The staff were ok. Except for one gentleman name. MASOM was very nice and polite. Shower system is forget it. Restaurants nearby. 20 minutes walk to Haram. Masjid ul Nabwi. No one answers the pho e there. So goodluck. And oh yes its priced very highly and unreasonable 👎

This was more of a hostel experience than a hotel one. This place is very popular with large travel groups from across the world. It gets pretty noisy and loud.
The soace provides all the amenities a traveler needs; did not check for an iron, but tbey had tea kettle and mini fridge in tbe room.
It is less than 20 minutes walk from Haram Nabawi and there is a huge selection for food and other shopping needs.

It was nice quiet hotel, price was high compared to distance to Haram. There were lot cheaper options nearer to Haram

The hotel ran out of water in the toilet many times during day and night, they do not provide towels unless you ask for it , no Iron available, away from all public transport, walking is 25 minutes from Haram not very convenient for all prayers. WIFI is only available in the main hall and do not work all the time. Make sure you have good phone data service otherwise you will be stuck.

Too far from masjid nabawi, about 15-20 mins walk. But they do have shuttle bus for each prayer so no problem. The service is poor but the price is perfect.

prepaid to Expedia but the manager Lutvi made us pay again! When we spoke with him he said that there is a problem with expedia payments and he does not get the money. No I just spoke to expedia and they saud he should not have done that, they called him and apparently he will pay back the money within 24 hours. Someone is lying.

The television did not work, my 3 children were promised it would be fixed 3 times the caretaker said he would return to fix it and 3 times he never came back.

The room floor was dusty, the beds smelled, the sink had no cover, the water was too hot, the AC had no way of controlling speed because it was broken, there was no tissue in the toilet, there were no towels and the so called 24 hour cafe was never open.

Hotel is too far from Masid Nabwi, I reached in evening, Tried to call them on the phone number but it was not working...Then I searched there another contact number on internet got a mobile number, tried to ring on that but no one picked it...NO one knows about hotel after that took 3 hrs to search the hotel. In hotel no phone is working if u need to ask anything from reception u need to come down to reception...The area around the hotel is not also good....
