an a-la-carte main course and a buffet dessert. Both buffets were excellent offering a wide choice of tasty and enticing dishes. The main course was extremely tasty. The quality of the food could not be faulted. The hotel was slightly let down by the ambience of the room.

Situated in an industrial estate, although very convenient for motorway links, this hotel is cheaply built and operated, but with not particularly rates. The service was borderline, the breakfast was poor, and the room was minimal. Especially poor was the lack of AC on a hot day, with the very loud motorway outside the necessarily open window. The restaurant did do a reasonable dinner however. Overall disappointing as a quiet leisure stop.

De passage pour une nuit avec ma femme et un bébé d'1 ans nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Le personnel très gentil. Le restaurant de l'hôtel très bon et le petit déjeuner très qualitatif. Un super rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter.

L’arrivée peut se faire dès 15h. Le personnel d’ accueil et du restaurant est super disponible et la bonne humeur règne.
La chambre est très spacieuse et propre. Seul petit bémol pas de clim mais cela n a pas posé de problème lors de mon séjour.
Près de l accueil se trouve un bar et un coin jeu de société ( super quand on veut passer une soirée détente).
Les prix du restaurant sont supers abordables même pour les petits budgets (19€90 le menu) et les produits de qualité (fait maison).
Bref j ai adoré mon séjour
