Variety and quality of Breakfast was amazing, Ambiance of the yard and spaces in village spaces were exceptional. Staff were so polite and helpful, everything works perfectly. when we noticed TV doesn't work technical crew came and addressed the issue fast. Location is great and maintenance of properties and equipment's were considerable. This Resort has an exceptional architectural design either for suits or for the garden and areas adjacent the sailing club. Appreciate management to create such a calm cool ambiance and experience :)

Great location right on the port but still very quiet inside the resort. The rooms are well designed with comfortable beds and large showers. Breakfast was good but we were surprised that there was no choice - each day we were given a selection of meats, cheeses, bread, eggs and either pancakes or crepes. There were no other options.
The gym had a good selection of equipment.
We were very disappointed that the beach was not accessible, it’s understandable that this is seasonal but this should be communicated at the time of booking. None of the other facilities were open either so aside from the gym and spa we were able to experience anything else.

Our experience from start to finish was fantastic! The hotel was beautiful, the food was fantastic and we were lucky enough to stay in the club prive area which had exceptional staff. Everywhere was clean, and every want or need was met. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Clean hotel in a beautiful setting. Cannot recommend the setting and location enough. Rooms were big and the beach was lovely. The boat was a lovely touch and the atmosphere and ambience is amazing. The staff are ok, but some could be more helpful, and there is only one restaurant other than the buffet that is free which you have to book constantly. If you don’t have a reservation they won’t let you eat, even when it’s empty which is frustrating. It was pouring with rain for a couple of days and there weren’t enough umbrellas or even one in the room which is disappointing for a 5*, and the floor is slippery when rains with people falling over, and nothing offered due to this. But these are minor and can be easily fixed and the hotel, location and the pool and beach staff make up for it any shortcomings. I’d definitely stay again. The town is gorgeous and would recommend venturing out

Beautiful resort a short distance from Dalaman airport. Good all inclusive options. Cocktails amazing. Included wine was poor. Food varied and tasty. Plenty of vegetarian options. Not sure why the need to charge a small extra for 3 restaurants. Buffet choice great but entire set up felt a bit less luxury than the rest of the resort. Rooms decent and clean. Ground floor rooms better for a place to sit out. Secret beach via included short boat was amazing and worth staying at Rixos for. Evening entertainment was high quality and enjoyable.

Tüm çalışanlar son derece nazik ve profesyoneldi; tek öncelikleri misafirlerin konforunu sağlamak gibiydi. Daha önce birçok Rixos otelinde kaldım ama doğrusu böyle bir deneyim yaşamamıştım.

Restoranlar hem hijyen açısından hem de lezzet açısından üst düzeydi. Yemekler son derece özenli ve lezzetliydi.

Ayrıca doğayla iç içe huzurlu atmosferi, sakinliği ve detaylara verilen önem sayesinde burası tam anlamıyla bir cennet köşesi. Odalar tertemiz, konforlu ve her ihtiyaca cevap veriyor. Spa ve plaj olanakları da çok kaliteli ve dinlendirici.

Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer.

It was an amazing hotel with super staff. So good my wife and daughter have just booked to go next week. Boat trip was fabulous as was the secret beach. On reflection may have preferred a patio rather than the balcony as the balcony was only tiny with no room for furniture. Would definitely return

Good food ok service.

Büşra on guest relations was excellent and kept in touch with us on what's app regularly. The spa organisation leaves much to the imagination! We made an appointment which didn't exist and could not be rearranged which was annoying since I had reserved it a month ago before even arriving at the hotel.

In short, the food was good, the service was not the best. Not like other Rixos where I've stayed.

Having stayed in the Rixos back in 2018 we were very impressed on our latest trip and would consider staying there again. Staff across all parts of the resort were very friendly and efficient. The quality of food was very good with a wide range of dishes. Particularly impressed by Azur lunches.The secret beach was kept immaculately clean as were all the publi sreas and toilets across the estate. Grounds were kept clean and tidy. Very sorry to leave.

Nice hotel. Bad management. Lost something at the hotel and contacted guest relations. Had to contact guest relations and the reception several times after that. It turned out the item we lost was at a spot we had wanted them to look for but they never did. So it was never found. We called reception again for a 4th time an complained about that fact. Nobody got back to us or apologized till this day. This shows there is something wrong with the management.

If you can….STAY HERE!! Beautiful

An absolute fantastic holiday here!! We needed a break but this stay was exceptional. We stayed in a friends suit which was plenty big enough with two separate bathrooms. The room was spotless, bed super comfortable and pillows supportive but soft. Our mini bar/fridge was well stocked daily with drinks and snacks. Each night we had an amazing nights sleep. The cocktails (all drinks soft and alcoholic branded) well made and plenty of choice. The People's restaurant had a great choice of menu and food was served hot. The Turquoise was buffet and plenty of selection. The one and only complaint was sometime the dishes were not hot enough but I appreciate that is difficult to keep food warm and at the same time not to dry out. Try the evening when the sushi chef visits, very good!
Definitely take the complimentary boat trip to the beach and you MUST hire a cabana for the day, excellent day spent their relaxing.
The hotel staff and reception were very accommodating and the communication via WhatsApp was simple and effective. Overall an exceptional hotel and holiday....we will most definitely be looking at future stays with Rixos hotels.

My partner and I visited the Rixos Premium Gocek 17-24th October 2021 - we are both in love with the place and so grateful to the staff there for how they looked after our needs, especially Murat, Selcuk and Nizam. We booked a 7-day all inclusive stay at the hotel as a last minute break - we were looking for some sun and relaxation after a stressful year and we got everything that we were looking for.

The hotel is lovely, it is located in a marina with good/big yachts (!), right on the sea front in amongst the hills and the beautiful clear turquoise sea. It is really lovely. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite (there are better rooms available) and the rooms was lovely – a good size room, lovely comfy bed, well decorated and well kept. The room’s mini-bar is included at no extra costs and had a good mix of drinks and snacks – re-stocked every day. The rooms are in two story blocks of about 10 rooms each, spaced out well and surrounded by tress – so a really nice setting. Everything is really well located – restaurants, pool, spa, gym and access to the boat to the beach. There is a gym with equipment, weights and an outside workout space – it is open early too late, with a good mix of classes everyday should you wish. We just used the equipment and weights – but I think that not all classes were running because of how late it was in the season. There is also a tennis court.

Covid önlemleri beklediğimiz derecede değildi. Otel güzel konforlı fakat olağan temizlik hijyen önemlerinin dahi aksatıldığı durumlar var. Yemekler çok lezzetsiz. Ama deniz plaj oeyzaj çalışanlar olağanüstü. Birdaha ancak covid biterse geliriz. Onun dışındaki herşey için Teşeklürler.

The hotels' food & beverage is quite insufficient especially if you are a vegetarian or vegan. Unfortunately, I didn't satisfied at all since I had to eat pastry during my accommodation. Beside, the alcohol they serve is not qualified but regular ones. The nature where the hotel located is magnificent! However the ants invaded our bathroom and our bed. Our expectation was quite high about the property however it couldn't been met. We won't prefer to stay this hotel again.

Great location to nearby town of Göcek and Marina my only bad experience was the wine but having said that Turkey is not renown for its wine ! One lady in the pool bar was extremely rude but everyone else was so accommodating and extremely pleasant would definitely go back m.

Hotel was ok; however, several disappointing items:
On check in we asked about Expedia gold + benefits (as per mail from Expedia), but hotel knew nothing.
Food service was terrible and dishes served bore little resemblance to menu description.

On the plus side, the bar staff and drinks selection were excellent.

A truly beautiful resort. The private beach and the trip to get there on the hotels own boat transfer (only 5 minutes) gives you a little sensation of Thailand.

Good entertainment and a beautiful area, but by far the most positive experience of all at this resort was their food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is truly incredible.

Amazing Luxury Hotel

It was a long weekend for me and my wife away from the kids and we loved every minute of it. Such luxury and attention to detail ensured our stay was a memorable one and we will certainly come back.

My only suggestion would be that the live bands don't practice their sets in the middle of the afternoon when everyone is trying to relax by the pool.

On at least 3 occasions when we were relaxing and enjoying the mid afternoon sun and tranquil environment, we were disturbed by extremely loud noises, not even music, of the musicians sound checking before their evening set!

This really wasn't in keeping with the relaxing and peaceful hotel and environment.

The hotel and location is lovely we had a friendly welcome from the front of house team when we arrived.

Staff in general are un attentive and speak very little English in the main restaurant, the food in the main restaurant is uninspiring and dull the same nearly everyday, the snack bars are good and the staff are very friendly.

The secret beach is just stunning and the little boat service that takes you over is great.

We are planning to go back in 2018.

Rixos Gocek Turkey

Gocek is a beautiful town on the Marina with several bars and restaurants literally on the water's edge. The scenery is stunning, very green and lush and the waters of the ocean crystal clear and beautiful to swim in. The marina itself is also very pretty. The town is also very charming with lots of nice little shops. The Rixos Premium Gocek is a very nice hotel but I would not rate it as 5*. The standard of service is no where near as good as in other Rixos hotels in Dubai for example. Housekeeping in the rooms was shoddy and dust and bottle tops left under the bed. Lazy housekeeping. Although the food in the main buffet restaurant Turquoise was very good with a great selection, the service was incredibly slow and the staff not very friendly or happy. Impossible to get a cold glass of white wine so had to ask for ice all the time. The fish restaurant was not worth the money as the service was atrocious, so slow it was untrue, food not outstanding just ok. The entertainment in the hotel was pretty good actually and the bar staff and service there was great! Not many Brits at this resort, which was great for us - so not great if you want to interact and meet other Brits. Overall, a great week away. The beach is accessed by a very short boat ride from the hotel's pier but the beach is packed to the rafters. The hotel provided a free boat trip during the stay which was a delightful experience, very relaxing and great way to see some more of the rugged scenery!

I reserved a room at this resort based on all the positive feedback. Therefore, I had high expectations. While the resort was new and the rooms were nicely designed and spacious, the location was right next to a busy road. I could hear the noise from the traffic throughout the day from morning to evening even though my room was at the furthest point away from it. Also, there was consistent work being done at the Hotel which created a lot of noise. Most of the facilities advertised was not open. The breakfast was suppose to be a buffet. Due to the small number of guests, they changed it to an a la carte menu. The quality of food was the worst I ever experienced during my trip toTurkey. The price was totally not worth it. I expected the resort to be secluded and quiet in a natural environment. They advertised a beautiful beach but instead it was next to a marina with lots of rubbish and oil floating on the water from all the boats. Had the hotel been as expected, I would have extended my stay. However, I left immediately the next morning. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the staff.

Excellent accommodation, great staff, nothing was too much trouble. Good choice of food and drink. We arrived late on a Saturday night and they made us some food and drink. The boat trip they provide was great fun. As our visit was during their last week before closing for the winter, the place was very quiet, which was great for us - so relaxing.
I'd recommend this resort to couples or families.

Don't go at the end of the season

Very disappointing, have stayed here before so know how it should be.
Many bars and restaurants in hotel closed due to end of season so did not get good value for money at all.
Should have been notified of reduced services

Beautiful hotel stunning views

This hotel sits in a idyllic place in Turkey.
It was the perfect retreat away to escapes the stresses of life.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The all inclusive concept with a boat tour around the coast was impressive.
Fantastic views that my pictures don't do it justice.

Not a 5 star experience!

We have stayed recently in this hotel which has been opened only in May 2015. The grounds, the service, the food definitely are not at 5 star levels. We were very disappointed with the poor job done by the housekeeping. The towels and sheets were dirty and after we complained, they were changed at our request. Despite the fact that the hotel has been opened only this year, it is already starting to look tired. The food was OK at the main restaurant and better at the fish restaurant. The hotel staff was very pleasant but it is obvious that some of them have not been trained properly. We have paid five star prices but had to settle for 3 star premises and service. Will not go back there again!

Very nice all inclusive resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rixos Gocek. We stayed in the main resort/accommodation side, rather than the more expensive and separate villas side, so can’t comment on that. Its a very nice style and lay out and relatively quiet and relaxed,except when the live music is on in the evenings of course, but that stops at 12. There isn’t any noise after that, its very peaceful.

Worst beach facilities I've ever seen.

I came here in August 2015 expecting to find beautiful white sandy beaches as shown in the photos. To my disappointment, I discovered that the hotel beach was located in the same area as many boats (an additional boat ride from the hotel) and the water polluted with diesel oil. The sand is pebbly and water murky, nothing like the website photos! And it is surrounded by a plastic barrier, crowded, and unsightly. I had to pay extra to use a nearby beach.

Staff at the reception are very unhelpful and especially Kader, who was irritated and not willing to listen to our concerns despite being in guest relations. When I complained to some of the reception staff that the beach was terrible their response was that Gocek is not an area for beaches (this is not true as there are many lovely beaches nearby, which I ended up paying to use). The place is also for families with CHILDREN and not couples/friends looking to relax. Again, the website tells you nothing about this. There were so many mistakes - for example, a kids dance event taking place at 9PM right next to the sushi restaurant means loud music blaring through as you are trying to enjoy a quiet meal.

The good side: Food was tasty and plentiful especially in the Lebanese restaurant. Cleaning and water staff were good.

Overall, unless you dont plan to go to the beach and dont mind the sound of screaming kids everywhere, I would say avoid at all costs.

What can I say,it has been a total pleasure from the moment I have arrived till the sad moment that we had to leave.The staff were very friendly and helpful,the hotel was very clean and the room very comfortable and beautifully decorated.The food was a real 5 star food and I loved the Marina and the secret beach:) For sure I will be back!!!!

Perfect Family Hotel

We have enjoyed during our stay in this hotel. Environment is wonderful and staffs are always kind to quests..
I highly recommend this hotel to new couples or families with children.

Hotel is inside in forest and near to sea side.. you can enjoy silent and beauty of the nature.

Fantastic hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos. Despite we are not big fans of the all inclusive concept, we did the booking at the very last minute and it was a positive surprise. The hotel facilities are new, rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurants decoration is nice and the food is good. Two of the best things to me were the private beach and the boat trip they organize to visit the surroundings. All included in the price. Expensive yet good value for money.

A piece of paradise only 4 hours away

The BEST vacation I've ever had in terms of location, service, cleanliness and professionalism of sll the staff.
I recommend this 100% for a family/friend/couple getaway.
May time the weather is about 32 degrees. we drank cocktails by the pool and the sunloungers were king size beds pretty much.
If you go, ask to stay in block 26,27 or 28 as they are closest to the action, pool etc

Otel genel olarak çok güzel bir konumda. Yemekler gayet iyi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve hoşgörülü. Fakat eksik personel ile çalışan otel dikkatimizden kaçmadı. Onun haricinde majör bir sorun olarak şunu belirtmek isterim; oda kapısının pilinin bitmesinden dolayı iki defa açılmaması ve teknik servisi dışarıda soğuk havada beklemek zorunda kalmamız bizi biraz mutsuz etti. Fakat bu sorunun haricinde konum, çalışanlar ve otelin genel kullanım alanı oldukça iyiydi. Dailada’da à la carte seçeneği, tekneyle plaja geçiş, otelde yürüyüş alanları, genel olarak yiyecek ve içeceklerin kalitesi akılda kalanlar. Tam olarak yazın tadını çıkarabileceğiniz ve her şeyin düşünülmüş olduğunu belirtmek isterim.

Dust on lists in room, toilet door and shower door not closing. Its NOT ADULTS ONLY, a lot of families with small children there. Area ia fantastic, but very far from Rixos in Abu Dabu etc.

Oda temizliği Berbat

Yemekler çok çok iyi, kahvaltı ihtiyacı çok iyi karşılıyor. Ancak oda temizliğim kötü. 5 gün kaldığımız yerde 4 gün çarşaflar değiştirildi. Sabun ilk gün konuldu, 4. gün personelden istememiz durumunda sabun elden teslim edildi. İkinci gün gelen başka türk Cumhuriyetinden gelen çalışan 3 dakikada temizlik yaptı ve gitti. 3 gün saat 16.30 odaya geldiğimizde personelde bizle beraber odaya geldi. Bizim dinlenmek için odaya girdiğimizde temizlik uygun değildi. Oda temizlenme işi daha ilk gün dahi kötüydü. 3 oda olarak gittiğimiz grubumuzun sadece bir odası hazır idi. Diğer iki odayı saat 15.00 ten sonra teslim edilebildi. İlk gün ne malzeme konulduysa istediğimiz sabun hariç başkaca malzeme -kulak pamuğu dahil- konulmadı
