Considering the price, very nice. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Free coffee and tee at the lobby were a nice addition.

Room was a bit too cold, though. Even with the extra heater that was in the room. Sleeping ok as the blankets were great, but floor was cold and staying in the wroom chilly.

But overall a very very nice stay and location great!

This BW is great for the money, with fantastic breakfast, both in quality and variety, at no additional charge. It is in a safe environment and is within walking distances to many attractions. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star is its guest room conditions. The standard room is as small as it can be, with a twin bed that does not feel stable. The bathroom is in a descent size, but the conditioner bottle was empty. Also the tissue box was not replaced once it became empty.

I stayed at this property several years back and had a decent experience however after my most recent stay I would have to say the place has gone downhill. The biggest problem with the hotel is their beds! It felt like I was sleeping on a bed made of bricks with squeaky broken springs. Stayed for three nights and each morning I woke up stiff and sore from the bed.

Secondly, the breakfast was NOT GOOD, found black hair in the food not once, but on two separate occasions. The buffet consisted of slimy lunch meats, watery powdered eggs and cold dishes that should have been hot. I skipped breakfast on the last day all together because it was so bad. On a positive note; there are several breakfast options within a short distance from the hotel.

I was given a room with a balcony on the inside of the building however it only had a door out to the roof and no window. This was a big problem because the room was hot and stuffy! If I wanted any airflow in the room, I was forced to leave the door wide open which directly gave unobstructed access to me and my room. However more practically speaking, if it was raining you couldn’t open the door or it would come right inside.

To sum it up, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful or safe stay!

This hotel is in great location walking distance to old town or downtown area .variety of shops for shopping and dinning .the hotel itself is clean and quite .It's just that the rooms were small and hallways are so narrow .it's not easy to handle your luggage's. I'm from Canada and we are not used to small spaces .other than that everything else was perfect .friendly staff ,decent breakfast ,etc.

Beds sooo comfortable. Problem with conditioner not squirting out and instead of fixing they left half filled bottle out. Not sure why. Sofia the night clerk was amazing. Upgraded me without asking when I arrived, gave me restaurant and shopping recommendations. Was just delightful to talk to!! Made me stay another 3 days based on her recommendations and believe that was wise choice.

This hotel is adorable!! It’s very convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining options and within walking distance to the Old Town, the Royal Palace, Central Station, and the Metro.It’s also right in the middle of the shopping district. The room I stayed in was tiny but clean and cozy. I really appreciated their quiet policy after 11 PM, ensuring guests can get a good night’s rest. Breakfast was incredible—a true feast! There was a wide variety of freshly baked bread, hot dishes, drinks, and even a dessert station. I absolutely loved the beautiful sunroof. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return on my next visit to Stockholm.

The hotel is cute, at an amazing location, and the staff is professional. However, my room didn't have an A/C and there was no way to get it to a reasonable temperature during my stay in July. Keeping the window open didn't make any difference, because it was facing an enclosed courtyard that was warm as well. The outside temperature would drop at night, but that had no impact to the air in my room.

Our room was unbearably warm at night, a result of all of the rooms being in an enclosed court yard setting and hence no windows that opened into fresh air with subsequently very little fresh air flow. Room was also small and cramped. 3 fans were supplied 2 of which did not work. Leaving windows to court yard open gave no real cooling benefit and was noisy. Breakfast was OK and staff friendly

Unique bright and large room

We enjoyed staying in a unique attic room which was very large. The breakfast was way beyond the normal buffet breakfast and was served in a beautiful area. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Our only issue was the skylights in our room which could not keep out the last night sun of Sweden, but we got used to it.

Small cozy hotel very centric, close to restaurants, train stops, tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street with numerous shops and restaurants for every taste. The employees were courteous, friendly and their service was superb. The breakfasts were delicious with items for every taste. The only inconvenience was the lack of A/C on the rooms. Generally, it would have not been necessary except for the uncommon warm temperatures during our stay.

According to Google information, the shuttle bus was provided by the hotel but that information was false, so I was disappointed. Room was not quite clean and somewhat dusty and there was some noise in courtyard in the middle of night. The staffs were very kind and nice, which was great.

My daughter and I visited from NYC for the Taylor swift ERAS tour and we loved every single day of our stay! The staff was fantastic! The location you cannot beat. We walked everywhere. The breakfasts are to die for! Don’t listen to the nah people from the US! I used to travel for work a lot and I cannot compare the US Hilton prime hotels to the options we had at this place. Don’t think twice!!! The only thing is the garbage truck comes in at 7am and it is loud but wear some silicone earplugs. We loved Sweden and the hospitality and our stay was fantastic. Thank you so much

Well priced but smaller room

Taylor Swift was in town, so the whole city was geared up for it. Hotels were mostly full, the few remaining were really expensive, so I lucked upon this for the right kinda price. The room was a small single, but it had everything I needed. A comfortable bed, a bathroom, room to put my stuff and charge my phone, so I was really happy with my stay. A nice touch was a bag of complimentary sweet and savoury treats. I’m not sure if they were put on for the Swiftys, or a typical thing. Another nice touch was when I arrived, there was a small selection of tapas style food items in the bar lounge area for guests of the hotel. I don’t know if it’s a regular service, but nice if you’re feeling a little bit peckish while planning your stay. Everything was good, I’ve no complaints. Rather on the contrary, I’m appreciative that it had a pleasant atmosphere, felt like a nice well run guest house and a welcoming pack, yet felt about the right price for the city when other hotels were charging more than twice as much.

Stayed on a 2 night business trip. Arrived in -3 and snow, so it was welcome that the walk was only 10 minutes from the Arlanda Express and central train. Really good value compared to others in the area with a decent breakfast included. Not flash, but highly functional making for a good rest spot for my short business trip.

More of a boutique hotel but needs updating- looking a bit tired. Quite noisy- garbage trucks seemed to collect every morning nearby making a lot of noise from 6 am or earlier. Excellent breakfast and snacks/ hot drinks. Beds very comfy and slippers/ bathrobes were a nice touch. Good prices. Redecorate and instal triple glazing and there won’t be any complaints!

Rooms really really small, really old style with carpet and red curtains etc which gives the impression of dirt and humidity - would need a good refresher ! Less furniture would already give more space.
Mattress was sliding on the bed - not the most comfortable.
Bathroom was ok but it was getting wet really easily as there was no door for the shower nor curtain.
Tables too tight at breakfast, its like having breakfast with your neighbour - not the most pleasant thing early in the morning.
Temperature in the bedroom was too hot and nothing to regulate this. Opening the window didnt change anything as it was an “inside building view” so no fresh air coming in.

Great value for money, beautiful hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel. One thing I would advise is make sure you get the room you've booked and paid for. I had splurged on a Superior room (as I wanted a bit more space). When I first checked in, the room I was assigned by reception was absolutely tiny and looked more like the photos of the standard/economy rooms than the photos of the much larger Superior room I thought I had booked. The member of staff on reception, who had assigned the room, insisted that it was a Superior room since it had a balcony (I really don't think that it was). However, they switched me to a bigger room straight away and the problem was solved so I can't fault the staff or the service I received at all. I would definitely return.

Det som var bra var läget, att vi hade ett fönster ut mot gatan och kunde få luft och inte ett fönster mot innergården. Frukosten var bra samt att man fick Creme brulée till frukost. Aldrig vart med om det innan! Saknade kanske att de gjorde egna pannkakor eller amerikanska pannkakor. Det var också bra att man kunde ta kaffe och fika när man vill på hotellet, underbart! Vad jag saknade var lite bättre service från personalen. Jag fick en känsla av att de var lågavlönade samt dålig arbetsmiljö. De var klädda i sina privata kläder också. De borde ha fina jobbkläder och höja deras löner lite. Höj kvaliten lite. Sängarna var så sköna! Sett kan bli ett toppwnhotell men behövs litet upplyft!
