Prédio antigo, mas limpo e cama confortável. Porém, é barulhento devido ao movimento da avenida, não tem elevador ruim para subir com as malas e muitas escadas para o segundo andar. Mas, o que mais nos chamou atenção, foi que temos que deixar a chave na recepção e quando saímos para almoçarmos e acabamos retornando tarde a equipe da recepção já havia trocado, assim como a segurança e cheguei e solicitei a chave do quarto que estávamos hospedadas sem me identificar e o funcionário me entregou a chave sem me pedir um documento ou sem ao menos questionar a minha identificação, ou seja, poderia ter sido qualquer um que entraria no nosso quarto. Já que não houve solicitação de documento ou ao menos identificação do nome ou número de documento. As atendentes do café da manhã extremamente grossas, nunca passei por situação assim. Entrei na cantina era 6h 27min e uma senhora gritou: Não pode entrar aqui!!!!! , muito grossa!! Sentamos na escada para esperar as 6h30min, ela abriu a porta bem grossa e nem se quer falou q poderíamos entrar... Horrível, nunca mais me hospedo lá. Estava com três filhos e tinha consulta marcada e precisava sair cedo.

O motivo da minha baixa avaliação no atendimento deve-se pelo motivo da recepcionista danar comigo por não ter selecionado a opção de duas camas e solteiro, que eu estava causando transtorno para o hotel. Os funcionários não fazem esforço para te atender, fiz checkout antecipado pois não aguentei ficar tudo o que tinha planejado, na hora de ir embora na recepção só tinha uma pessoa e que não fazia o checkout e também não sabia informar se a pessoa responsável iria demorar, não moveu um dedo para ajudar, nem ao menos para mandar uma mensagem ou ligar para o responsável, já que o hotel não tem comunicação de rádio. Café da manhã super fraco, sem muitas opções. Uma amiga fez uma outra reserva no mesmo lugar e o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, com muito custo levaram eles para um outro hotel da mesma franquia, localizado na rua de cima. Por último mas não menos importante, não tem acessibilidade nenhuma, degraus altos em cada parte do hotel e sem sinalização.

O único defeito que encontrei, que por sinal é pessimo, é a acústica dos quartos. Você escuta tudo que acontece ao redor, tanto do lado de fora quanto nos quartos ao lado. Um bom hotel para viagens a serviço, localizado bem na região central de Goiânia. Por isso mesmo não recomendo perambular por lá à noite, até porque não há nada aberto. Hotel muito ruim e precário. Não tem elevador. O primeiro quarto onde fui colocada estava sem as pás do Split e a cama de casal tinha um colchão muito duro. Pedi para trocar e felizmente a cama de casal do outro quarto era um pouco melhor. A porta do Box do banheiro não fechava direito e tinha uma parte quebrada. A limpeza deixava a desejar. No corredor volta e meia se sentia um cheiro de urina que não se sabia de onde vinha. As janelas não eram anti-ruído e eram muito antigas. Impossível dormir bem, já que o hotel fica em pleno centro da cidade. A cortina blackout não veda bem a luz. O café da manhã é razoavel.

O hotel no próprio site diz ser \"simples\" e de fato é, muito limpo, não há o que se falar em relação a limpeza, mas inconvenientes como o fato de uma única toalha no quarto e um chuveiro terrível acabam com a estada. O chuveiro é elétrico e sai pouquíssima água (sensação de estar usando aquelas torneiras de shopping). A política deles de deixar um única toalha no quarto, também não é prática, se tiver mais de uma pessoa no quarto você deve pedir na recepção. Quando veem que a reserva é para mais de uma pessoa porque não dão a outra toalha na recepção logo na entrada para evitar esse incomodo? O hotel e os quartos estavam bem limpos, café da manhã é justo, porém todas as cadeiras da área do café estavam rasgadas.

Minha estadia no dia 23/09/22 foi excelente. Hotel bem limpo, atendimento excelente, café da manhã com uma variedade excelente de comida saudável. A única ressalva que faço é em relação ao barulho que incomodou durante a madrugada. Ficamos em um quarto que era ao lado de um canal de ventilação e tem estruturas não sei se do ar condicionado ou outros maquinários que ficavam ligando e desligando, mas ainda assim deu para dormir. Imagino que os quartos do outro lado não têm esse probleminha!
