Location is a 7 min commuter train from Stockholm. Then a short walk through a mall to get to the hotel. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and has good variety of foods to choose from. The mall is very large and has many designer stores. People at the reception are very helpful. We stayed 5 nights.

Ed Sheeran concert stay

I was there for an Ed Sheeran concert because the hotel is literally right next tot he strawberry arena. It was perfect. All the staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was very involved in celebrating the concert. Playing his music, special drinks and food after, and decorating the elevators. HIGHLY recommend as it’s affordable and very nice.

Visited for melfest, so great location for friends arena. Room was in an ok condition, clean and tidy. The hotel is big but not much noise which was good. Facilities are minimal but useful (shower, tv etc).
The best thing about the hotel was the staff, especially the evening staff who worked the barception during the melfest weekend. Cannot speak highly enough of them. Extremely welcoming and friendly, and got into the spirit of melfest. Even making melfest themed cocktails and handing out cakes on the evening. They made our stay extremely enjoyable and I wouldnt hesitate booking again :)

I didn't like that the windows didn't open. The air conditioner is bad because it doesn't adjust normally. You need to tell in advance when you want breakfast the next day. There is no teapot for coffee/tea. The good thing is that you can check out later. Delicious food

When we tried to check in , our booking was found but then we were told we had to pay the outstanding bill first .

We had already paid for our stay on line , the receptionist couldn't see that on her screen .so i had to prove it to her via the expedia app .

She blamed expedia for not sharing the info with them . Not a good start to our holiday .

No fridge in our room 😕 temp in Stockholm was between 24°c and 29°c whilest we were here. The temp control in the room is locked and cant be adjusted.

We did complain about this to reception but they said other guests had also complained and they were trying to find a remedy . Absolutely terrible situation that you cant adjust the room temp .

The breakfast service and food was excellent though . The gym was also very good 👍

Glowing 5 star review for Comfort Hotel at Friends Arena in Stockholm. We were a group of 4 that stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms during the Taylor Swift show. It was suuuuper sold out, and still felt seamlessly organized. This hotel blew us away with their attention to detail and going the extra mile. Obviously they played TS music 24/7 - and they even had \"13\" temporary tattoos at check in. Taylor themed drinks, after party pizza, photo booth, a friendship bracelet trading station, and super decorated elevators & lobby. Staff was dressed up with sparkles and cowboy hats and super engaged and friendly no matter what hour of the day. They even had makeup artists there for hours before the show to help guests with finishing looks - for free!! They are also great at solving problems when things don't go perfectly. They helped us out printing a voucher for merch when we lost ours. There was a mysterious large wet spot on one bed at midnight when we came back from the concert and the front desk staffer himself brought brand new linens ASAP. Wildly allergy friendly breakfast (solid options for no dairy, no gluten, vegan etc). When I say that this place *was* the vibes for Taylor Swift, I'm not exaggerating. It absolutely made our stay easy, memorable and so fun. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel offered so much to help the guests enjoy the concert experience. Varje gång närliggande rum stängde dörren skakade min säng.
Kuddarna var 40x40 cm och man behövde be om mer kuddar i receptionen. (Vem nöjer sig med en sovkudde i storlek som en prydnadskudde?)
Bad om två enkelsängar och trodde de skulle vara separerade i rummet men de satt i hop. Syftet med två enkelsängar är ju att man inte vill sova tätt i hop. Hade önskat te/kaffekokare på rummet då vi inte fick en frukosttid förrän 9.30

Det var ganska kallt i rummet och även om man höjde temperaturen så hände det inget. Frukosten var okej men inte jättestort utbud. De kokta äggen var kalla och jag tycker att på en hotellfrukost borde de serveras varma.

Dock väldigt kallt inne på rummet och torftigt utbud på frukosten, fanns inte mycket som passade barnen- nästan ingen frukt, inga våfflor eller rostmackor, eller yoghurt utöver naturell heller. Trist när allt annat var toppen!
