Honestly the hotel is good the mint bar has excellent service, but the reception team is really bad, very bad welcoming. And at checkout even though u checked in really late at midnight I wanted to stay just a bit more for a comfy sleep. The lady at the phone said you need to leave now or else every one minute extra is a 100 euro charge. Very rude and strange.

Stayed here on a work trip and it was amazing. The hotel is big and smart and clean and generally very well looked after. The staff are incredible, always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very impressed.

Hilton Nicosia July 20 - 26

This was my second visit to the Hilton Nicosia. Upon arrival, one of the staff at the Mint bar saw me in the lobby, did a back- step at recognizing me and came over to say ‘welcome back!’ It was wonderful to be recognized, given the thousands of guests to remember. The hotel is just lovely, all the staff are more than accommodating, cleanliness is beyond and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Came close to 5* but not close enough.

Everything you'd expect from the Hilton brand and had a great stay with one exception - the wedding! Unfortunately, despite aircon and being several floors up the bass vibration from the disco prevented us from sleeping until 03:15 when the music subsided. I mentioned this at the checkout but got nothing but an apology. Later, a member of the guest relations team gave us two free frappes and a couple of chocolates but when you've paid over 300 euros per night and effectively lost one, that seemed a bit weak. Nevertheless, the room was great, the bed comfortable and the food and wine first class and surprisingly reasonably priced. I'd stay there again but only if they could confirm there were no events or wedding parties during my dates - it appears from reviews that other travellers have experienced the same.

However we had the worse housekeeping ever never stocked towels regularly we were there for 4 days. Did not clean floors we purposely left something to see if they would clean the floor and they did not!!
Tried calling front desk and housekeeping to complain the phone lines were always busy.
When I checked out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was only that I had charges to my account. Very disappointing to say the least!!

Not a good hotel

Unfortunately I can not write anything good about Hilton Nicosia. The hotel is old, the room was quite big, but not much furniture in the room, so it looks quite empty. The windows weee dirty and the curtains were dirty as well. The Hotel is not in Nicosia, but in the city nearby. There are no dining options nearby, just abandon building opposite and MacDonalds next to it. Poor variety of drinks in the pool bar. Spa was functioning partly (Hamam was not working). Flies flying over the food during breakfast. Someone from reception called me at 8:00 o’clock in the morning and was trying to ask something in Greek, than hung up. Definitely I won’t stay here again.

Great time in Cyprus

I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and profesional. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The only downside was the smell in the elevators.

The staff was so friendly and accommodations were great. The only thing is maybe have more options for dinner, for room service. The only thing bad with this hotel was a male employee in the bar area just didn’t want to make certain drinks during the day.

No good for family

Nice hotel for business use but for family it was not worth the price at all especially this time of the year. There is nothing for kids to do and the there pool is outside only and we wasn't aloud in the indoor pool so all in all disappointed and we won't be going back unless it's for business. For a 4 star rating they don't really provide anything for families.

Great Breakfast, very reach and tasty.
Check-in was slow and had to wait for attention about 15 min. just weird. English spoken by some staff members very well and others so and so.

Overall it's a good hotel and had a Jamie Oliver Italian restaurant just 5 min. walk on the same street which was a nice surprise.

First of all there was a confusion on my reservation which in turn came for the better. The reservation for the Hilton Park did not go through but they transferred me to the Hilton Nicosia where the service was excellent and they had upgraded me.

Excellent stay

Thıs is our third stay at Hilton Park Nicosia and it was an excellent stay as per usual. Our room was so clean , food is always perfect and overal the staff are always very professional ,friendly and helpful . Especially a staff member called Evelina and Pedro. We will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful hotel

Stayed with my husband and 2 sons at the Hilton Park Nicosia. Extended the stay from 2 nights to 4 nights as after the first night my boys said they'd like to stay longer. Food is great, especially the breakfast and the staff couldn't do enough for you. State of the art gymnasium. Would most certainly recommend.

Lost Luggage Found Excellent Service

Aegean lost our luggage and it wasn't returned for 2 days. It was a disaster as we had just caught two connecting flights, our clothes were dirty and my parents had their medication in their luggage.
The staff at the Hilton Park could not have been more supportive, proactive and helpful. They were amazing.
They have us Hilton tshirts to wear; they have us toiletries; they gave us complimentary food as we were so distressed after spending 2 hours at the airport getting the rub around with our luggage; they went to the pharmacy and found the medicine my parents needed. They called every few hours for updates on our bags. This is text book excellent customer service. They were just amazing and went beyond the call of duty. We could not thank them enough. If you want a hotel with excellent customer service you need not look further. The gym and the pool are also amazing and the all you can eat buffet was delicious. Even here the staff excelled and went beyond the call of duty. Take away is not allowed from the buffet but we were running late for our transfer back to the airport. We had all pre purchased breakfast. The hotel staff fixed us all take away containers to eat on the way to the airport. I have stayed at many hotels around the world but the service and proactive staff we found at the Hilton Park were the best we have experienced. We felt like we were staying with family. We will be back. This time with our luggage.

I love going to Cyprus. And each chance I get I like to go to Nicosia for few days. And over 3 years ago I discovered this super friendly staff and very very clean hotel and since than i only stay there. Staff know my name and always helpful and very welcoming. Very clean rooms. Also very easy to walk around for shopping and great restaurants.

You however pay for everything. Not even a complementary bottle of water was offered. Room was not vacuumed throuout my 4 nights stay. Bed made but bedding not changed.

August in Nicosia

Nice enough, but I think the staff were suffering from the heat, coupled to a systems upgrade and a huge wedding reception. We were bounced out of the pool area early for the reception, service at the pool bar was slow to the extent the ice had melted in the first drink prepared. Coffee came very slowly at breakfast, but it's a great breakfast. The room really comfortable. We would go again, bit of an oasis in August in Nicosia.
