Very friendly staff especially Bar & Restaurant. Lovely breakfast with a lot of variety. Room clean with king bed and large bathroom with heated floor. Only downside was room was very hot at night as temperature control wouldn’t go below 18 and defaulted to 22 degrees. Very nice stay for 5 nights.

The renovations to the lobby, restaurant & rooms are tasteful they just need to replace the stained/old room carpets in the rooms with something new & adding a bit of color. The brunch was extensive & high quality—probably the best brunch at a hotel of this caliber that we’ve ever had.

I don't really have any complaints. The location isn't very central, but there's a commuter rail stop less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is also located in a retail park, so there are plenty of shops nearby. The room was a decent size for an economy room. The only window in the room is a roof window which might be an issue if you're claustrophobic, but it was nice to get some natural light in. Great breakfast. Black-out curtains were a nice touch.

The Staff is very kind and willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. The Hotel has everything and more. 20 mins to Stockholm Gamla Stan, situated close to the airport and a wonderful Shopping center Bromma Blocks, you will find everything you need for your stay. This property had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of free parking on site, including charging stations for a reasonable fee. Most floors had communal seating areas with tables, which were perfect since we were in a small group and wanted to eat together. Most floors also had coffee makers, sinks for water, and hot water for tea. There is also an ice maker and microwave. The only downside is the rooms have no fridges.

The rooms are quite spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the thermostat did a good job at keeping the room at our desired temperature. The bathroom is a good size, but the shower could have used a curtain or barrier of some sort to prevent too much shower spray from getting on the bathroom counter. WiFi was great!

The nearest tram station is right across the parking lot, making access to public transit ideal. It was very easy to get to/from Stockholm city center. The hotel is also located near a large mall with enough options for food, groceries, and some retail shopping.

The service at the hotel was excellent! Our various interactions with the front desk were all pleasant. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was superior! We have stayed in numerous hotels throughout Europe with breakfast buffet included, but what made this top notch for us were the vegan/plant-based options. They had plenty compared to other hotels! Thank you for catering to all dietary restrictions!

Overall, you will enjoy your stay here. We certainly did!

This hotel was ok but way overpriced for the Taylor Swift concert. Two main complaints. The more mature lady on reception is rude and unhelpful. Please note they only clean your room if you ask them to. Something they forgot to tell us. So our over priced room was not cleaned for 3 of our 5 nights. On the good side the two guys who run the bar and restaurant at night during the week are awesome and very helpful. This was the saving grace for our whole trip.

For being next to an airport, it was very quiet. There is a shopping plaza and food options on the street across from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and sufficient.

Rummet var fint och fräscht. God frukostbuffe och mat i restaurangen på hotellet. Tillmötesgående och trevlig personal. Jag hade bett om senare utcheckning, vilket inte var något problem. Men när jag kom tillbaka till hotellrummet strax innan utcheckning så var rummet upplåst och stod på glänt., trots att jag satt ut stör ej skylt. Denna incident drar ner betyget , som annars hade varit 5 stjärnor. Då jag verkligen gillade både personal och hotellet i sin helhet.

Rummet var lite kallt, och temperaturen blev inte bättre även när man höjde AC:n.
I vissa rum hörs trafikljud från vägen, vilket kan störa sömnen.
Hotellet ligger i ett mycket bra område
med många mataffärer, restauranger och butiker i närheten.
Personalen var mycket trevlig.
Parkeringen är också mycket bra.
