Large comfortable room with kitchenette and utensils. In Swedish tradition nothing is overdone or unnecessary. Will stay here again if need be. Definitely has an edge of the hotel Nextdoor in every aspect.

The bed was stuck between the wall and what seemed like a clothes cabinet (it couldn't actually be opened) . This meant that one could only access the bed by climbing over its foot and if one wanted to get up during the night one had to go through a bit of acrobatics and if one has a back problem(as myself) it becomes quite unpleasant. I asked to be moved to another room or that the cabinet be moved so that the bed was accessible but the receptionist said there were no rooms available and she couldn't move the cabinet. What is so irritating is that there was no apparent reason for the cabinet in question to even be in the room let alone in that totally unreasonable place were neither the cabinet nor the bed were accessible. Morever, there is already a closet in the room. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, I was informed the staff were already aware of the problem and had reported it. But this being the case case the room should never have been allocated to a guest until the problem was resolved !!!!

The room was sunny and bright and the bed fine . But but the hallway carpets are stained and dirty . No food options or heatable dishes like the other Biz apts. No soap in bathroom dispenser. Had to wait for hours to get into the building because there was nobody at the reception desk until 2 pm even though i told them i was arriving at 12:30. Other than that when there was someone working at the front desk, they were great .

This is probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to, there were stains all over the carpet on the floor and over the chair inside the room. The floor inside the room was very scratched up and everything felt quite unpleasant. The receptionist was absolutely lovely but unfortunately we had to book another hotel because of how uncomfortable we were here.

Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The only thing we didn't like about Biz Apartments was that Reception is not staffed between 8am and 1.30pm daily. It caused a major drama for us when a courier was attempting to deliver our flight-delayed luggage. Other than that we'd definitely stay there again.

It seemed like an older hotel. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. Rooms were not bad but definitly could use upgrades. Dishes provided were not very helpful when cooking a meal. Water kettle was old and dirty. TV would only stay on for about 30 minutes before turning off and then would loose signal constantly. Parking was costly and per day.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed.
Generous breakfast, well worth the extra money.
Convenient location in residential area close to bus and tube routes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Easy commute or energetic walk into town.
Stockholm is stunning with so much to see and do,
Apartment block felt very secure and area felt safe.
The only thing I didn’t like was apartment was on ninth floor and no safety features on windows, and no fan provided.

We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert. The rooms were very large. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit.
The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. Lovely cafe/bakery nearby with truly delicious pastries and coffee which served as breakfast. Overall, extremely good value for the size and quality of the room.

The location is not central but well connected via the excellent Stockholm metro (Solna Centro stop).
The room was very quite, not overlooking the main road where the building entrance is located.
The staff was very kind and attentive.
I guess this accommodation is better suited for professionals rather than tourists, since they don't have 24/7 lobby nor other amenities.

Biz is an apartment- hotel, no hotel service! Your room is cleaned once a week beddings as well. Nice people in the reception, afternoons and evenings.
For me the location was excellent,but I wasn’t aware that it was more like renting a room in a building than a hotel room.There is no restaurant in the apartment/ hotel, but you can order breakfast and they deliver a ‘bag’ to your door in the morning.I didn’t order that as you have a fridge and microwave and there are grocery stores close by.
It’s very basic, in my room was two tiny beds.
I recommend Biz as long as you are aware that it’s not a place with hotel service.

Nice apartments close to metro excellent value rec

Clean spacious apartment a few minutes walk from the metro, bus stop at the door, shop on opposite corner. The ensuite looked like a hospital bathroom. Breakfast was dropped off in a bag at the door before 7am, yoghurt, juice and a bread roll with a cheese and salad filling. Kitchen had all the basics you'd expect, hot plate, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. We thought it was excellent value especially for Stockholm and would have no hesitation in recommending. The room wasn't cleaned in the 5 nights we stayed there, to be honest I think daily cleaning is a bit OTT, but I'm sure if we'd asked they would have been happy to do it as the staff were helpful and very accommodating.

Comfortable place to stay. Trash and washer/dryer in the basement free to use, only need detergent. Nice breakfast. It would be nice if the sandwiches had meat on them. Bread, lettuce, cheese, tomato sandwiches daily. Also yogurt parfaits, juice, instant coffee, and tea for breakfast. The place is clean and the room is spacious.

아파트형호텔인데, 룸컨디션이 완벽했습니다. 너무 깨끗하고 직원분도 친절하고 음식을 할 수 있는 공간도 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 마트도 길건너에 맞은편에 바로 있어서 편리하구요. 단, 시내 중심부로 나가려면 15-20분정도 소요됩니다. 메트로가 걸어서 십분 거리에 있어요. 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있긴 하지만 배차시간이 있어서 저는 차라리 걸어다니는 게 편하더라구요. 스웨덴은 워낙 교통이 잘되어있어서 패스 하나면 다양한 교통수단을 이용할 수가 있기에 굳이 시내중심가 호텔을 이용안해도 되겠다 싶었는데 역시 선택 잘했다 싶었어요. 스톡홀름 오게되면 또 이 숙소로 오려구요.

It's true that the studios are not in the town centre, but Stockholm is small and it's only a 10-15 minute journey to the town centre by underground. Apart from that, these studios are perfect. Stockholm is an expensive city for eating out, and the little kitchen in the studio really helps with that. It is well-equipped and very practical. Staff were helpful and friendly. You don't even have to get out of bed for breakfast which comes in bags delivered to your door. There's no choice, but delicious none the less. I can't fault the hotel at all.

Nice hotel for business travelers

This hotel is set up as an apartment hotel with a functional, if small, kitchenette. the room was large, comfortable and exactly what I needed. The hotel is outside of Stockholm in the suburb of Solna so it's about 10-15 min into town via public transportation. I travel to Stockholm frequently and this area is among my favorites. The hotel was newly renovated and has (free) self-laundry facilities on-site. Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel.

A modest hotel in Northern suburbs of Stockholm

The hotel is located in Northern suburbs of Stockholm (it is nearer to the airport than the city center so it's advisable to take a commuter train rather than express). There is a metro station nearby (about 10 minutes of walking). It is rather difficult to find: it is house no.5. At the beginning of the street there are no.1 and no.3 then a house without number and then house no. 7. As it happens it is no.7 on another street, while the hotel is found when one proceeds further through a underground path below an intersecting road.
The hotel is new, rooms are clean, rather large, well equipped, with kitchens. There is no room service (nobody entered our room in a week), you through your garbage yourself.
Trains are running below so if your windows look at this side there is some noise. Rooms have good internal isolation: we did not hear our neighbors..
Breakfast is served as a parcel put on hooks beside doors at 6 AM. Breakfast is rather modest, it includes a yogurt, a glass of juice and a sandwich.

The hotel was wonderful, with a spacious room and very comfortable bed. The kitchen is a nice amenity, especially with a market within 5 minutes walking distance. The only downside is there did not appear to be air conditioning in the room, though the ambient temperature was mild during my stay, so this did not detract from the experience. I look forward to staying again in the future!

Biz Apartments Solna - Europa League Final

We stayed here for the Europa League Final on 24th May.

The area and proximity to Friends Arena is perfect! There are good local amenities for food and breakfast too. It is really great that there is a kitchenette and a supermarket just over the road.

Check in time was a little bit of an inconvenience but understandable. We arrived around noon but couldnt check in until a room was cleaned and available, we just went for lunch in the meantime.

Friendly staff and a nice area made this a really pleasurable stay, oh and united did the job against Ajax which also helped us in leaving as happy guests! :)

Enkel standard på badet, men for denne prisen, er det innafor.
Vi hadde inkludert frokost, og fikk 3 store poser med frokost ( vi var 2 voksne og ett barn ), hver morgen levert utenfor døra. Hadde mat både til frokost og lunsj.

Zona defilata ma con soli 10 minuti di cammino si raggiunge la stazione della metropolitana di Solna, il modo più semplice ed economico per raggiungere il centro città.
Stanza sulla strada molto ben insonorizzata.
Unica pecca: questo appartamento al primo piano. Sulla strada. E se si vuole avere un po’ di privacy si deve per forza chiudere le tende facendo così mancare la bellezza della luminosità.

Ich fands gut. Das Zimmer ist Sauber, man hat viel Platz, gleich am Hotel ist eine Bushaltestellen. Im Zimmer ist eine kleine Küche und das Bett war bequem. Manco, die Handtücher werden nur einmal die woche gewechselt, aber wenn man fragt, bekommt man eins. Frühstück hatten wir nicht dabei, da es keinen Speiseraum gibt. Die Zimmer sehen aus wie auf den Fotos.Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ein Supermarkt ist einmal die Straße überquere

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, SL Wochenticket ist sehr empfehlenswert. Frühstück im Appartment würden wir nicht mehr buchen, lieber alles im ica gegenüber einkaufen und selber machen. Frühstück morgens in der Tüte vor der Türe mit sehr viel Plastik(müll). Qualität nicht überzeugend.

Vi hade en bra upplevelse. Bra parkering och ganska nära till Tele2 arena.
Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Enda negativa va att dörren till hallen small igen och det skapade ett vinddrag som gjorde så det smällde i våran dörr till lägenheten.

Stort och fint rum med skön dubbelsäng. Två fåtöljer och ett matbord med två stolar. Ett pentry med Micro samt glas tallrikar och bestick. Stort toalettrum med dusch. Rent och snyggt. Det jag saknade var en smink spegel. Precis utanför hotellet fanns en busshållsplats. Ca 8 minuter gångväg ner till Solna centrum samt fler bussar och tunnelbana. Från Solna centrum går buss till entrén på Mal of scandinavia.

Fick fel rum och när vi påpekade detta fick vi ett nytt, som inte var städat. På tredje försöket fick vi rätt rum. Sista natten möblerade gästerna på ovanvåningen om i sitt rum och väckte oss klockan 5.30 på morgonen och de pratade mycket högt och verkade duscha i 2 h för rören hördes mycket högt under hela perioden.

Ett bra bemötande, de ordnade det vi frågade efter. Vi önskade rum för tre, övernatta, äta frukost (fanns ett litet pentry med kaffebryggare, tallrikar och bestick med mera - bra för oss. ) vi hyrde garage plats för 100kr per dygn. Ett funktionellt rum, rent och lagom rymligt. Ingen lyx men bra. Bäddsoffan lite ”tråkig ” att sova i.

Som at være hjemme

Værelset har køkken og stor badeværelse. Der manglede ingenting. Der findes en supermarket i nærheden, og Solna center ligger ca 10min gå afstand. Rigeligt med plads til biler i deres parkering, men også fin placering pga mange bus linjer som kør hele tiden mod Solna, Karolinska og øvrige transport midler. God mørklægning gjorde at an kunne sove uden problemer. Det var ikke mange tv kanaler men når man skal nå alt andet , er det ligegyldigt

I got a bad room this time. It was made for people with wheelchairs, the door was leaking light, it was a bit cold, drafty and there was a parking right outside the window, a bit noisy.

But bed and personell was awesome

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Siisti, tilava huone. Hyvin varusteltu keittiönurkkaus. Aamiainen positiivinen yllätys, Kasviksia olisi voinut olla enemmän.

Huoneen ovi kolahti häiritsevästi aina kun joku tuli portaikon väliovesta sisään.
