I didn’t stay here the flights were changed by SunExpress so lost this hotel and my money. Took out Expedia insurance xcover. What a waste of money must be thick in office don’t understand about airline changes. So keep asking for more information. What more do they need the flight was brought forward by ONE day.
PLEASE PLEASE DON’T waste your money on this insurance scam from Expedia.

Big up the house keeper she makes sure you have your water every day and supplies me with fresh towels.. shout to the staffs and the Ramada roof they where all amazing hosts.. respect to the receptionist they where all amazing checking in and checking out was so easy.. my only problem was there was no activities are places to go I was stuck in the hotel though out my stay

Departed too early to enjoy breakfast (but was kindly offered a snack to go) so can’t speak to breakfast. The room was quite large with a balcony, but the absolute highlight was the Hammam spa treatment. Absolutely the best decision I made prior to a very long return flight home. All staff were fantastic! Conveniently located near DAL Dalaman airport.

Clean room, but no air con working, so had to have window open all night, but don't think aircon working any where in hotel.
Problems with Electric keep going off and our room near the generator so with window open all night we kept getting dustrubed with the noise of generator.
Would stay again but only if a good cheap price / offer on. Wouldn't pay normal price

The staff was wonderful, check in easy. The bedroom was huge - very modern and spacious for three of us. My daughter enjoyed the kiddie pool. The wallpaper and upgrades all looked great. Only issue was that every 30 seconds the water went freezing cold and then scolding hot. we had to count and pull the sprayer away while bathing our toddler. The bathrooms on the main floor were falling apart. Would still recommend and stay again - just needs some maintenance.

Ended here by accident after a delayed flight. It was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Very well appointed hotel with great facilities including sauna and steam which unusually were well appreciated after a big storm
Probably one of the most abundant and impressive breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time.

Dalaman delight

Perfect stay for a late night arrival into Dalaman in the UK. Difficult flight but we’re welcomed hardly at the hotel which is so close to the airport and it was so comfortable and a delight. Breakfast was brilliant.

Reception girls were so bad at their job plus i had to keep going downstairs to speak with them as the phone in the room doesn't work, the window in my room was broken and every time i asked for them to fix it they would fab me off and tell me it was fixed when it clearly wasn't and with this issue the air-conditioning wouldn't work. Most of the staff don't understand English.
Never again and i don't recommend

The hotel was lovely and we were greeted by lovely front of desk staff, be we unfortunately had two incidents that left my partner and our children quite distressed. The 1st was when my partner went to our designated room with the children to find a man lying on the bed after opening the door, she screamed then shut the door and came back to the reception when she told the hotel staff what had happened they dismissed it and said it was not a problem. The second incident was when we were asleep and someone opened our hotel room door whilst we were asleep this again was very distressing for us all and we did not sleep well after this.

I believe it is newly built, but the build quality is extremely poor, which spoils everything. It is generally a good setup for the Airport Hotel. Although it is only three stories tall, the lift is the slowest I have ever seen.

It was very bad, The hotel is very noisy, every evening there are parties that make it impossible to sleep for half the night, it doesn't look like a business hotel.
There is absolutely no space in some rooms, although the rooms are not small, but I had no place to put my suitcase.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and will be back on the 16th of June.
FINALLY, we have a great place to stay at or near the airport - I’ve been to at least 15 hotels, pensions and airbnbs before this hotel opened here, and they were all crap - this place is great. Highly recommend. See you soon!

Close to Dalaman airport so you will notice sound of planes taking off or landing even at night. clean rooms, very good breakfast. Our room running water stopped suddenly in the morning while taking shower and the receptionist! Who could speak English eventually was able to fix the problem in an hour!

Fine for one overnight before a flight.

Every was fine. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was very small with the smallest bathroom we had seen in Turkey so far. The rainfall shower head was very low. About 4 inches above my head. I’m 5’6”. The shower head also took up so much space in the tiny shower there wasn’t enough room to get my head out of the water.
Breakfast was very good!

Amazing Hotel

The staff are all very friendly and they smile to the guests all the time.
The service there is amazing .
The Spa is wonderful, highly recommended using it.
It was a very nice Hotel with an amazing breakfast.
It has one big pool and a small one for children .
It was surrounded by mountains which made the view so beautiful especially if you wake up in the morning with this view and sunshine.
The location was great . It was only 20 minutes walking to the high street .
The beach is away but not very far .
The hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport.
There are other areas you can visit from the hotel like Marmaris, Uludenuz and Fatahia.

The hotel stuff contacted me and will ship it to me. You will not get from any other hotel in the US or any other country.

Çok defa bu otelde kaldım, odalara düzenli giren çıkan personelle idare arasında iletişim zayıf bence, her defasında birden çok arıza veya kırık çıkık dekorasyon elemanı oluyor. Mesela en son geldiğimde pencere arızalıydı gece 23 de farkettim, kapanmadığı için sabaha kadar gürültüde uyumaya çalıştım. Havluluk kırık, duş gideri tıkalı vs. bir çok sorun tespit etmek mümkün.

Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und habe mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort gelegt wird. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Komplettpaket – ich war rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We stayed two nights at the Ramada by Wyndham Dalaman to relax after the flight.
One of our two rooms was spacious and the other one extremely tiny. We knew that the rooms were small but the bed is way too big if you use it as a single room. Not much space for luggage or even walking. If you book a room for two be aware that two big pieces of luggage probably don’t fit inside the room. The bed itself was extremely comfortable though. The rooms had some minor broken parts. The cleanliness was good so far.

Breakfast was plenty and good but nothing special. Stains weren’t removed quickly even though there was enough staff running around.

Staff in general was friendly but not exceptionally. We got help in case we needed anything.

The area around the hotel is completely the opposite. A lot of rubbish inside nature and on the streets which is rly a shame. One restaurant and one supermarket are within walking distance. Otherwise it’s really quiet if you don’t count in the airplanes. The short distance to the airport is very convenient.

All in all we enjoyed our stay here but some points would need an upgrade for this hotel actually being a 5 star category.

Schönes Hotel nur 5 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir buchten 2 Standard Zimmer mit Balkon und bekamen ein Mini-Zimmer und ein richtig Großes . Der Preis war für beide gleich, also besser noch mal genau die Bedingungen anschauen.
Das Personal war freundlich aber sehr langsam und wenig hilfreich.

Sadece restoranda yemek yemek için sipariş verdik acelemiz olduğunu belirttik fakat yarım saat sonra siperişler gelmeyince siparişlerimizi alan garsona sorduğumuzda mutfağın kapalı olduğunu yeni açılacağını söyledi maalesef hizmet alamayıp kalktık. Restoran dışında konum vb her şey iyiydi. (Roof bardaki eğlence maalesef geleneksel bir düğün tadında tavsiye etmem)

Chambre très petite et dangereuse avec un clou mis à l envers sur le parquet qui a perforer le gros orteil à mon mari et en allant prendre ma douche j ai été écorcher par une lame de barre de douche qui était dévisser et très apparente sur la fesse droite ce qui m’ a gâcher ma dernière semaine de vacance car je ne pouvais plus m’assoir et je me Suis cognée au coin du lit car très peu d espace pour circuler à peine 30 cm et cela à plusieurs reprise, et le pire dans une ville où il fait 34 degrés minimum il y a eu une coupure d eau mais plus une seul goutte ni au wc ni à la douche rien du tout durant toute la nuit et aucun geste de la part de la réception ce que nous n avons pas apprécier compte tenu du fait que je travail moi même en hôtel 4* et que si un client avait subi cela je lui aurai laissé un late check out gratuit ou une nuit pour me Rattraper mais eux nous ont dit désolé c est pas notre faute c est la ville et nous on demander 50€ de plus pour garder la chambre 2 heures de plus sachant qu’on est pas des mendiant mon mari et moi avons louer sur booking une autre chambre 3x moins cher et 10x mieux. Sinon piscine trop froide car situer dans l ombre à partir de 17h et trop de

İlk karşılama dışında her şey berbattı, oda çok küçük olmasından ziyade tuvalet rutubetliydi ve kız arkadaşım alerjik bir insan olduğu için tatilimiz zehir oldu, odaya her gün temizlik için girilmesine rağmen bir gün bile yatak örtüleri değişmedi sadece düzeltip çıktılar, bizden önce konaklayanların yiyecekleri vardı ve konakladığımız 4 gün boyunca odaya sadece bir kere su ve peçete konulmuş bunların söylenmeden yapılması gerekiyor diye düşünüyorum, ayrıca restoran menüsüne ulaşmak için lobi ile iletişime geçtiğimizde odada qr olduğu bilgisini verdiler ama biz zaten qr göremediğimiz için lobiye indik kimse yardımcı olmadı resmen menü bilgisine ulaşmak için odaya geri çıkıp didik didik qr menüyü aramamız beklendi, gece sipariş vermek istedik otelde istediğimiz yemekler yoktu bu yüzden dışarıdan sipariş verdik yasakmış. ben hayatımda mesleğim gereği 500den fazla otelde konakladım hiçbirinde böyle bir şey görmedim. ertesi gün otelde yemek istedik yemek siparişimiz çok geç geldi ve benim kız arkadaşım hastalığından dolayı saatli beslenen biri bu onun için büyük bir sorun oluyor, yemekleri zaten lezzetli değildi. f/p desem, öyle de değil.kapalı otopark olmaması büyük dezavantaj açık otoparkı çok küçük ve yetersiz çoğu zaman uzağa park etmek zorunda kaldık. karşılama görevlisi de yoktu valizlerle kimse ilgilenmedi, artık bu en saçma otelde bile var. havuza dışardan ders alan öğrenciler geldiği için hep çocuk doluydu havuzu istediğimiz gibi kullanamadık, halk plajından farkı yoktu
