Service is not great. I did not get the room I booked until my second night, and nothing was done to make up for the very frustrating first night (other than giving me the correct room as if I should be thankful to get the room I booked). Things were offered to express their apologies, but never given. Also service around hotel is average.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The full board option provided 3 meals a day with some non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as part of the package. The gym is probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides, location just outside Gumbet isn’t great if you are looking for something more exclusive. Food and drink outside the buffet is very expensive and for us was prohibitive, 2 small local beers by the pool were £22. Also even though the spa is lovely the cost of treatments are again too expensive. If you enjoy hotel life then think it’s great, if you like a bit of variety then Bodrum city is a short taxi way with lots of restaurant choices.

Extraordinary. I travel frequently, but this was one of the top hotels I’ve stayed at worldwide and far exceeded our expectations. The staff and service were world class. Everybody was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure every small detail was cared for and made our honeymoon extra special. Special thanks to Mr. Serhat the guest relations supervisor who took extra care of us. The room was super spacious, and everything was super clean and fresh. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. 10/10.

I had a truly wonderful seven-night stay at Palazzo Resort and Residences Le Chic Bodrum in a superior sea view room with a balcony. The view was stunning and added so much to the experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived—special thanks to Serhat, who went above and beyond with his hospitality. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a delicious and varied selection that kept things fresh and enjoyable throughout the week.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

The hotel resort was very well maintained and clean. My wife and I got a suite with a sea view, but the view was fairly obstructed by other buildings in front of us. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of selection, although it does get fairly busy at times. The guest relations manager (Serhat) was great and helped organize a breakfast in our room as we were on our honeymoon.

Everything would be perfect for this hotel until I've learnt the following happenned to my niece 13yo girl in Sept.2023, when I left out earlier. As I was flying from a different country than my family. Be careful with service people and your teen kids in this hotel pls!
the story short:
One of service person approached my sister ( not the mother of the kid) asking the IG and email ( or both) of my 13 yo niece under the excuse of \" to study Russian language\". Few weeks later when they land at home, my niece got email with a \"NAKED TORSO\" of one of the service person- man,stating \" I want to be your boyfriend\".I got to know this story a year later only after our stay at hotel.So No- please avoid having your teen girls to stay at this property as they obviously do not care if one if their service people is basically predator or pedoph.... this came as a shock to me , as I've arranged the stay at 2 rooms at this hotel, hoping it was secure and safe to be for such young kids. We had 3 kids of 13, 10, 6 yo ages. SO PLEASE AVOID this hotel if you are vacationing with your teen daughters. 2.noone gave us explanation how the bottle of complimentary wine dissappeared from the room (as we were planning to drink it later). 3. When checked out, my sis told me that they accused some sort of chocolate missing from the fridge and asked her to pay for it although the kids have not eaten that thing neither do we as we do not eat in general chocolates as per allergies.

Enjoyed our stay here and definitely loved the location as it was accessible to Bodrum city center. The taxi is easy to get and is only 10 mins away. Loved the beach area and the water. Loved the king sea view room which had a balcony.
What could be better is that the room was clean but weren’t in some spots. Also the lobby wasn’t all that attractive and the rooftop tho looks amazing in pics was always empty and no one was serving there.
Didn’t eat at the restaurant either. Breakfast was average and could be better.

Room was very clean. We were the only couple in the entire Terrace restaurant and the waitress was on her phone for most of the time. The food quality was horrible (salty, burned, unsavory, etc.); thus, we skipped breakfast completely! The pool is extremely small and not deep (1.5m). You need to take a golf cart type shuttle to get to their beach. The beach is fine; however, it may feel small and crowded in high season. A staff member tried to charge extra candy bar we didn’t eat and got an attitude with me when I reminded him that he should know there is only one of that type. We wouldn’t stay in any Kaya hotels in the future for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kaya Palazzo for my first ever visit to Türkiye and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of cleanliness at this hotel is unparalleled. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, gleamed with meticulous attention to detail, making the environment not only inviting but also incredibly comfortable. The gym was another highlight of my stay. Impeccably maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Their beach area and accommodations are probably the best in the area. The views from the main dining restaurant during breakfast was a highlight every morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism were consistently impressive. Every request was met with a smile and promptness, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Beachside was fantastic. Lovely position/restaurants etc. the rooms and the rest of the hotel was arranged oddly but still enjoyable. Two people I need to highlight who were excellent - Serhat who is the customer relations exec and Ismael who is the beach manager. Both were amazing! The restaurant staff were rude and were not trained to an acceptable standard sadly.

Terrible experience. Completely ruined my vacation

I have booked a Grand Garden Suite and upon checking in we noticed that the AC was not working and it was hot. We reported the issue to the reception and adter 30 mins the AC was on. Then, we left to the beach and once we return the AC was not working again and asked for assistance which took sometimes. This continues 4 time in a row and last was at 2 am which really disturbed our sleep. I called the night shift manager and expressed our frustration and disappointment and henpromises to convey the same to the Manager in the morning. However, no one bothered to call or even check up with us and although we had a lunch reservation out of the hotel next day and there was barly time, I asked my wife to go forward and wait for me to fix the issue with the hotel. So, I personally went to the reception and asked for the Manager and I was asked to sit and wait and no one showed up which truly passed my limit. The front desk told me that the Manager is not here because it's a weekend and I told him that our experience is a nightmare and we expect to be compensated and he simply replied by saying that he will check the possibility of changing our suite with something similar (if available) and I told him that the least they can do is to upgrade us and he said that this was not possible at all, which was something I have never experienced with a 5-star hotel. Actually, we have paid around €900 a night and this is the kind of service we get?

The hotel location is really good. The facilities they had is perfect and even the beach service is so good. The issue is that the room service doesn’t clean the room well. They just clean without putting new shampoos or napkins! The really bad issue is that u feel that you are in a private school, no one is allowed to visit in your room and each time you are late they ask for your name and room number. It may be a security thing, but they are extra doing it.
