The hotel is excellent, but what makes it exceptional is its staff. They are very friendly, very attentive, very helpful, and very warm; that's what makes the difference. The facilities are really good. Clean rooms. The food is acceptable, No, not a good restaurant, but acceptable.

If you are planning to stay I Giza, I recommend this hotel. Excellent costumer service, friendly staff, if you get there before check in and the room is ready they will let you get your room with no extra charge. For $30 they will schedule a taxi to pick you up at the airport. Breakfast included at the roof top of the hotel with an amazing view of the pirámide. We were pleased with this hotel.

Great Hotel with amazing customer service. The rooms are really nice and the one with a balcony has a great view of the pyramids. The breakfast is on the rooftop with indoor and outdoor options with an amazing view of the Pyramids. Staff are very attentive and will help you with whatever you need. For a small fee, they will schedule a ride from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.

Great staff, very friendly and willing to help. The rooftop bar is amazing. Felt the package tours were a bit of an oversell and the private taxi prices were extortionate, if you have the patience for an Uber it is much cheaper and better.

The staff were excellent. Considerate,polite, friendly and extremely helpful, over and above the expected. The room was comfortable. The roof top bar and restaurant was comfortable but cold. It was January so although the food was good and fresh, it was cold before it arrived owing to the chill winds off the Sahara. Breakfast was included but we didn't eat any other meals there although food was available.
Jusef who served us at breakfast was particularly helpful and friendly. The reception staff were too, helping us get a taxi and a guide to take us to the New Museum, also
arranging taxis and finding and booking a lovely resturaurant.
There is a bar for soft, cold and hot drinks but this hotel does not serve alcohol. So if that is important to you this probably isn't the hotel for you.

The room was clean. Everyone was very polite and helpful. We had a 3rd floor Mountain View (pyramids) but they weren’t easily visible from our room. It was great to see them from the restaurant though! Only complaint we had is that the sheets were pilled. Hopefully they can be replaced soon.

staff are excellent, location is good, the tour arranged by the hotel is good but just make sure to be clear about what you are expecting,what is included, we recommend the sunset quade bike and safari tour,
the only thing I dont like is that the breakfast starts at 7:30am which is kinda late if you have a tour at 8am.

Before we even arrived in Egypt the staff was excellent. Especially Inas who was very professional and detailed. She made our visit in Egypt one to remember for many years!!!! She is truly a professional and not just business as usual. She made us feel so welcome and we are forever grateful to have had her support throughout our vacation. She gave us the best direction on sites to see and how to coordinate each event. The staff was very polite and the rooms were clean. The food on the balcony was amazing as well. Each day it was fresh and delicious with lots of flavor. And you can see the pyramids from the balcony roof top as well!! Big thanks to All the Staff at the hotel. Especially Inas who helped make our trip a beautiful memory. We will definitely be visiting Egypt again and again.

The moment we stepped into the Pyramids Sunrise Inn, the staff at the reception desk greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. Asmuas, Reham, Inas. Best part is the morning buffet, tasty and overlooking the Pyramids. In the evening we had dinner at the rooftop, having great conversations with Yusuf, he was very attentive and was able to answer all our questions. Our room was cleaned every day and water in the refrigerator was awesome! Overall, everyone at that Inn works very hard and it shows 👍

Be prepared for something that's not cereal and toast. A very Eygptian breakfast. You will not leave hungry at all. Restaurant staff very attentive. The view to the Pyramids of Giza is fantastic.
Traffic is everywhere so doesn't expect it to be quiet.

The hotel is a big bang for the budget. The view from out suite was amazing. Pyramids in clear view and up close! We were upgraded from standard room to a suite...spacious with a great breakfast. The area around the hotel was not conducive to strolls as there are no defined foot paths. Everything can be completely overlooked by the most friendly and effective staff. They arranged for the tours to the pyramids, museums, histotic mosques, traditional market place, modern mall cairo tower. We stayed for a week, and every day, the staff arranged for activities,.. dinner cuise, private felucca sail.. Asmaa took us to amazing bbq restaurant and seafood restaurant ..amazing ambience and food...and wow so so inexpensive. They took us to modern malls with local luxury brands. Leathers, cotton at a fraction of cost in the tourist malls. Shuttles were arranged from and to the airport. Every staff membersmade it a great holiday. My special thanks to Anes ( the efficient and loving magician who fixes every thing.) and Asmaa with infectious Joie de Vivre.

We were so excited to stay here based on the reviews and pictures, however upon arrival things switched very quickly! They did pick us up from the airport for free but we did tip the driver. The hotel is in the middle of an area that is under construction, garbage is all over the street and a lot of dirt. It is not pedestrian friendly and it’s not close to anything walkable. Once you are in there you need a car to go anywhere. Check in was smooth, however the hotel is being remodeled and you can tell. The room was nice but wires were visible in the bathroom, sheets did not seem very clean, we were bit by mosquitos multiple times the entire time, there were also flies. Breakfast was great and the ladies were very friendly. The offer tours but are extremely over priced! We were under the impression they offered free airport transfer based on what it says here but we were charged $25 dollars to be taken back! Uber would have been $4 dollars. I think they have potential but needs work and as a tourist what keeps us coming is feeling cared for not taken advantage of because we are on vacation.

The staff was very nice but property needs major work and upgrades the internet was terrible the elevator was unsafe it broke down 2 days into our stay everything there was very limited!!! A big problem with mosquitoes we were getting bites the whole time we were there l would never stay there again or recommend anyone l know to stay there the pictures on the internet will fool you it looks nothing like that in person but pne good thing was the restaurant was pretty good cleaning could also be better especially the bathroom

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, offering an amazing view of the pyramids, especially during sunset, it was absolutely breathtaking. The food on the rooftop was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I also loved the free breakfast each morning; it was both tasty and plentiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Transport with taxi is not easy as the Uber is hard to get. Located far from Cairo downtown, great view of the pyramids from rooftop. Breakfast was good every time. Staff need more hospitality training and they need more English speaking staff on site. Room was upgraded as my std room was n/a on the day I checked in so was a plus. Room was not cleaned on 2 occasions. Thought that was a given. Otherwise not bad if u want a pyramids view.

The place is very good.
The staffs are especially friendly and helpful. The front desk greeted us warmly every time I passed and the staff, Nabli, transferred us to an ATM when we wanted to withdraw some cash. We are really grateful for that.
The room is large and clean (I booked in a double-room for I travelled with my family).
The location is fine. Only a few minutes from the Pyramids but not in the busy area.

The property and staff were great. Sara and Nabil on the front desk were amazing. Extremely helpful, always assisting us with whatever we needed. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because of location. Despite the exceptional view of the pyramids the only drawback was that there wasn’t anything nearby to enjoy in the evenings in the local area. We had to use taxis a lot to get into town which ended up being quite expensive.

I really enjoyed the stay it was so much fun
The best part was the rooftop and the staff, the food was delicious and nabil was more than amazing he so helpful and polite.

The location is near to the pyramids and also enjoyed the view from the rooftop specially at night with the movie night that you have.

Highly recommended and very good value for money. I wish I could stay more.

I booked hotel for solo weekend getaway based on positive reviews and VIP status. Hotel met the basic essentials- clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable. But not much else. I purposely conducted visits convenient for Giza due to location. Hotel is still under renovation and currently (Feb 2024) has only 1 floor of rooms (which is 8 rooms?) Comfortable sleep but not the type of hotel to hang out otherwise. Most of the staff is great. I did have one problem with one guy from front desk who was not helpful to get a taxi for me when I had difficulty getting an Uber (and treated me like an idiot although I spoke basic Arabic). The rooftop view is amazing. The Egyptian breakfast is generous but requires an acquired taste. Was ok for the weekend but would not stay again. (Have visited multiple times to Cairo region.)

The view is really great while you can see the pyramids clearly and it’s only 10 minutes to be there.
We had our dinner on the rooftop with a nice night movie about the ancient Egyptian culture. I really enjoyed it.

prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om alle moois in de directe omgeving te verkennen (pyramides van Gizeh, GEM, Djoser), wat minder om hele dagen te verblijven of uitgebreid te dineren. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spant zich merkbaar in om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Ook prima service voor diensten die die buiten directe hotelservice vallen (regelen chauffeur voor hele dag, reserveringen in de stad): vergeet echter niet strak te onderhandelen… het blijft Egypte! Prijs /prestatie-verhouding goed, een aanrader.

Odalarda dolap zırıltısı çok fazla. Banyo pek yeni ve temiz sayılmaz.

Asansör bi gün çalışıp bi gün çalışmıyor.

Havalimanı transferi için de 30 USD para alıyorlar. Bu fiyat uber'in 4 katından da fazla ama uber'e de pek güven olmuyor berbat arabalar çıkabiliyor el mahküm yani. Piramit manzarası var evet. Çok memnun kaldım diyemem açıkçası.

Todo el personal fue muy amable desde nuestra llegada hasta que hicimos el check out. Desayunamos y cenamos en el hotel, y tanto la atención como la comida fue excepcional.
Inclusive reservamos con ellos un servicio de taxi para llevarnos a varios lugares y museos, y el conductor fue muy amable de esperarnos el tiempo que necesitáramos.
Las habitaciones son muy bonitas con camas muy cómodas, y bastante amplias.
También lo recomiendo ya que queda muy cerca de las Pirámides de Giza, las cuales se pueden observar desde su terraza, y de varios lugares turísticos que también recomiendo que se tomen el tiempo de conocer.
Gracias equipo de Pyramids Sunrise Inn, definitamente espero regresar a una estancia con ustedes.

L'établissement m'a fait un très bon accueil. Le personnel est très serviable et amical. J'ai séjourner dans une chambre qui avait l'air, à première vue, luxueuse mais je dois dire que j'ai été surprise par les locaux parce que j'ai choisi cet hôtel en me fiant à la note et aux commentaires des voyageurs qui ne correspondaient pas au lie (j'ai compris pourquoi à la fin du séjour). Un verre de bienvenu m'a été offert sur un rooftop avec vu sur les pyramides. Le lendemain un petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité m'a été servi au même endroit. Un service de voiture gratuit pour faire du shopping m'a été proposé. J'ai refusé ce service mais le lendemain une voiture m'attendait. J'ai à nouveau décliné et la voiture est revenu l'après-midi... le shopping était un tour des attrape touristes du coin (le musée du papyrus qui n'était en faite qu'une boutique qui en fabriquaient). J'ai eu l'impression que l'on me forçais la main. Malgrés la gentillesse du personnel je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel. Les enfants qui couraient et pleuraient dans le couloir en pleine nuit et les travaux qui commençaient tôt au pied de l'immeuble ont gâché mon séjour. J'ai découvert des fourmis 🐜 dans ma chambre. À la fin de mon voyage le personnel à la réception m'a invité à m'asseoir avec eux pour rédiger un avis devant eux sur Expédia. Ils m'ont demandé mon téléphone pour me montrer comment faire et quoi écrire. Heureusement je n'avais pas encore reçu le lien qui m'invitait à laisser un avis.
