ONLY POSITIVITY!

It was such a treat staying at quality hotel in Sodertalje! Super close to Stockholm City which takes 30 minutes, but also not needed since Sodertalje has its own city where I went shopping aswell! Great room, fantastic breakfast and amazing staff, nothing to complain about from my side, but also an easy going person, not one of those complaining kind of types!

Lyhörda rum! Det var 40-årsfest i lobbyn o musiken hördes ända upp till 5 våningen o den höll på till kl.24! Först då kunde man somna.
WiFi var under all kritik, var tvungen att stänga av för att kunna surfa mm. Urkasst! Tydligen var det ett ärende en receptionisten.

Förväntade mig lite mer. Duschcreme i duschen är 3 i ett… duschcreme schampo och conditioner.
Smutsiga täcken, rätt ofräscht, alla kanter som syntes genom påslakanet var riktigt smutsiga. Frukosten ok men ena morgonen kändes det som ett hastverk, och oerhört tråkiga uppläggningar. Dåligt med parkeringsplatser på hotellet. Småsaker — men saknade sminkavdelning. Sen förstå jag inte varför hotell envisas med att sätta dricksglas inne i badrummet…. Det är ju helt emot alla principer. Det finns gott om plats att sätta 2 glas i rummet istället, sen om gästerna vill ha ett glas på toa är det upp till dem men i mitt tycke känns det väldigt opassande och ofräscht att ha glas på toaletten.

Enkelt hotell med grei standard hvor det meste gikk galt. Full hotellparkering (men offentlig parkering i nærheten), Ingen nøkkelkort, så vi fikk bare ett (upraktisk når heisen krever kort og familien hadde helt ulikt program). Prøvde å få et nøkkelkort nr. 2 dagen etter. Det gikk ikke, resepsjonisten klarte faktisk å slette hele oppholdet vårt og fikk ikke lagt det inn igjen. Heldigvis fikk vi ikke besøk på rommet! Virket også som barn kunne få popcorn i resepsjonen, det fikk vi ikke beskjed om, men det var også tomt for beger med ett unntak. Rommene i minste laget (vanlig dobbeltrom med ekstraseng). Kun det aller nødvendigste på rommet, så ingen føner, kjøleskap, strykejern-/brett eller vannkoker. Den inkluderte frokosten var ganske enkel, lite utvalg (f.eks. ikke vanlig melk, kun laktosefri og havremelk) og dårlig kapasitet på bord, servise, mat og drikke. Sentral beliggenhet i enden av gågata i Södertelje, med togstasjonen like ved med direktetog til Stockholm. Ikke verdt prisen (selv i helg utenfor skoleferien).

Parkeringssituationen er håbløs. Det er ikke muligt at bestille parkering, og parkeringen bag hotellet er kostbar!
Det er desuden ikke muligt at slå aircondition fra (eller til) på det enkelte værelse. Jeg var tæt på at få halsbetændelse efter én nat, men receptionen (tak, Tuva!) fandt heldigvis et værelse, hvor den ikke virkede.

Vi är mycket nöjda, mitt i stan, lätt att få parkering även om det inte var gratis vilket de borde ha varit, välutrustat gym, generösa mat och godiserbjudanden till barnen. Mycket bra restaurang, skönt att inte behöva ut på stan med familjen på kvällen, god frukost. Med en pool hade allt varit perfekt :)
