We enjoyed the hotel u til we went to sleep. Bed hard and the pillows, well honestly they looked comfortable but they were horrible. It was like laying your head on a deflating ballon. Will I stay at A Hilton resort in the future. The last 4 I’ve stayed at have been a major disappointment.

Overall, I had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The location is great, and the atmosphere around the hotel is very nice and quiet. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from.
The only downside was that the room could have been cleaner and could use some updating. It didn’t feel as fresh as I expected, and the bedding and room overall seemed like they needed a little more attention.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the relaxing environment and excellent location.

There was some renovation going on two doors down from where we were that was a little noisy. But the worst thing is they have put a new roof on and the second floor is excessively loud in the room when it rains you can't even hear the TV unless you turn it all the way up.

Hotel was in a good location with a beautiful beach area, large pool and spacious rooms. They are currently renovation the property and our room and hallway had been renovated but there is some builders and materials around the property. Breakfast was good and a lot of choice. Large parking area with interesting wildlife in the gardens. Only one problem - there is no bar area or restaurant on site in the evenings, so had to go to off site.

The hotel was fine, location was decent. The main issues we had was that they were undergoing remodeling and the construction noises were a little annoying. Also, there is no Internet and the reception at least in the room we were seeing was next to nothing so we were needing to walk out into the parking lot to get some sort of reception. It seemed like the upgrades that they were doing. We’re going to be nice once the place is finished.

We've had a mixed experience with staff - some were super nice and extra helpful, while others - not as much. You can rent kayaks from the hotel and it's pleanty of activities around. Overall experience was very good and we will stop there again if in the area.

Over all good stay. The bay in the back and the beach was beautiful, and it was nice access to the pool and the tiki bar. Only thing I’m gonna say is the breakfast there is not very good, very low quality cheap, and the carpets in the hotel really need a clean. Me and my children were walking around only for a little in the room and their feet and hands were black. If you don’t mind wiping your feet down every time. But overall a nice hotel.

The Staff was Great. from my first phone call speaking to Erta before my trip to check in with Jullianna who gave excellent recommendations on expeditions and restaurants to the breakfast staff who prepared a 5 star breakfast buffet with all the fixings. Eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, muffins etc This is how a hotel should do breakfast. :-) Great relaxing trip.

Hotel is about 1.5 hr from Miami , well situated on the main road .. check in was a breeze , property is well maintained, buffet breakfast was warm and ample but sitting in the dining room needs to be updated , hotel itself is an old Inn, so it was perfect for its seaside location , pool was nice temperature and its man-made beach was a jewel, surrounded by lush greenery .. really gave it an island vibe which is what I wanted .. the hotel hallways are carpeted and dark , Beware that their garden view rooms face the parking lot .. the sunsets are really magical .. the room was big as well as the bathroom , plenty of towels .. the bed on the other hand was very coily and uncomfortable, the pillows super thin and uncomfortable as well .. so it wasn’t a good resting mean for our sore bodies from a day in the sun swimming ( pool and beach) and shopping .. didn’t use the Tiki Bar for drinks but I saw many patrons lounging there ; the fact that there’s no restaurant on site is somewhat inconvenient because you are forced to got out to eat , but there’s plenty of restaurants around , we went to the “Big Chill” , nice restaurant on the water , food and drinks were good but pricey.. Will I stay there again ? YES !… just beware and be ready to be flexible , just the way one is when one travels to any Caribbean island.. so you get to experience the “Island vibe” in the USA..

This is a beautiful situation for a hotel at a reasonable price. With breakfast included. The rooms are big and clean, however they could do with a freshen up, this did not impact our stay. The beach, bay and pool area are ideal. Our room was situated right on the beach, so if possible ask for room 151, it was perfect for relaxing for a few days. Saw lots of manatees in the water too which made it extra special

I reserved two queen beds. They said they upgraded us to a better room, but it only had a king size bed with a couch that pulled out to a bed. That was very uncomfortable. They bought a rollaway bed in for my 22 year old son. We would been more satisfied with two queen beds anywhere on property. Still had to walk to pool. Could not lock the room leaving through the patio door. Love the beach area. Very nice and the beach was not crowded. Easy to get chairs.

I would definitely stay here again because I liked everything about the property except the condition of some things. Location was great. Beach area was nice. Breakfast was great. The outdoor bar area was nice. Pool area was good. If they could address the room condition issues it would be a great hotel. The sliding glass door locking devices were falling apart. The room decor needs a refresh. They should provide a room safe. The access assist shower allowed water to flow onto the bathroom floor creating a hazard. It would be good to provide room numbers on the outside patios because at times it’s hard to find your room because they can all look alike. They should get better “do not disturb” signs for door knobs since the ones they have fall off everytime you close the door.

Our second time here. The staff is the sweetest and so accommodating. They made us feel right at home. We always feel so relaxed here. My two young boys had a blast. My husband and son spent some time fishing and caught a few fish. We took the kayaks out on the beautiful, peaceful water. The pool is nice. It's a great location , close to many things. We can't wait to visit again.

Location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and snorkeling tours. The beach at the hotel was perfect. We saw a folding and manatee right from the hotel beach. We were also able to rent a kayak right at the hotel. The tiki bar was a nice option for a cocktail at night. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

I was.not aware that the hotel is under some major renovations and thank God because it really needs an update. The rooms smell.because of the old carpets. There was little to no.food when we arrived at the free breakfast. In the dining room, the ceiling is crumbling and leaking so beware. The beach is very tiny but the drinks at the tiki bar are worth the $15. The bartender recommended an Italian place that delivered right to the bar. I definitely would.not stay here until all the renovations are completed.

This hotel is old and tired. After check in, we found our room with the door propped open. We were put in the farthest room from the office. The parking lot was covered in construction materials. The breakfast area was too small. The cereal was basic and the other offerings unimaginative. The Tiki Hut could have helped redeem it, but we were told that the employee was running late, but then never arrived. Don't stay here.
