While the facilities were very nice, we were disappointed by several factors:

1. Over half of the facilities were not open (none of the outdoor pools, swim up bar, water park for kids, none of the restaurants).
2. Massive construction happening everywhere on the grounds and around the property… with all the noise, closed off sections etc. that come with that.
3. Most of the staff spoke exactly zero English even though English is the first language advertised; overall it is not very Anglo-friendly at all.
4. During the second half of our stay, there was a massive influx of guests but the number of staff stayed the same; service took a sharp turn for the worse.

If you’re considering coming here, please do some digging and get as much information about the current conditions before making a purchase; especially if you’re from an English speaking country.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. There is so much to see and do. You literally do not need to leave the resort for anything as there is more than enough to keep you busy for a few days. We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel. The staff are very helpful but the language barrier can be challenging at times as not everyone speaks English. The Managers don't interact with guests at all which was a bit strange but nonetheless we had an amazing time. The food is out of this world and every part of the hotel has been carefully thought out for the best experience for the guest. The room was huge and beautiful and had the most amazing views from the balcony. Guest services was fantastic, if we needed something they were ontop of it. We will absolutely be back!

I stayed for 10 days at £3273.

Regrettably the room was infested with ants. I first noticed a couple on my first night...then on the second I felt a crawling sensation on my face as I laid on the bed. To my horror after brushing the area an ant fell onto the bed. The next day I noticed that by the bed there were at least 8 or 9 ants. I looked around thr room and noticed the room was actually infested....on the headboard...by and under the bed....coming from under the skirting..in the bathroom....many groups ants of different sizes. I called the services and they initially offered to 'clean' the room to which I agreed but during the wait and upon closer and throurough inspection I concluded the issue was far more of an issue than what any cleaner could possibly resolve with bug spray. I called again to explain and asked to speak to a manager so they may attend and discuss....but was put on hold for some time so i hung up....I then took multiple videos of the different areas and I went down to the reception, where I was again offered a cleaner....I declined and requested to be moved to another space....after a quick telephone conversation in turkish with what i assume was a manager.... the employee on the desk agreed and advised me to go and pack.

Before packing I decided to do a closer inspection of the room.... removing all the bed sheets....under the bed sheets the mattress was filthy with particles of dirt and or food, possibly dead bugs also..

Having stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Antalya, Titanic Mardan Palace was by far the most outstanding and exceptional resort. Everything at Titanic Mardan Palace was absolutely amazing. The rooms, staff, amenties, the grounds, the food and every other aspect was fabulous. We rate it as the best in Antalya and our family will definitely be returning from here on. A big thank you to all staff, in particular Cem Acar at reception, Seda, Tulin and Muhsin in the restaurant - your Turkish hospitality was top notch.

The lighting in the room was not good . Very poor lighting at the foyer entrace and in some closets. Air conditioning panel does not have auto settings. Bath tub mechanism didn't work . Almost all restaurants are not a part of all inclusive package, otherwise amazing resort . Great staff . Extremely well managed and best buffet restaurant so far

The worst place I stayed at. Supposed to be all inclusive with 10 restaurants, it turns out there’s only one restaurant that opens 24/7 with the tiniest menu, and buffet that opens a couple of hours. Rest of the restaurant we had to pay for and reserve before hand if we find reservations. We had a duplex the downstairs ac was broken for five nights we couldn’t sleep, there was ants everywhere and they said because we had a hookah but in the bedrooms? We had to shower with cold water and water flow was weeeek. We had to fight people over lounge chair next to the pool. It was not worth the price!!

Been here 3 times now. No area is ever too busy. Staff are amazing and fulfilled any requests promptly. The pool and spending the day there is our favourite activity. Food is great, with a lot of diversity without compromising quality. Favourite resort by far and will go here again.

The whole hotel is just really beautiful but more than this the staff that run it are amazing from the moment I stepped from my taxi and was greeted at the amazing door to the moment I left everyone was more than lovely to me… this hotel really is 5 star… I’ve found my forever holiday destination!!.. beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean.. pools are lovely, food is amazing, entertainment top notch, I could just go on and on… but I would like to thank all the staff.. from reception, pool area, chefs, cleaner’s everyone for making my stay .. perfect… I can not recommend this hotel highly enough… and I WILL be returning.. I don’t often give 5-star ratings, but this hotel truly deserves it. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Faryar—an absolute gem. She was incredibly helpful and professional, made our check-in smooth and easy, and patiently answered all our questions.
The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference.

We had an incredible stay at Titanic Mardan Palace and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. It’s a truly grand resort that lives up to its reputation. From the moment we walked into the stunning lobby, we knew we were in for a special experience.

The à la carte restaurants were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options with top-tier service. One of the standout aspects for us was the customer service – it was exceptional throughout our stay. The chefs even went out of their way to prepare special meals for our 9-month-old baby, which made us feel really cared for.

The pool area is absolutely massive and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some family time.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a luxury resort at a fair price point. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

So i have been following the reviews on this hotel for quite some time now as my plan was to come here with a friend of mine for the weekend with the intention to come back in the summer with my three children and husband based on the ‘luxurious’ and ‘staff attentive’ hotel that this is percieved to be. I consider myself as well travelled and have stayed in various 5* hotel around the world.

In my opinion this is certainly not five star hotel. The building is marvellous but some of the staff do not seem as if they want to be here. The food is average and nothing special but the deserts are fantastic. We have been to the aquamarine resturant tonight and the food was disappointing and bland. The spa massage, (i have had two in two days) were not delivered as requested and when asked twice for a relaxing massage ended up with a vigorous massage that was nothing to that which was described and ordered. Cocktails are nice….if you can get the attention of the staff. This time of year most things are closed, there is little entertainment and beach is like a building site with diggers and works happening meaning that everyone is crammed together on the adjacent side of the beach. The minibar isnot replenished daily. The ambiance of this hotel isnot what i expected. Three nights here already and ready to return home.

Overall this is an amazing hotel. The facilities are endless, the hotel is immaculate and the food was really good.

Rooms

Rooms are spacious, clean and in really good condition. Beds were so comfy! Daily top up of the mini fridge was a nice touch :)

Restaurants

Really good choice of restaurants with really good food. Lots of choice for all tastes, and well catered for children. We only visited the Aqua Marine restaurant as an extra, but it was excellent.

Pools and beach

Really good, but one complaint - the pools are all freezing! The kids pool as a minimum should be heated as our kids had to come out the water every 5 minutes to heat up. Loads of sun beds, absolutely no need to be fighting for them at sunrise which is a nice change. Towels are free to use, no hiring charges. Beach was clean and lifeguards where really friendly and present.

Aside from the pool temperature, the only other complaint I have is the service, particularly for drinks. It was very hit and miss if you got served and seemed to be that unless you tipped in advance, you had no chance of getting drinks ordered. We used the qr code option several times to order to our sun beds and sometimes the drinks arrived really quickly and then other time it never arrived. It didn't ruin the stay as we could order from the bar, but if you advertise a 5*, then drinks service is expected. Other than that, amazing hotel and will definitely return.

This was our second time staying at his property. We upgraded this year to a villa, but unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working. They were not able to accommodate us for two nights and our unit was very hot. They did not offer any other solution other than to compensate us for two dinners on the premises. The facility is also pro tobacco but that may be typical for many businesses in this region.

pros: amazing customer service. We did early check-in and the staff was very accommodating. They had entertainment for all age groups and so much food variety. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Rooms need renovation as bathroom door was not closing properly. Bathroom sink leaked water for sometime after using. They should have a seperate aircon as the one in the room did not cool the room and we were swearting during night. Also we were told online about airport transfer charges but when asked at the reception, it was so much cheaper.

Everything was nice apart from the room it was quite small for four people, the room outside view wasn’t good. Requested to change the room but they didn’t change our room. Toilet have the glass door, all the light used to shine out, disturbing others sleeping in the room. They never refill our fridge with water or drinks. A very luxurious resort with nice facilities, wasn't crowded. Many available restaurants, half of them only were included in the original price. The main one serving breakfast lunch and dinner as an open buffet, food was clean and tasty, and they try to make differ different options every day.
Check in was fast and smooth, we've got a free upgrade and we got our room in the 7th floor \"highest\" with a nice scene of the resort and the sea beyond.
Water slides were humble and mainly in the kids' pool and open for only like 2 hours in the morning and alike in the evening.
A little hit far from the city center, to get to Antalya with a taxi may cost like $20.

This place is huge with large section of pool sections and poolside service with skaters serving drinks are impeccable and timely. Ibrahim always checked on us for refill. Plenty of sun loungers and cabanas(chargeable). Main restaurant served a wide variety of different cuisines at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Main lobby bar is super and served all drinks, hot, cold, cocktails, mocktails and nuts and crisps. All drinks were top brand and none of the cheap stuff served at other hotel resorts. Yelda who served us is an amazing person with a warm heart and smile that made us all feel special and is a special friend for life and we all adore her. The only downside was the Premium room that we were in smelled a little damp and fishy. We complained about it and got an air freshener. The door to balcony wouldn't open but they fixed it. There was insufficient lighting in the bathroom or the room i.e. very dim warm lighting, for my wife to apply her makeup. But overall, it was a great experience. My wife is vegetarian so was limited for options but do speak to customer services and you can request for certain dishes and they will attempt to accommodate. The other downside is getting a table, there is no queuing you go into the dining area and look for an empty table or stand over someone who is about to leave to secure the table.

The property is amazing
But Italian ala carte restaurant was not good, it has all the same food that are offered for free at stela and bistro, and over all the food options at the dofferent free restaurants are all identical and there should be more verity than seabass and salmon, drinking options at the bars are all the same menu and has limited cocktails there should be other options specially at the extra paid roof bar!
The photo center staff are very rood and they take advantage on you, which is very unlikely in a luxury five star hotel like this! They shoyld have reasonable prices and different packages like all other similar places.
Over all the staff needs to be more helpful at the bars and restaurants
And specual thank to Hamza at mardan bistro restaurant he was great

Just back from a week's stay at the Titanic Mardan Palace. What an amazing place! The hotel is breathtaking in it's opulence, we were bowled over by the lobby, and our room was perfect. The most outsanding aspect is the staff; everyone we encountered, from the hairdressers, to the poolside staff, waiting staff, guest assistants, everyone was so very freindly, and especially to our children. The food was faultless, and managed to more than satisfy a range of eating habits within our family. Not all pools & ameneties were open as we visited during the off-season, but we hope one day to return to experience all the offerings available.
