Far away from many places
Besides experiencing June 2018 quake in Osaka, which the hotel building handled very well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it's far away from any experience in Osaka. Everything is old in this hotel and the room was not comfortable.

The room was comfortable, but the carpets were dirty and there was smudge marks on the outlets and light switches. overall stay was good.

I booked a standard double room. We were given room # 1514. We found it too small and asked to be changed. They moved us to a superior room and charged us the difference. I checked the hotel website and the picture of the standard double room and the one we were shown (1514) did not match . Before leaving I asked the person at the front desk about different kinds of rooms and he told me that room # 1514 was and ECONOMY double and not a standard double. When I asked to see a standard double, I was told that all those rooms were full.
Also the free airport to hotel transfer is only once an hour between 6.30am and 8.30 am. Any other time you have to find your own transport. The taxi cost us $85 each way. If I had all this information especially about airport-hotel tranfers I would NOT have booked this hotel. I feel cheated
