We got free shuttle service from the airport because we booked for 3 days which was very nice after a long trip overseas. The staff at Best View Pyramids Hotel were all extremely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the staff at breakfast in the mornings. The included breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from and was very tasty.

Overall, I do not regret staying at Best View Pyramids as the pyramid view was worth it. However, I do feel that I should be honest in my review. We booked the suite and were glad we had the nice view but the suite was misleading as you would not be able to enjoy a bath and the pyramid view like the images portray since the balcony is not private and others can easily see in. Plus the bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned recently. The sheets also appeared to be dirty and overall the room could’ve been cleaner. Outside of the hotel was a bit chaotic with sheep, camels, horses, lots and lots of people. I wouldn’t plan on walking anywhere. However, I did feel completely safe inside the hotel. Lastly, the staff were friendly and welcoming, however, they are trying to take advantage of their guests. They covered a ride from the airport but were going to charge $40 USD to get back to the airport so we booked an uber for $10 instead. They also charged us $120 for the New Years Party which we quickly realized was outrageous when we were only paying around $10-$20 for all of our other meals. The breakfast was free and very tasty.

Pros - Fantastic View from the rooftop and breakfast. (tip a little and the staff will really take care of you) feeling of being safe in a \"challenging\" area. Very nice staff. For what we paid - it was fine.

Cons - Location has a lot animals in close proximity - Horses, camels, dogs, which create a smell and noise at night. This is not unique for the immediate area. Older property but maintained well, could use new towels, etc. had challenges with consistent wifi in the room but hot water and AC/heat worked well in our room.

This was our first stay in Cairo area and we wanted a view and safe spot above all. - if you want a great view and good breakfast for a good price - this is a solid choice. You do get what you pay for so keep that in mind if your looking for \"western\" hotel standards...

Rooms are very dated. No hot water and the rooms are freezing. There is a stable right in front of the hotel with horse excrement everywhere. Lots of scammers and greedy people who don’t leave you alone. Wouldn’t recommend staying here or anywhere in Giza.

We stayed at Best View Pyramids Hotel during our visit to Giza, and it was a truly memorable experience. We were visiting from the USA, and from the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We also felt completely safe in Giza during our stay.

The location is absolutely incredible you get some of the most amazing views of the Pyramids, especially from the hotel. Waking up and seeing them so close is something we will never forget.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall stay was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our time there. They also offer airport pickup and drop-off, which made arriving and leaving Giza easy and stress-free. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing blueberry drink, a really nice touch after traveling.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, and the chef was extremely friendly and helpful, always checking to make sure everything was okay.

Overall, this hotel offers an unbeatable location, great service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Best View Pyramids Hotel to anyone visiting Giza and wanting a unique experience close to the Pyramids.

I made a list:
The moment you step out of the taxi you are bombarded with a horrible smell and locals harassing you to buy things.
Hotel needs upgrading.
No WIFI! It did not work at all!
The hot tub in the room was filthy.
The AC was horrible. Barely worked.
The shower water stopped running minutes into my shower. Daily.
Dirty sheets upon arrival. No small towels.
Our room was cleaned and the sheets were not changed.
Smelled like cigarettes in the lobby and in room.
Lobby is always filled with locals that harass you, making very obscene comments.
They over charge you for the tours and taxi’s. They act like their helping you and their ripping you off. I did my research and I was over charged hundreds of dollars for the tours purchased through them.
The tour guides they send you with harass you for $.
They hassle you to purchase things.
Outside the hotel smells terrible. Which seeps into the hotel lobby. Smelled like animals and manure.
Not a safe area. If you must, you only need a day in Giza.
Please get a private driver!

The included airport transport is only for pick up. Not back to the airport.
The rooms were quiet. A/c and hot water worked. But wifi never worked.
The breakfast was not good and not worth a selling feature.
The location is good because it’s a 5 min walk to the Giza pyramids.
But the outside of the hotel looks and smells like a barn with camels, goats and horses running around.
Watch where you step!

Rooms in poor state of repair. Whole place needs love. Staff very courteous and helpful. Lucky if you get hot water and water pressure terrible. Toilet takes 15min to refill. The chef is very helpful and great. The menu they have for food and drinks doesnt apply. Dinner is whatever the chef prepares. Very tasty. The wine was served warm. Enjoy the camels goats and horses crapping in the street out the front. Good view of pyramids from the roof bar. Room wasnt serviced daily. The phone in the bar is soooo loud and intrusive. But we had fun!!!!

What a beautiful blessing to stay at the Best View Pyramids Hotel . I was a Solo Traveler from New York City. I felt at home away from home, safe and secure.. The staff here is so kind and so accommodating. My room was modest and lovely. I really appreciated that on the rooftop I could see the Pyramids and the Pyramid Light Show. The Rooftop is also a wonderful location for Meditation and Spiritual musings.

Best View Pyramids Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. They have restaurant here. And oh my goodness, they have tours to go to the pyramids, a dinner cruise, to ride the Falucca at sunset and so much more!

For a fee they can make arrangements for airport departure
I highly recommend Best View Pyramids Hotel. In addition to the staff I must say the owner Adam is so very gracious.

My wife and I were very impressed by the friendliness and kindness of the employees and management at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept. The food from the hotel kitchen was extremely good, large portions, delicious and a very reasonable cost. The rooftop dining area is incredible with a perfect view of the pyramids, it’s a very nice place to sit and relax. I recommend booking any excursions through the hotel to avoid any hassles. My wife and I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Upon checking in I was informed my suite wasn’t ready because of electrical problems and that it would be ready the following day. This should’ve been my que to leave but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The room we were given had a dirty shower stall. The shower also overflowed because the water would go down the drain slowly. We had to place several towels on the floor to catch the water. The towel rack came off the hinges by just removing a towel from the rack. I asked for an iron and I was told they didn't have iron but could have it sent to get ironed outside the hotel. The following day I was told I would not be getting the room I booked which was the pyramids view room and was the ONLY reason I came to this hotel. I wasn’t offered any compensation until hours later. When I returned from my tour I found my room was not cleaned and it was nearly 9pm. We also had to request clean towels and were given the towels meant to be placed on the floor when exiting the shower. Also the outside of the hotel has several camels and horse carriages and as soon as you step outside of the hotel you’re greeted by the strong smell of manure. The manager tried to “offer” me tours but I already had all of ny tours booked including transportation. He then offered to give me a refund for the difference in the rooms and got an attitude when I told him I would contact hotels.com to ask for a refund because he was trying to charge me extra fees.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked through Expedia, confirmed my stay, and told them I’d arrive a day late they said it was fine. When I landed at 10 a.m., no one showed to pick me up like they promised. I called, texted, no response. Stranded in a foreign country with no help. Paid for my own overpriced cab. Got to the hotel, and they tell me my room’s not ready, then immediately try to push a $1,400 tour package. They offered a “free” pyramid trip to sweeten the deal then tried to charge me $150 for it after. Still no room. Instead, they moved me to a sketchy alleyway “sister hotel” with no pyramid view, barking dogs, cats fighting all night, no toilet paper, no amenities, and no peace. The free breakfast? Couldn’t even eat it. The view I paid for? Gone. The return trip to the airport they promised? They didn’t even help me get to the better hotel I had to book myself for over $1,000 just to feel safe and comfortable. You’d think after ruining my experience they’d at least give me a ride nope, they charged me for that too. Expedia didn’t refund me, and this hotel did nothing but lie, scam, and leave me hanging. You don’t get to mistreat people and expect nothing in return. What comes around goes around and here’s your review. Hope it stops others from booking this mess.

Cons- The balcony is shared so anyone can sit there or pass by your window. So you dont have your own balcony.
The wifi was awful.
The shower clogged or barely produced any water. The tap sometimes did not produce any water. The customer service was good overall. Breakfast was mediocre, remains of the previous nights dinner.
They dont clean the room.
They overcharge (taxi, tours)

Overall, i wouldnt stay here again.

Do yourself a favour and do not book with this hotel the only thing good about it was the view other than that they will get you in a tourist trap that will cost you thousands of dollars very little experience for the money that you will pay worst travel trip I have ever had in my entire life outside of the staff Wife who is a travel agent. Everything else was crap will never come back to this country and will never stay with this hotel ever again furthermore, the manager trapped myself and my husband in the lobby and forced us in a previous day to give a good review and I felt extremely intimidated and threatened. Did not feel safe the entire time do not book here. Do yourself a favour and do not book here

Arrived from airport after midnight and was asked to take a seat. We were exhausted after over 24 hours of travel. We were told the room we had booked over 6 mos ago was not available. He said there was a problem with the room and that we could move the next day. He tried to get us to commit to their private car to take us to papyrus and cotton shops. We were absolutely exhausted and just wanted to go to our room but he kept pushing trying to get a time for the car tour. He wouldn't give us keys to the room without telling him what time he could call us for the trip we didn't want. After moving the next day to the pyramid view room that we had paid for (there are only 3 rooms) we spoke with other guests in the pyramid view rooms. They had the same experience with their room not being ready. They said that guests were in our room the previous evening. They are double booking and this is not acceptable. The AC didn't work well. Room was extremely hot. No compensation offered and when we explained at check out that we were not happy since we paid for the view room. They then continued to book us transportation to the airport at 3 times the price stating that tip was already included. The Driver demanded extra to give us our suitcases even though we paid hotel . The smell of horses and livestock is nauseating, flies are a huge problem, dishes are not clean and breakfast buffet is not heated to safe temperatures. The good part, great view, nice bar staff and housekeeping.

I was here last week. In front of the hotel smelled of Camel poop. Granted the location for the camel used for the camel rides parked their camel in front. But it smelled so so bad. The first day we got here there was a middle aged man and a guy in his early 20’s who greeted us behind the desk. They interrogated me and my girlfriend to find out if we booked all our excursions. Which we answered we did because we were prepared for the trip. They immediately their demeanor changed. And they seemed very upset. Infact… the younger guy in his 20’s never greeted or said hello to us again after he found out that we book our tours prior coming to Egypt. They had promised us through Expedia that the rides from the hotel to the airport was included…. He denied our ride goin going back to the airport when it was time to leave. He actually challenged us that they didn’t offer the service. And this free option is on this Expedia website. He seemed so annoyed where it was uncomfortable.The rest of the staff… weee actually very nice. All of the guys on the rooftop where our room was located was amazing very kind and sweet. The person responsible for cleaning the room did a great job, the complimentary breakfast was great. The room had an AMAZING VIEW of the pyramids. This is the only reason why i didn’t give them all low scores.
We didn’t get this service or treatment in Cairo or Luxor. The service there was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. There 2 nicewomen who worked in the lobby

The booking was for 22 USD, but they charged 25 USD. The applied a lot pressure at the reception to give them tip, literally asked for 5 USD, it snot about the money, but the fact they feel that I have to give, it felt like you had no choice. I will never recommend this place.

The luxe room with a tub was disappointing. The tub was dirty, did not work properly, and it took about 2.5 hours for the water to fill. The water also had a yellowish color, which was concerning. While the cleaning staff were nice and friendly, the tour guide was extremely aggressive, repeatedly pressuring me to purchase a tour package even after I declined multiple times.

Additionally, I never received the airport pickup that I qualified for—no one was outside with my name upon arrival. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend booking here unless you only want to stay one night for photos.

I stayed at the Best Views Pyramids hotel the staff is really friendly will help set up any tours you are interested and they have a roof top with perfects views of the pyramids along with a restaurant/ bar where you can enjoy delicious food and great views at a great price. My husband and I absolutely loved the property, it was right in front of the pyramids with an awe-inspiring view. We were able to watch the light and sound show right from the rooftop. The staff was very very friendly and they were very, very accommodating and saw to our every need. The hotel owner and his wife Rania were the sweetest people. they even gave us a beautiful gift as a token of appreciation. We had arrived very late at the airport, but our driver was there waiting for us. They even arranged for our early morning flight out of Cairo with a driver. I don’t have enough words to say what a nice trip it was for us. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable here.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. After four confirmations for my midnight airport pickup, no one showed. I waited over an hour, called three times, no answer, and finally had to deal with aggressive drivers before arriving at 2 a.m. The staff insisted they were there and blamed me, even when I showed them my call log.

The rooftop, however, is stunning. Watching the pyramids at sunset is unforgettable, and for 1–2 nights this place is worth it. But beyond that, the area feels unsafe and uncomfortable—constant harassment, animal waste everywhere, and far from most Cairo attractions. Staying four nights was a mistake.

Do not book excursions through the hotel. Both pyramid tours involved guides begging for tips more than guiding. The Nile cruise was booked for the wrong night, wasting my evening, and when rebooked it was a filthy, smoky boat nothing like the “5-star” one promised. The ATV “sunset photography tour” stuck a child on the front of my ATV, drove through trash-filled alleys, and then told me I couldn’t use my camera.

Worst of all, the owner later tried to attempted pressure me into leaving a 5-star review (which he sometimes writes himself on guests’ phones some of the 1-2 star reviews warn).

Pros: rooftop pyramid views, great for 1–2 nights. The kid working the morning that sweeps was super nice so was the chefs
Cons: missed airport pickup, unsafe area, far from attractions, misleading and poorly run tours, pressured for fake reviews.

Ac wasnt working in the pyramid view room with the jaccuzi. So they changed me to a room without any view and didnt even refund the difference eventhough it was a cheaper room on expedia.
Locals outside are very very annoying. Better book your activities and excusions in advance with a local guide to avoid walking in the streets and sidewalks with locals

Lovely view of the pyramids from the premium room. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a hot tub in our room although the water pressure is so low that it would take forever to fill up the bath even to a third of the level. A decent place to stay for a night while in Cairo although the surrounding area and hotel entrance road is not ideal.

I stayed with family for few days and loved the place. Beautiful and best pyramids view from the roof top. They have suits on the roof top that you can see the pyramids while in your suite. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in suite while looking at the pyramids. Very helpful staff to advise you on your plans. The owner stayed at the premises most of the time and very friendly with everyone. A very clean, reasonably priced, comfortable hotel, probably one of the best in Giza, with a fantastic rooftop view of the pyramids. Good variety of breakfast goods combining continental and Egyptian options such as foul medames, flatbreads and salad. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, spacious, had effective aircon and the bed was firm and comfortable. I never used the jacuzzi. Perfect for a few days stay. But the standout for me was the rooftop restaurant from where you can breakfast and dine with a stunning view of the pyramids, including the evening sound-and-light show. The hotel also gives a free lift from the airport.

Mr.Fawzi, General Mngr was a true professional & very hospitable. Always communicated promptly. Views from the rooftop terrace was insanely beautiful & we felt staying among the Pyramids very nostalgic. Good breakfast. Ms.Rania, Guest relations offered the best tour to Alexandria. Had some sewerage smell issues which was finally resolved by Adam, the owner. Overall highly recommend all to stay here & be treated like family! Everything is within walking distance. Beds are comfy & clean.

We travelled as a group of friends, all women. We arrived at 11.30 am and although check in was not until 2pm we wete able to go straight to our room. The welcome from the staff was very friendly and they were extremely helpfull, the owner was present during our check in and offered us free use of car and driver to show us the local area, we were unable to take up his kind offer as had already made plans prior to travelling to Cairo, which I would highly recommend if only staying a couple of days.

We stayed in the luxury suites with private balcony situated above the rooftop seating area which overlooks the Sphinx and Pyramids. The hotel is worthy of its name with jaw dropping views. Unfortunately and no fault of the hotel there was a power cut in the evening for approx 3-4 hours so unable to shower, no air conditioning and unable to charge our phones. The power cut also impacted on the Pyramid light & sound show which did not go ahead which was a disappointment.

The hotel is situated around the corner to the entrance of the Pyramids and the area surrounding the hotel is a working area with horses and camels kept outside of the hotel overnight, great traditional feel but may not be to everyone's taste.

We all had a truly amazing time during our stay in Cairo and would highly recommend, we felt totally safe during our time in Cairo. Cairo is very hussle and bustle and there are no driving rules on the roads, but this just added to the experience.

受付の人も優しく，ここのホテルのオーナーの人も親切でこの文章も一緒に書いています。
ただ、ホテルの周りは馬が多く臭いですが，ホテルの中は匂わず大丈夫です。
最後にここのホテルのルーフトップからの景色は非常に綺麗で夕陽がちょうどギザと同じ方に沈んで行って綺麗でした。

Great Hotel Experience in Pyramid Central

Such a great experience. Firstly, check-in is open 24 hours which is a blessing as I arrived to the hotel around 1:30AM after a very long and demanding travel period, reception couldn't have been any nicer.
From day one the staff made every attempt to guarantee my stay was a pleasurable experience. Breakfast is delicious and varied with traditional Egyptian vegetarian options and pastries, coffee, etc., and is served till 11AM. I was able to do the Pyramids before the heat arrived and still made it and requested an omelette. Getting to the GEM from the hotel is a breeze and the on-site taxi service is a simple request. I used this option on a few occasions. The bar and restaurant offer drinks and food into the evening and I also used this option, the mixed grille was delicious and what a view! Room nice and cold, comfy bed, hot shower and clean. Nothing to complain about. I additional enjoyed the cultural experience given the location of the hotel. Highly recommended. Sad I had to leave.

You dont need to find tour guides the hotel can provide you and tour family with everything you could possibly want or need. The owner is amazing, I felt like i stayed with family. Best View Pyramids is an excellent hotel in Cairo.
It has a prime location, with a rooftop terrace with direct views of the pyramids.
The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean, making your stay very pleasant.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied.
And, very importantly, the entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and respond to any questions or support you may need.

My stay at the best view Pyramids Hotel was so amazing as i had the deluxe king suite the view out my window was of the pyramids and just made everyday so magical with the friendly and very helpfully staff made my stay so great and i cant forget when i landed and the hotel staffmember driver that picked me up made me feel so good being on time and clear sign outside waiting for me taking my bags and making me feel so relaxed on arrival, i loved this hotel so much.
I had a jacuzzi in my room also that was by the window which made my stay that much more great the cleanliness of the hotel was at a high level also, with the restaurant surviving the most beautifully tasting and authentic Egyptian food.
This hotel made me feel like royaly within my stay hear i loved every minute of it
I was lucky enough to meet the manager also and we became friends as he is so polite and helpful with what trips to take and where to visit while in egypt.

Definitely will be back hear in the near future.

Hotel itself was ok, the stench outside was really bad but if your looking at this hotel, you probably already know the whole area stinks. What ruined our 2 night stay before going to Hurghada was the Mob. Indeed all including hotel owners i suspect are mobsters looking to pounce on tourists. I got fleeced for 18000egp for taking 2 horse and carriages with the guide for 1.5hrs. I further got ripped whilst at the pyramids all at the hands of this 1 tourist guide. DO NOT pay these thieves anything more then 100egp per person. I didnt get this advice but i hope whoever reads this is very careful when at pyramids and does not get ropes in by these people. Stay away from the scammer in the pic.

LOCATION : 100 metres away from Giza Entrance
Hospitality : 10/10 , Guests are well taken care , excelent breakfast , clean rooms and Rooftop restaurant and Bar facing the Pyramids and watching the Sunset is breathtaking
Safety: Absoutely safe and i travelled solo and i had been personally taken care well and felt at ease and at home.
Breakfast : Hot and yummy , and i loved their pluffy omlette
Free airport pick up and drop since i stayed for more than 2 days. Even for overnight stay i think they arrange pick up from airport for free.

You came for the view, and you are going to get the view. 24/7 views of the pyramid. Stay here for a few nights with a fully packed agenda for my stay. All tour providers showed up with new issues, with starting times ranging from 7pm and as early as 2am. Easy access point. Asrf there to handle you needs night and morning, as well as Rania provided great service. The owner is really nice and hospitable. You will see him around the property asking if your care and needs have been we’ll meet, very humble and caring. Grab a bit to eat up stairs at the rooftop and enjoy the view.

Unfortunately a great view is pretty much where it ends with this hotel.
- I was scheduled a complementary pickup from the airport which never turned up. I emailed the hotel, phoned the scheduled driver and got no response from both. A bad start from the get go, especially being at the airport late at night. I booked my own Uber (DO NOT USE THE TAXIS AT THE AIRPORT. They will keep harassing you, just calmly keep ignoring them. Better yet, wait inside until your Uber is near). Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no explanation regarding the no show pick-up, not even an acknowledgement.
- The front desk staff were polite enough, especially the ladies in the day time.
- One of the porters was professional, I always like to tip but another porter became a little too forthcoming with his wanting of tips. To the extent he ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign I placed on my door and proceeded to bashing the glass door with his fist late at night. Waking me up and asking if I needed assistance, indirectly asking if I could tip him a present because it was my last night. This is the most bizarre experience I have ever had from a hotel porter.
- There is constant loud phone calls from the restaurant to the other rooms next door, most likely these are calls pestering guests if the \"need assistance\". Hearing these calls all day and night is an endurance test.
- The hotel view is incredible, absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the hotel location is in an unsafe area. Even my tour guide warned

The smell is very strong as well the dirt arond the area. Not recommended. For few more money, you can get better accommodation. I recently had the pleasure of staying at \"Best View Pyramids Hotel\" in Giza, Egypt, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. We are from New York and we travel a lot. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and efficient check-in process. The lobby was stunning, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that set the tone for the rest of my stay.
My room was immaculate-spacious, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had one of the best night's sleep in a hotel that I've ever had. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a luxurious rain shower and high-end toiletries that added a nice touch.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant and the view from the rooftop of the private rooms. The staff were nice, always accommodating any requests and offer assistance. The view of the pyramids from the hotel is excellent. While the exterior area may not be as impressive—given the presence of various animals like camels, horses, and donkeys—this is beyond the hotel's control. Firstly dont even think of booking a tour from them. Just a team of Con artists. The rooms were drab but cleanish. The breakfast was a joke. And the rest of the food was was worse. Every thing had tobe bought in aftre ordering and then cooked an average wait of around 1 and half hours. We orders burger and chips twice and when it came it was 1 half cooked burger and a bag of crisps and ask us to share it.

I really enjoyed my stay, I was treated exceptional and having airport transportation both ways was a major plus as I arrived at 3AM and departed at 2AM and this was included in my hotel reservation at no additional cost. The area was safe and the staff made me feel like family. Ashraf, the front desk night manager, offered me food and refreshments upon my arrival, very attentive. Mahmoud was prompt and anticipated my needs when it came time to relax on the rooftop, with that amazing view of the pyramids. George was the hotel driver who went above and beyond helping me get a sim card for my cellphone. The chefs there spoiled me and made very delicious traditional dishes that are vegan friendly, fillled with flavor. They really take pride in thier food. The owner, Adam was onsite and a very kind man. I am a solo traveler that really appreciated the personal attention. larger hotels don't feel as welcoming. I will definitely return here, I feel like I made genuine connections. Five stars all the way!

The property was nothing like the photos advertised on Expedia. The bath towel was horrible, I did not touch it for my entire stay. The bathroom was unclean, the shower was dirty, there was no body wash nor soap made available for a bath. The hot water would run out before 8am. The bed sheets were visibly brown. The breakfast was oily. The walls in one of the rooms was swelling and peeling.
I booked tours with the hotel and it was better if I hadn't. I still had to pay for my own tickets at the sites and in one tour I was not even provided a tour guide!! I had to figure everything out myself since the taxi driver spoke limited English!!
On one tour the vehicle cut out and refused to start again and the driver had no phone! If I didn't have a phone with a local sim for him to call someone we'd be stuck in the middle of nowhere, just me and him.
Aside from paying for tours and still having to pay your own money, for everything a tip was asked. If you asked someone for directions to somewhere, they expected a tip. If you asked someone what time it was, they wanted a tip. I was even forced to pay a tip to the rider whose vehicle cut out!
The hotel owner tried to coerce me into giving his hotel a good review by offering free gifts.
One night there was a loud noise, it was police trying to apprehend someone and there was an exchange of fire!
Book at your own risk guys!

Great view and that is ALL ! Lady at front desk ripped me off twice. Once asking for change and the other adding my GRATUITY and miscalculated. View in my room was a concrete wall! Bartender washed my glass out with his HANDS before giving it to me. I received intestinal bug the next day. I didn't even tell them to cancel my next two days. I upgraded and went to the Kempinski Hotel downtown an absolutely gorgeous 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for! Lesson learned.

Outstanding customer service. The housekeepers were great and attentive. The roof view and food service were amazing. I’m so happy that the stuff knew how to speak in english so I had no communication problems. I stayed in a single room. At the hotel you can book all kinds of tours and they also have a taxi service. The hotel has it all and Mrs. Rania will go above and beyond to meet all your needs. I also had an opportunity to meet the owner who is very kind and knows what outstanding customer service is all about. I was solo female traveler. When I booked, owner of the hotel contacted me and offered me a free ride from airport to hotel, so I accepted but when I reached to airport the driver came 2 hours late, then we reached hotel the driver asked for the Tip , so I gave him 50 Egyptian pounds. But he said it’s nothing against his service so he charged me 1000 Egyptian pounds. Then I reached hotel , without any hello or any apologies, owner of the hotel asked me to book a Cairo tour with him, when I said that I am here only for rest and I want to enjoy my holidays by myself , he said no, and started to scream on me and I wanted to cancel it but the cancellation period already finish and I didn’t have any other choice. And had to book tour with him which is charged me $60 (in Egypt every other shop charge you in USA dollars only) and also there rate are hire then others. There rate 1$ is 40 Egypt dollar but official rate was $1 = 48 Egypt dollar. Then next day I went for breakfast,, there was not much options and same options I had for next 6 days, and I am vegetarian so I couldn't eat anything. then third day I went for tour , they charged me for tour guide and lunch but they didn’t give me lunch or tour guide. And they asked for another $60. And I said no, and then I complained to owner he offered me 1 plate pasta against $60. The hotel is mess I want to share pic but no options here.

The staff and service was phenomenal, professional and polite. We booked 2 nights in the “luxury” suite with pyramids view, however the bed sheets were stained and ripped. The shower door was broke and did not close properly. Coffee and tea packs seemed to have been there for years. Jacuzzi buttons were broken. Outside furniture was not dirty, but filthy. For $200 a night, I feel the luxury suite could have been cleaner and included more amenities. However the views were breathtaking. Overall 3/5.

This might be the biggest catfish, I am urging anyone who sees this hotel please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I was checked in and out within 30 minutes. I am in the process of disputing with my bank for a full refund heres why

1. Airport pickup was 90 minutes late
2. No wifi in the kings delux room, it doesnt reach
3. The workers started flirting and getting uncomfortable with my wife
4. The sheets were stained yellow with hair and flies all in the room and hallways
5.The kings delux room LOOKS NOTHING like it does in person, the kings delux room is literally inside the cafe and theres 0 privacy. People can look into your room
6. There was no hot water and i was told to deal with it cuz its hot outside
7. The hotel is located inside an Giza slum, theres no way those google reviews are accurate, a 2 star motel in the heart of the ghetto of the US is located in a better location (the rooftop does provide a good view of pyramids tho)
8. Hot tub is kings delux room is stained and dirty and paint is peeling off

I asked locals why the hotel in this area was bad and they told me all the hotels in this area are bad because they were all apartment buildings are one point and converted into hotels

DO NOT STAY HERE, I had to get a hotel in Cairo, I highly reccomend a hotel there and just transporting to the pyramids (20-30 min drive) much safer

Staff will ask what you do for a living to figure out how much to charge you for things. Rooms are bigger but not clean. I biked 9 night and was going to leave my things and come back. I was told to give them my room key check out and they would put my things somewhere safe til I come back just call them. I said no you’re not rent my room while I’m gone are you refunding me I was told no then an hour later yes they were only doing 100$ which wasn’t much but they charged me instead of a refund then turned the system offline to credit that back. I had to message for half my trip then threaten to call the police and go to the embassy because everyday was an excuse. If you are going to stay to go to the pyramids don’t say anything personal to employees especially to The own who will
buy you dinner and tell you what to write as a review on 2 websites for his business and say not to mention him. Seems like they own many properties near the pyramid in Giza it’s about 4 men that I saw so go stay see the pyramid and leave asap if you must. Always check your currency conversion before you pay they will charge last high rate they know of and check for tours other places Expedia etc before choosing them remember Uber rides are really cheap and they’re guides are just good drivers. And the church is so close it feels like it’s in the same building 4am wake up because it’s so

The front desk staff are very nice and helpful but the owner can be overbearing. Also they charge $40 for the shuttle to the airport which should only be a $5 Uber. The location was great for visiting the pyramids and the view was really nice from the rooftop but wouldn’t recommend staying here for other activities and ease of walking around to explore. The condition of the shower wasn’t great but the bed was fine. Overall it’s okay for a night or two but wouldn’t stay longer.

I came from the us in ma. The view from the hotel is amazing. They provide tours all over the country and will do their absolute best to make you feel right at home. Airport transport is provided if you stay multiple nights and they respond to all questions in a timely manner. I choose this hotel because of the great reviews and am not disappointed with the service. USA to Giza Pyramids

We loved staying at Best View Pyramids Hotel. The last thing we wanted was a luxury resort we familiar things. We wanted to see, smell, taste, feel and hear the life of Giza. This place did not disappoint. Amazing views of pyramids out of our windows (King Deluxe room). The staff were amazing. The food at the hotel was great. We loved having a driver provided by the hotel for small fee. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and waited for us at each spot. (Do NOT rent a car.) The camels and horses are right outside the hotel gave us a wonderfully local experience. If you want a fancy same old experience you get at any resort don’t stay here. But if you want to immerse yourself in a very unique and experience… stay here! And visit the aromatherapy shop next door! Wonderful products that we brought back.
