El hotel no cuenta con cafetera en la habitación. Si tienes una salida temprana en la mañana, no hay posibilidad de tomar café antes del desayuno. El desayuno comienza a las 7:30 a. m., por lo que, por ejemplo, si sales temprano para jugar golf, te quedas sin café.

La cabina de ducha es muy pequeña y el agua se salpica fácilmente, dejando el piso resbaladizo. Hay que tener cuidado.

Las almohadas son demasiado gruesas y muy incómodas para dormir.

I would read about 2 1/2 to 3 star. The pro was a very nice pool and a nice whirlpool nice dining area. The cons are it’s a dated facility no more than 2 1/2 star overlooking in the parking lot in the middle of an area where there’s almost nothing to do. Also staff training there is no activity nothing. Just limited for those who need the language. Most of all even the hot tub or nice. I was there two days and those are there no clear or very little cleaning so the whole bottoms are covenant leaves and dirt.

It was a nice experience, love the hotel and the design , very modern but simple. Food was good, but one thing I will say it’s they need to be more careful with the cleanliness in the room , especially the glass door in the shower, I notice it wasn’t clean enough. And the shampoo and conditioner were used. But other than that it was a satisfactory experience. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a place where you want to go to relax from a resort like ambience. No one was bothering you for timeshare, or to participate in an activity, or offer spa services etc. My husband and I spent a whole day by the pool and were only interrupted every couple of hrs asking if we were ok or needed something to drink or eat(it’s not included in the nightly price)
Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay and are sure to keep this hotel in our back pocket!!

El desayuno bufet estaba incluido en mi paquete y estaba muy bueno. Tambie el servicio de su restaurante es muy bueno con precios accesibles que comparan con los otros restaurantes del ares.

Las areas verdes muy bien cuidadas. Tiene canchas de tenis y una piscina muy bonita.

I highly recommend this hotel to adult couples or adult family looking for a quite relaxing vacation. Although kids are welcomed in this hotel it is more geared for a mature crowd, looking to relax and enjoy quiet time. The food was very good and so were the drinks. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Cafe colao is about a 10min walk but I do recommend getting a taxi which the hotel staff will gladly help locate.

This hotel is located on amazing grounds - it is very beautiful. You can walk into the down town area but it is very noisy and quite a lot of traffic. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfasts (no buffet when we were there) was pretty average. You were allowed to order one item off the menu and it wasn't amazing. Overall though , we'd definitely stay again.

We had high hopes for this stay since we really enjoyed our stay 2 years ago at Gran Jimenoa. The best part of this experience was the staff in the restaurant/by the pool, they were all wonderful. I believe this hotel could be great in a few years with some work done but I wouldn’t opt to stay here again.
The rooms are standard, nothing special & on the smaller side which is fine but the beds are very hard and so uncomfortable. The rooms are surface clean at best. The shower design is odd and the water goes all over the entire bathroom floor and since there are no fans the bathroom just stays eternally wet and humid. The shower water also gets randomly scolding hot every few minutes. The door to the balcony did not lock and there is no handle on the outside door which was strange.
The floor of the pool seems to be disintegrating away being cracked in many places, the pool is also not very clean at any given time of day. The surrounding grounds seem to be being worked on daily but have a long ways to go as they are just vast and empty. We were considering this as a potential wedding venue however the hotel sits on a main road and the constant outside noise is so loud 24 hours a day and all I couldn’t imagine trying to have a ceremony there with all of that noise going on. They are planting trees around the perimeter which I’m sure will help some when they are fully grown but I can’t imagine will resolve the issue completely.

Very Nice place to stay! The place had been renovated a few months ago and it looks stunning! Nice swimmingpool and hot tub! The garden is pretty big and beautiful. The restaurant is very good, just like the staff. We stayed four nights with a lot of pleasure.

Este hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. La área de la piscina es bella y las otras áreas común. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el olor de el cuarto. Había un olor terrible, era muy incómodo y eso que solo dormimos ahí ya he durante el día no estábamos. Me gustaría regresar pero que no me encuentre con este problema.
