Room is okay, bathroom half glass, no curtain. Breakfast okay. Parking full. Private beach, nah, not for kids play. Front desk during check-in is kind of rude answers. Mosquitos beware.

Our second time here. The staff is the sweetest and so accommodating. They made us feel right at home. We always feel so relaxed here. My two young boys had a blast. My husband and son spent some time fishing and caught a few fish. We took the kayaks out on the beautiful, peaceful water. The pool is nice. It's a great location , close to many things. We can't wait to visit again.

Location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and snorkeling tours. The beach at the hotel was perfect. We saw a folding and manatee right from the hotel beach. We were also able to rent a kayak right at the hotel. The tiki bar was a nice option for a cocktail at night. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

I was.not aware that the hotel is under some major renovations and thank God because it really needs an update. The rooms smell.because of the old carpets. There was little to no.food when we arrived at the free breakfast. In the dining room, the ceiling is crumbling and leaking so beware. The beach is very tiny but the drinks at the tiki bar are worth the $15. The bartender recommended an Italian place that delivered right to the bar. I definitely would.not stay here until all the renovations are completed.

Hotel grounds were clean, beach was quiet and clean. Lots of green spaces were LOTS of iguanas could be frequently seen. Pool area was spacious and nice, and for travellers like me who like warmer waters, the pool was very nicely heated and felt comfortable even in the evening.
Breakfast was pretty standard, consisting of the usuals waffles, eggs, meats etc. some of the items were switched daily for a bit of variety.
Overall we enjoyed this hotel and all it had to offer. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

The pool was too warm but the beach water was freshing. Lots of good snorkeling. We had multiple issues withbour room key and when maintenance came they were rude and unhelpful. I suggest going straight tonthe ladiea at the desk if you have issues. Also there was NEVER towels at the pool/beach. People would take them in the morning but noone would come around to clean them or replenish.

This hotel is old and tired. After check in, we found our room with the door propped open. We were put in the farthest room from the office. The parking lot was covered in construction materials. The breakfast area was too small. The cereal was basic and the other offerings unimaginative. The Tiki Hut could have helped redeem it, but we were told that the employee was running late, but then never arrived. Don't stay here.

The pool had what appeared to be black mold growing on the shallow end of the pool, especially near the steps. Ibis birds were walking around the pool& drinking from the pool water. Cement around pool appeared to have alot of brown bird droppings.

The room was super comfortable. I took my dog and she loved it! The park was super fun to run around and play, the beach was so pretty we even saw an adorable manatee! There's a pool and great service. If you bring a pet, they only offer the first floor.

Extremely dissapointing hotel. The room we were given on the first floor was dirty and not maintained. When we initially arrived the chemical smell was overpowering. Once it dissipated it was clear it masked the musty wet smell. There was mold in the bathroom. Everything felt damp inside the room. The AC was filthy and blowing foul smelling air. Cockroach discovered in the room. The area where breakfast was served had ceiling damage that appeared water related. The side entrance by the small beach wasnt locked. As an allergic asthmatic, I struggled to stay in the room. If there would have been other hotel vacancies we would have left. The ONLY good thing about the place was the small beach and tiki bar. I shared my feedback with staff and was told I would receive a 1 night credit on my stay- haven't received it yet. I know they are starting with renovations and MAYBE another reovated room would be better but unless they gut the rooms and do mold remediation someone with allergies should choose a different hotel. I know it wasnt just me, other guests were describing their room as unsatisfactory as well.

I chose this location because supposedly was pet friendly, however, this particular person whose I regretted not to have asked for her name, said. Did you dog just poop? That was here welcoming remark upon our arrival which at the time, I didn’t really paid much attention, but after I mentioned to my wife she said but wait at minute, isn’t this hotel a pet friendly hotel. Our dog had not poop, but if he had, was the big deal? We always pick up after our dog, and the remark was totally out place for a supposedly pet friendly hotel!!!!

The room we were staying in was damp; carpets felt wet, and we also noticed mold in the bathroom thus we requested a room change which they provided and although the second room was an improvement it still smelled a little damp. You can kinda smell it when you walk in the hotel. Staff was fine and amenities were good. Also breakfast was good

We were never told about construction!!! I paid for a balcony room but never got one and I emailed the hotel and Expedia and was just ignored. The first room smelled so bad of mold we had to be moved my headache went away after a day. The front desk person knew exactly what I was talking about she was not surprised. The patio door lock was coming out of the wall the screws had been pushed back into the Sheetrock. The carpet was sticky and stained. The amount of liter on the exterior by the patios was horrible, beer tops, band aids, cigarettes and pot buts. We paid to have our dog there but the pet area is just dirt but it rained so it was mud. We stayed at 3 hotels on this trip this one was by far a disgrace to the Hilton brand.

We were reserved for a King room, beachfront with walkout. We stayed in a FILTHY queen room that had Not been cleaned. Food crumbs were all over floor & tables, obviosuly not even wiped off. Food and beverage were eft in the fridge, including garlic bread that stunk up the room. Coffee was empty at breakfast, bagel toaster did not work, the hot \"omelet\" and sausage was foul and inedible.

Room wasn’t in good condition had a crack edge of the wall near the bathroom. I know they’re renovating but on the second floor there was cracked tile coming out the elevator. However it’s a good location with a nice Japanese restaurant within 5 minutes. The room was very dated again I can see that the hotel is going through renovations.
