A run down, scabby hotel. Breakfast was terrible. If you opt for oatmeal at a breakfast buffet then you know its bad. Nevertheless, the room was ok but it was COLD. Bring your own heater. Not sure if they paid their utilities bill, smh. Plus was the kettle in the room.

Allt var bra utom Spa-avdelningen. På hemsidan informerades det om att ens bubbelpoolen var ur funktion, men på plats informerades om att även ångbastun var avstängd. Och väl där så fungerade inte heller herrbastun. Men stora poolen och en bubbelpool funkade och det var ingen trängsel.
Rummet och sängen var jättebra och frukosten var också bra. Saknade bara espressokaffe.

Rostbrödet kändes lite torrt och på lördagen var det inget is i vattnet vilket gjorde att det kändes gammalt.


Hotellet hade gärna fått ha ett lekrum eller ett område där barnen kan leka. Är egentligen det enda som saknas för att vara optimalt för en barnfamilj.

Sängen var fantastisk, likaså täcke och kuddar!
Personalen var informativ och trevlig, de uppmärksammade även att en spjälsäng inte ställts in enligt våra önskemål och löste det tills vi var tillbaka på kvällen.

Personalen var trevliga. Själva rummet med sängarna lite slitet men skön säng. Badrummet fräscht. Frukosten var bra. Frukostpåse som halva familjen fick ta var inte bra! Bad om ändring dag 2 men fick samma.
Spaat skulle behövas en översyn. Halva spaat var trasigt. Bastun fungerade inte på damernasniaf. Restaurangmaten var okej.

Rummet var ett av de renoverade så våran säng var bra. Barnen som delade på en bäddsoffa hade svårare att sova då den gnisslade och var bitvis obekväm då det stack upp delar från metallramen. Spa upplevelsen vart kort. det endast som fungerade var bastun, bubbelpoolen fungerade i 10 minuter sedan kunde den ej startas igen trots att man klev ur den väntade 30min och lampan lös grönt, ingen funktion. Frukosten var dock bra.

Betalade för spa, ingenting där funkade så fick gå tillbaka dagen efter för att få en återbetalning. Vi bokade ett rum för 3, men det fanns bara 2 sängar så sent på kvällen fick dem komma upp med en extra hopfällbar säng till vårat barn. Trevlig personal allmänt men väldigt varmt på rummet så fick sova med fönstret öppet, sängkläderna andas väldigt dåligt. Men som sagt, trevlig personal, men upplevelsen var mycket bättre förra året vi var där.

Vi saknade hyllor skåp, lådor dvs uppackning och avställningsytor. Överraskande att man måste påtala att rummet skall städas, handdukar bytas och toalettpapper påfyllas. Borde vara en självklarhet !

Trevlig personal, jag fick ett renoverat rum som var fint och rent, frukosten är bra med stort utbud och det fylls på regelbundet. Fin spaanläggning med begränsade öppettider dock. Sedan är det väldigt långt att gå mellan husen för att t.ex. komma till frukostsalen.

Rent och fräsch god frukost. Skönt säng och kudde. På hotel sidan står pool och bastu finns men står inte är kostar 200kr per person. Lite fel information tycker vi. Det fick vi veta när vi va redo att gå till span. Lite synd.

Sängbenet lossnade, annars okej

Jag hade beställt en dubbelsäng, fick 2 enkelsängar. Var av ena lossnade ett ben på.
Vi skruvade fast det, men gick av igen senare och vi skruvade igen. Orkade inte gå och klaga sent på kvällen.
Men annars fint rum och rent. Bra frukost övetlag både varma rätter och vanlig frukost.
Hörde dock grann dörrar slå igen in på rummet väldigt tydligt.
Annars sköna sängar, förutom att de nog ska skruva fast lite bättre och hålla, så man inte blir rädd att den lossnar mitt inatten.

Dårlig innsjekk.

Begynte med at jeg fikk vente 35 min for jeg fikk mitt rom. Det gjorde at jeg ikke rakk et evenemang i Stockholm. Fikk kompensasjon med garasje plass gratis. Ellers litt slitt hotell men bra frokost og helt greit treningsrom.

Poolens brist på tillgänglighet framgick inte vid bokning. Väldigt varmt på rummet som var väldigt slitet, inget gjort sedan 90 talet uppskattningsvis. Snålt med endast svt & tv4 på tv:n. Olika priser på maten i restaurangen och receptionen
