Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best.

The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead.

If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas!

The Hotel looked tired. The aircon in the room did not work and the windows did not open. The service was good, especially in the restaurant. First time I have ever staed in a Hotel with no phone in the room, wierd. The room could have been cleaner , towel in the bathroom was dirty .

Terrible hotel.

Hotel is very mediocre, very cramp, no room to move around much. Advertising smart TV 73 inch but there is a small, not smart Tv.
Bathroom design is terrible, there isn’t a single shelf or hook for toiletries, and no rack for towels in the bathroom. The shower recess has no barrier or even a cheap curtain, after a shower the whole bathroom and toilet are drenched. There is also fault advertisement for free Carpark. The hotel provides about 6 car spaces, and there never seems to have any available car parking space. We booked a room for 3 and we asked to have the sofa bed made up. Not only the sofa bed wasn’t made up, we have to ask the reception staff twice before someone ran around a long time to find us some sheets and a duvet.
I would not recommend this hotel considering the poor service and the terrible room and bathroom design.

Särskilt bra var personalen och nivån på rummet som passade oss perfekt, däremot var det inte så uppskattat när ventilationen går ner på lågvarv på kvällen för att sedan dra igång maximalt vid flertal tillfällen under natten. Ett tag trodde vi att vi satt på startbanan i en 747:a på Arlanda innan vi fattade vad som egentligen hänt.

Jag blev tyvärr ganska besviken på min vistelse på hotellet. Redan vid ankomsten märkte jag att rummet var betydligt mindre än förväntat, och standarden levde inte upp till vad som utlovats. Badrummet hade tydliga spår av mögel, vilket kändes både ohygieniskt och otrevligt. Sängkläderna var inte heller fräscha, något som verkligen drar ner helhetsintrycket.

Under nätterna var det dessutom väldigt högljutt, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova ordentligt. För dig som kommer med bil kan det vara bra att veta att antalet parkeringsplatser är mycket begränsat, vilket skapade onödig stress vid ankomst.

Sammanfattningsvis var detta tyvärr ingen positiv upplevelse, och jag hoppas att hotellet åtgärdar dessa brister framöver.

Rum nr 424 ta inte den termostaten till klimatanläggningen fungerade ej. Vi fick knappast någon sömn pga värmen i rummet som bara steg. Efter en del klagomål till personalen fick vi ett nytt rum dagen efter. Vilket var bättre. Obs! viktigt att poängtera två grejer den ena inga duschväggar i badrummet bara sviterna har duschväggar och lägre toastol övriga toaletter har handikapp toastol är du 160 får du dingla med fötterna i luften. Dålig med parkeringsplatser. Frukosten katastrof, smaklös äggröra och bacon och blaskigt termokaffe.Kaffemaskinen avstängd. Annars var personalen trevlig, rent i övrigt. Vi blir inga återkommande gäster till denna hotell. Håller mig till Scandic hotellkedjan har aldrig blivit missnöjd med de. Tråkigt vi valde Best Western denna gång men lärt oss en läxa.

Haha, imponerad av vikningen av handduken på toalocket.
Dessvärre var det ett festglatt gäng i rummet brevid som väckte oss. De drog ner lite när vi sa till men oljudet fortsatte ändå.
SÅ, VÄNLIGENPLACERA I N T E ERA GÄSTER I RUMMEN INTILL VARANDRA ÄR BI SNÄLLA.
Min fästman har alltid jobbat 7 dagar per vecka men har på sista tiden äntligen tagit sig tid fredag kväll och lördag så vi kan vara lite tillsammans och då bör vi alltid på hotell. Helst med bastu.
Så, vi planerar att komma åter.
Vid det fram emot att äta en god, varierad frukost.
