The room was rather small for a double, had no bath just a shower cubicle with a curtain. Glasses were not very clean. Overall ok but expected more for the money paid and compared to my previous stay which was exceptional.

The hotel exceeded our expectation. In particular the spa area was very good. The room was specious and bed comfortable. Bathroom was spacious too. We had a great view over the forest and the gulf of finland. Beach bar was a very nice surprise and had lovely cocktails, hammocks and entertainment. We did not quite expect that in Estonia. Breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. My gluten free wife had plenty to choose from. Parking is paid now and it is available to beach goers but we found a space in front of the hotel.

Spent 2 weeks at Meresuu spa/hotel. It was a great stay! Personnel of the hotel is nice. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her focused attention to the customers needs.
Breakfast was good. Excellent spa facilities.
Beautiful, quiet location.
Only negative thing is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms, only minibars that don’t cool enough to keep drinks and snacks cold.

Great Time-Great Place-Just a touch up

I truly love this place beachside with a cute Baar next door. Great restaurant down stars and baar in the hotel. The hotel room was nice clean and neat. Quiet and comfortable to sleep in.
We got spa treatment and IT IS A MUST!!!
*The only thing I think that needs a touch up are the cleanliness of the sauna and swimming/hot tub areas. There was one Sauna my daughter and I knew was broken and dirty by the smell. The outside hot tub had algae in it and there was algae on the floor around the pool area. They just need a couple good pool cleaners and it would be top notch! The other thing was that there wasn’t a down time for adults. There were always kids in the area playing and that just turned me off from going in there the first night we went. We can to relax not babysit.

* Adult only time in the Swim Sauna area in the evenings (7-10)
And this place would be a 9 for sure!
All the workers even spoke Estonian/Russian and English.

The hotel & spa are located in a beautiful sea resort area. There are plenty of roads to walk or bike and a very long beach. The spa is great, especially the saunas are great - there are about 10 to choose from! The staff is friendly & professional, speak several languages. The property is clean and well maintained.

Lovely room with beautiful views, BUT air con NOT working, could not open the windows as they were ceiling to floor windows, so very hot and stuffy room, got almost NO sleep because of this. Asked some of the staff about air con they said air cons were not working in the hotel .BATH is leeking and fridge NOT working. Glad we only had to put up with this for 2 nights, othetwise we would have had to change the hotel. Such a shame, as the hotel is very beautiful in a very beautiful location. Very nice breakfast. Very nice swimming pools. Very nice staff, BUT something has to be done about air con.

Great hotel, been here a few times. Spa floor VERY slippery so be very careful.
Shelfs are needed in the showers in the rooms, breakfast was good apart from the French bread was really rock hard, nearly broke a tooth on it. Overall it was a good stay and will go back.

A well used hotel witch includes many spa features

The hotel itself is a bit "tired" in that it could use a bit of updating/freshening up. The hotel is fine and the inclusion of spa facilities is a nice idea. The spa facilities were most enjoyable with multiple massage options in the pool, different temperature saunas and a salt sauna for improved breathing.

The hotel itself is okay, clean rooms and quite nice spa area, however the service is far from perfect, very unfriendly personnel, everything they do looks as they make you a huge favor. Food is quite okay, but could be tastier. Regarding spa - many saunas, nice outside area and different pools for adults and kids, however, access to children, in my opinion, should be limited to certain hours, especially in the evening, as most of the time it was a madhouse with many screaming and crying kids just running around, impossible to relax. So if you are looking for a place to recharge and have some relaxing and peaceful time, search for another place. I also booked hot stone massage for myself and my mum, and while her masseur was good, mine was a disaster! If you decide to get one - ask for one called Svetlana.
Overall experience was okay, however, I am not coming back.

Overall a nice stay.

Nice spa, clean but compact rooms, great view of the ocean from one side of the hotel. Bartended was excellent, exceptionally good at mixing, friendly in a professional manner, and spoke excellent English and Estonian. Shame the bar was relegated to a windowless basement floor. Front desk staff were nice but not trained up to a very high standard. There were no food options at the hotel or on the area after 21:00.

Nice hotel, not fantastic but ok. Could have been a little more friendly at check in.
Restaurant boring, lighting not good. Corridors dark no lighting. Room was a bit dated, needs some updating. Spa nice, again dark in all areas. Food in restaurant bland nothing special, but still ok.
It is the first time room service has ever replenished the tissues in the bathroom, first hotel to ever do that during a stay. They need to improve the wifi in the rooms, that was the worst ever.
I will go back with the family because it was okay,.

Hotel pools and saunas were great- although very crowded with children of all ages. Spa treatment table used for massage was horribly uncomfortable and lacking a proper cutout for the face down position. It was difficult to book a treatment (lack of availability) and recommended treatment was not what I was led to expect. Proximity to the beach and sea was wonderful- easy and felt safe to walk.

Nice stay overall, I would come back

I enjoyed my stay at Meresuu. I wish the rooms were a bit larger. Also, I had to request things like an iron, and a teapot. I wish they were already in the room and guests did not have to ask for them. Breakfast was excellent and the servers (especially Dasha) were always courteous and smiling. The spa was very good. I would recommend staying here to all my friends, because the positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

Everything functioned well. When arriving the receptionist was unpolite which left a reluctant feeling for quite some time. The service culture all in all isn’t very friendly (except the charming spa desk gent). Air conditioning means the whole buildings mechanic AC, not an AC machine in each room, room was thus hot to sleep in the July heat.

Would absolutely come again.

Took some to find a place from parking lot. Check-in was fast, spa was awesome with 10 saunas. Really enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was also very good with lot of options. There was heavy thunderstorm at night and it was fascinating to observe it through the window.

Hieno sijainti, kattavat kylpyläpalvelut, hyvät hieronta- ja kauneushoidot. Aamiainen OK. Hotelli siisti, huoneita voisi hieman freesata. Ei häiritseviä ääniä, vaikka olikin juhannus. Hyvä sänky. Respan palvelu tympeähkö, sen sijaan palvelu kylpylässä, kauneushoitolassa ja aamiaisravintolassa todella hyvä palvelu. Polkupyörät kaipaavat uusintaa. Yllättävää oli että englannin kielen taito sekä hotellissa että koko tienoolla oli todella huonoa tasoa. Hotellissa pärjäsi englannilla, mutta lähialueilla ei. Venäjä ykköskieli, sitten viro ja sitten englanti. Upeat hiekkarannat.

Huoneet olivat ok, mutta siisteydessä oli korjaamisen varaa. Siivoaminen ”unohtui”, kylpytakit hävisivät, lakanoita ei vaihdettu kuin toiseen huoneeseen. Henkilökunta ei ollut kovin ystävällistä eikä taitavaa. Osittain johtui varmaan kokemattomuudesta. Hotellin ravintola mainosti itseään, mutta tarjonta oli vähäistä ja kerrassaan mautonta. Illallisbuffet oli karmea, lämmin ruoka oli aivan kylmää ja samaa ilmeisesti joka ilta.

Kylpylä hyvä, huone perustasoa

Kylpylä oli hieno runsaine saunoineen. Ainoa huono puoli oli että huoneessa oli kylpytakit, mutta ei jalkineita, joutui kulkemaan omilla kengillä ja olemaan paljain varpain kylpylän tiloissa.

Huone oli perustasoa, ja saimme kaksi vuodetta vaikka pyysimme parisänkyä. Respa ei tätä vaivautunut kertomaan.

Huoneen vesi oli huonolaatuista ja maistui raudalta. Aamiainen perustasoa.

Stay away.

At the check-in - not even a greeting and NO information on anything. I had to ask if there was a restaurant. And then the opening hours. And then the same re breakfast. And then the same with the SPA. No smile, nothing!
My God!
The room; clean but neither Wifi nor TV was working. Plus side? - friendly (i.e. normal) staff in restaurant and SPA.
Needless to say - we will not return.

Menneiden vuosikymmenten havinaa ja itäeurooppalaista tunnelmaa. Hotellin käytävistä tuli hieman risteilyalus mieleen, ja hotellin hissit oli sijoiteltu eri puolille piilossa olevaa hissiaulaa. Hotellissa kulkeminen oli hieman sokkeloista tämän kokoiseksi isoksi hotelliksi.
Hotellin parkkipaikat olivat täynnä, ei sähköauton latausmahdollisuutta.
Hotelli sijaitsi lähellä hienoa hiekkarantaa.

Oli väga meeldiv rannapuhkus. Hotellituba mõjus algul veidi klaustrofoobiliselt, sest polnud rõdu. Harjusin siiski ruttu ära ja tegin akna lahti. Õldiselt väga mõnus, tahaks tagasi minna, kui veel võimalust tekib ja mulle midagi soodsat pakute.

Tätä hotellia voi suositella kaikille. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja kaikki toimi, vaikka olisikin pitänyt puhua venäjää. Hotelli oli hienolla paikalla ja hotellin kylpyläosastokin oli hyvä. Lapsiperheille hotellia voi suositella erityisesti. Aamupala oli runsas ja hotellin ravintolassakin ruoka oli Ok.

Lomakylä parhaimmillaan

Kylpylähotelli oli siisti, toimiva ja rauhallinen. Jokaisessa kerroksessa oli aula, josta oli kauniit näköalat merelle. Aulassa oli mukava istuskella uinnin jälkeen.

Hotellissa oli myös toimintaa mm. Ryhmäliikuntaa, vesijumppaa ja sauna rituaalit. Ympäristö oli sopiva leppoisaan lomanviettoon. Lähellä on ranta, kaunis puisto, muutama hyvä ravintola ja kauppa. Bussit kulkevat myös hyvin Narvan kaupunkiin.

Ainoa asia, jota kaipasimme oli hotellin vastaanoton parempi englannin kielen taito. Ravintola meni myös aikaisin kiinni, klo 22.00.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sieht nicht so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. In den Zimmern ist Teppichboden und es riecht komisch. Der Spa Bereich ist ganz in Ordnung. Die Fliesen im Spa Bereich sind jedoch sehr rutschig. Man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht ausrutscht. Die Zimmer waren nicht so sauber und etwas staubig.

В целом отдых понравился. Персонал дружелюбный и ненавязчивый. Номера чистые, но мебель требуют небольшого кометического обслуживания. Кровать очень комфортная. Спа хороший. Много саун и разных видов джакузи. Есть русская парная. Завтрак замечательный. Отель уютный и комфортный. С заселением проблем не было. Думаю вернемся снова.

В целом хороший отель. Из плюсов: хороший спа с 8 видами саун, банными процедурами с банщиком, джакузи на улице и тп.; очень красивая территория вокруг.
Из минусов:
1. отчитали нас, что мы в течении часа до приезда (около 3pm) не отвечали на телефон (ибо роуминг). типа была какая-то проблема. но я не понимаю, как то, что я бы ответил на звонок повлияло бы на заранее оплаченное бронирование. причину проблемы на не объяснили.
2. wifi в номере ужасный.
3. один раз сходили на ужин (шведский стол за 16 евро с 18 до 20). из вкусного горячего были только котлеты, которые быстро закончились и больше их не докладывали. из мяса была говядина абсолютно резиновая, привет повару, желаем ему научиться готовить. девушки рядом долго пытались ее резать, я же просто отложил и не стал есть. в общем полный отстой, не рекомендую ужин, ну а если туда идете, то до 19 часов лучше приходить.
4. видно что номера не новые, мебель немного поцарапана, но в целом все чисто и аккуратно

Отдых в честь годовщины свадьбы.

Отель расположен в прекрасном месте, недалеко от пляжа, где можно отлично насладиться прогулкой. Сам отель хороший, жаль что нет балконов. Номера хорошие, чисто и уютно. Спа зона после реновации, много различных мини саун и бань, одна из них позволяет использовать веники, а так же проводятся банные ритуалы в некоторых из них. Два бассейна и 4 джакузи, одно из них на улице. Меня немног смутили цены в баре на пиво 3,8 евро за 0.3л. как-то дороговато и 4.8 за 0.4 соответственно тоже дорого, причём это местное пиво, импортное дороже. Я привык рационально тратить деньги и из принципа не покупал в 5 раз завышенное по цене пиво. Молочный коктейль 3.8 евро тоже дороговат, и мороженное которое в Rimi стоит 60 центов они продают по 2.8 евро. Я понимаю что это бар у бассейна в отеле, но цены как хорошем ресторане. На ужин в местный ресторан не ходили, наслаждались спа. Завтрак очень скудный, ассортимент блюд маловат, качество продуктов хорошее.В целом отдых удался на славу. Возможно когда-нибудь и приедем ещё раз.
