We arrived at the hotel at 23:30 just to hear that there is double booking and the hotel is full. We were sent to another hotel by a taxi without expenses, but this hassle took 30 minutes on top of a long day. That another hotel was nice and conveniently located next to the train station, where we had started our journey to find the hotel an hour earlier.
I just do not understand why your booking systems can not warn about the double booking and inform us to go to that replacement hotel in the first place. That would have saved us one hour around midnight going there and back again.

This was a beautiful property with a lovely lounge area. The breakfast was fantastic. Their customer service in some areas with good in other They seemed untrained They gave us some wrong information. This hotel is about a 45 minute walk and a 15 minute subway to the centre of Stockholm, which was nice. The gym was fantastic. I would recommend.

Hotel is quite far from city center. It is relatively easy to walk to a bus stop or up to the train station however. I believe it took us about 25 mins to reach city center or historic area. Buffet breakfast is quite nice. You can also eat lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The gas station across the street is convenient for snacks, drinks, and small selection of medicines. Also across the street is a lovely park with a little hidden bar.

A very comfortable 4 night stay. Room very clean with comfortable beds. We paid extra to have breakfast which seemed a little on the expensive side, but provided plenty of options. Alternative breakfast options nearby were in short supply. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

A 4 star hotel, not bad with some gaps in service.
Front desk staff with the exception of a few could take customer service cues from housekeeping and restaurant staff who were always smiling and jovial. When extending my stay for several more days, morning of 3/8, the gentlemen in the grey suit with a beard (I didn’t get his name) at the front desk quibbled over getting two key cards, and generally seemed disgruntled and passive aggressive. Other than that, beds, wifi and general cleanliness of the hotel were great. I wish the gym were open, I didn’t see any active solution to repairing whatever damage occurred, just a passive solution.

Hotel is far from Stockholm central. The door lock works at times and does not at other times as they need to repair it. The rooms do not get cleaned in the morning so when you return to the room in the evening you have to ask to clean your room. The bathroom is old fashion. The beds are very uncomfortable. Staff is ok and hotel is overall clean.

Whenever I'm Stockholm, I always stay here. The hotel itself is nice and excellently maintained. The food is good and the meatballs are to die for!! But it's the staff that make this place so good. They're so kind and always on hand to help 24/7 if you need them.

I've stayed here many times. I was not able to check-in on arrival at midday so I waited in the bar/lounge for a couple of hours until a room was available. This room was not up to scratch compared with previous stays and the deciding factor was the unusually hard bed. I asked to change and they offered me an alternative which better met my expectations. I would still like this hotel to offer bottled water in rooms, even though the tap water is classed as 'safe to drink'. The gym is very good for a hotel fitness centre. The sauna is a welcome addition also. The hotel restaurant is above average for this type of hotel.

This property is very clean and nicely located across from a large park with a great Boulle Bar. Not too many restaurants around there but it’s walkable to old town in 45 min. Rooms were small but clean and the beds were small more like double beds not standard queen beds . Overall would recommend .

Not the most exciting part of town, but it was close to work. Hotel is nice and clean, although I was surprised it did not have blackout curtains. There was an ice bucket in the room but no ice machine so that was disappointing given the AC couldn’t be adjusted very much. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Centrally controlled aircon set at minimum of 19 degrees celsius. and so totally inadequate when the temperature outside is above around 18 degrees. If I wanted to sleep in a sauna I would have booked a better one than this!
Lift clanks so dont accept a room near the lifts unless you are a heavy sleeper. We were on the 10th floor and could just about here the odd bit of traffic noise.

Excellent hotel! My room was extremely spacious, clean and quiet, and staff, friendly and accommodating from my the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and beverages available, catering to all. The reception area is very inviting, with comfy seats, a bar and fireplace a nice way to wind down after a long day of sightseeing! While the hotel is not necessarily close to any landmarks or sights, the two metro stations nearby make everywhere easily accessible. There are also multiple dining options and supermarkets close by if desired. I would definitely stay again!

It was great to stay in a property just outside the center of Stockholm with close by frequent buses and T bana services. Having a park opposite and a more local shopping area with a few restaurants nearby also meant that we could escape the main tourist area. The hotels Grill and bar were an excellent choice for a night in. Our 2 double
bedroom was spacious and comfortable living up to the pics online. The staff went over and above board to assist me follow a nasty fall when I asked where I could get medical assistance. The receptionist made some calls for me and was able to get a nurse to triage me over the phone, thankfully saving me a trip to the hospital. But with the knowledge of what to do should the need arise as I had banged my head on the ground when I fell.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and advise you get the SL travel card we found that the bus service was as good a choice as the TBana and had the advantage of enjoying the sights while travelling and getting a better feel for the layout of the city, also saved on walking.

Everyone at reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly! The hotel itself is looking a little worn with carpet stains in the hallway. It is located across the street from a very nice park. However, it is not close to the old town. There is a metro station within walking distance that is easy to navigate.

Thank you so much to the front desk staff who checked us in, shared valuable information with maps and recommendations and were very well informed, polite, friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure staying in the hotel. BED WAS AWESOME. So comfortable. We could have used a lighter weight duvet, but we never asked if that was an option. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with my dad and his partner once they joined us at the hotel. It was delicious oh and we had a great caesar salad and charcuterie plate the evening we arrived...late...but just in time from the bar. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely as well. THANK YOU. It's quite a distance from Vancouver, Canada but it would be a pleasure to return.

We loved our stay in this beautiful clean hotel. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely spacious, modern room, for the three of us. Comfortable beds, nice large bathroom with shower and being on the 8th floor we had a view of the surrounding area. We ate breakfast in the hotel one morning, which was delicious. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
